Isla Mujeres By Xcaret All Inclusive Catamaran Cruise

We had a great time. Truly we had plenty of drinks. I don’t know if there was breakfast available. I didn’t see it. Music was wonderful. We stopped 2 times. The first time for lunch is a more private beach. Which I loved. Wish they had a dj playing music for the beach. That was missing. We could face stayed there. Then we went to a second beach with was actually more beautiful and lively. But no umbrellas and chairs. I wish we could have went I either or. Going to both is a waste of time. But we had a great time.

First of all Paulette from Mexico travel solutions is WONDERFUL!! She was always attentive, kind, helpful and polite returning messages day and night very quickly, the problem was the company who manages the catamaran to/from isla mujeres the food buffet at isla mujeres was awful,drinks terrible there were photographers taking pictures of all the tourists during the day and on the way back to Cancun they sold my son a package of “digital pictures” that never were sent to his email , contacted Paulette and with her help we were able to finally get those pictures, I doubt we will get any without her help , then on the way back to our hotel there were 10 adults, one baby and a stroller inside the van that was taking all of us to different hotels, the only positive experience was the trip in the catamaran. We reserved a private transportation vehicle from Mexico travel solutions from airport/hotel/airport and it was a super nice experience. Irma Barradas with MTS arranged a ride from the airport to the hotel, super smooth, she also recommended the Isla Mujeres boat cruise, it was an amazing day! Everything was taken care of, even transportation to and from the beach. It was a perfect day!

She helped me book a transportation for my friend from the airport, which was very successful safe and appreciated. She also informed me of this tour out to Isla M and it was spectacular. She told me that it was safe and calm and comfortable, which it was because I was also going through medical procedures at the time she was very accommodating thank you so much. Ivan Guzman Tapia was our driver. He was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable for our trip.

This particular agent is a fraud. There was no option to pick up at our hotel and then the night before emailed to say we can pick up at 7 am the next morning at our hotel. Never showed.

We were staying at the RIU Palace Peninsula and Robin was your representative on duty there.  We expressed interest in the catamaran trip to Isla Mujeras.  He explained what is was and the cost.  We were concerned about the weather the next day when he suggested we should go.  We said the following days weather looked better according to our weather app on my phone.  He assured us that in Cancun, they never trust the rain forecast, just the wind forecast and that the day he suggested we go was the better of the two days.  We trusted him and booked a 6 person trip.  Well you will never guess what happened the day we went that he suggested.   It rained the entire time.  What a fun time of packing all the tourist in the covered area of the catamaran because the rain was coming down so hard.  We snorkeled in the rain for 15 minutes and then went to the first stop on the north side of Isla where the streets were flooded .  After that all the planned activities were crammed and cut short because of the weather.  The crew on the boat was awesome but in a tough spot trying to make it good in a bad situation. The next day (the day we suggested) was beautiful.  All sun and no rain.   Just wish Robin would have listened to us on what our concerns were and not worry about selling our family  a horrible (expensive) trip.  Very disappointed in MTS representative putting profit over the customers quality.

Excellent everything. Too bad because we could not do the snorkeling activity because of weather, it was very windy. We really enjoyed the beach, the food and the catamaran crew also excellent.

All very well, Allan helped us manage the tour and was watching the whole time. The tour is the best service, the guys put all the waves on it.
