Smooth and easy experience with Omar and STP Caribe getting to the airport! Omar was early, and had clear and easy communication. It make the travel portion of our trip so effortless!
I will book with STP every time I visit Cancun from now on. Communication was efficient and timely, we were greeted with a cool towel and hand sanitizer when we arrived at the airport. The vehicles were clean and spacious. On our way home, the driver arrived 15 minutes early and communicated that he was out front. Would definitely book again
This is the only way to travel too and from the airport in Mexico. Both trips were met with extremely fancy SUV’s with drivers that were fun, very polite and considerate
Great service! Clean car. Good instructions on how to exit airport. Would definitely recommend and book again
Our driver, Eric, texted me the day of pick-up confirming the pick-up time. He arrived 10 minutes early. We were greeted with hand sanitizer and towels. There was water and beer available for the ride. Eric’s English is very good and he is an excellent driver. Highly recommend using this private car service.

Eduardo was excellent, we had young kids and made sure to drive cautiously. The cold towel was a nice touch when you land and it’s hot and humid. Cold water and beers were also appreciated!
This transport company was the BEST! Luxury vehicle with drinks (water snd beer), AC and a great driver - we loved Nelson!
Didn’t get the 1st car recommended and was late for pickup. Service was not good. Wound not recommend.. Tried to use the same service for pickup, however, company couldn’t look customer up for where they dropped us off.
Love the service! Manuel provided excellent service and was very professional. Safely got us to our destination! Highly recommend

The driver Hector was on time, even a bit early, and was very polite. The van was well cooled, and the music was not overwhelmingly laud. He made our ride enjoyable and comfortable. We enjoyed his ride very much. Super service, Hector. Thank you. We will use this company again.
Andres our driver was very nice and I felt safe. The drive is long from the airport to Tulum but we made it safe and sound.
Jose Andres is an absolute joy. Very safe and accommodating driver. We were picked up from the airport and taken to our hotel. We felt safe and satisfied. Offered us water and wonderful essential oil wet towel.
We took STP both to and from the airport we had Moses picking us up and Armando taking us back to airport. Both good drivers felt comfortable and at ease. Great service
Very courteous and informative Roberto Luna was very nice and safe driver. I recommend stpAribe.com.
I had fernando Orellana & he was absolutely great . Welcomed us as soon as we got off the plane . They took our bags and gave us door to door service . 10/10 also had water and beer available during ride .
