Hidden Cenote Swim & Atv Jungle Adventure With Transportation

I cannot say enough good things about this tour. We booked it through the Amstar rep at the hotel we were staying at. We had to take a trolley from Bahia sian ka’an where we were staying to the akumal lobby and then walk along the beach till we found them. Once we did, they went over the safety instructions and plan for the day. We chose a double occupancy ATV and I drove it on the way there and my spouse drove it on the way back. It was our first time ever riding an ATV and we were extremely comfortable and the staff were very helpful. We got to stop and see some wildlife at a reserve on the way to the cenote and then had ample time in the cenote, which was wonderful, you then drive back to the hotel lobby. It was a couple hours duration and I feel like the timing was perfect. Definitely recommend recommending to anyone wanting to do an ATV tour but not be gone all day.

Cancún Adventures and the team with Adrenaline Park were a well oiled machine and really made my first time riding ATV’s safe and fun! Another great experience on my honeymoon making memories and meeting great people. The time was planned well with riding ATV’s, then a magical swim in a cool cenote with a few adrenaline moments jumping off the cliff. The food that followed was delicious and abundant for all flavors and diets. I highly recommend this excursion as one to add to your vacation without a doubt!

I had an amazing experience doing the ATV and cenote excursion! It was definitely worth the money. The ATV ride was a great adventure and lasted a good amount of time, so it felt like we really got our money’s worth. Afterward, we got to swim in the cenote, which was such a beautiful experience. The lunch provided was also surprisingly good and being included was a great bonus. The transportation was very convenient — they arrived on time for pickup and were ready to take us back once we finished. Overall, everything was well organized, fun, and I would definitely recommend this experience!

Alex and Juan were absolutely amazing!! The whole place is a blast, the rocky trails and being able to go so fast and the smooth parts was a blast!! I’d definitely come back and do it again. AND THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!

If you’re looking for something to do that doesn’t take all day but still allows you to go out and around without a crowd, this is the activity for you. The total activity took roughly 2hrs and is a relatively fair price. The staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere was great. You’ll get dusty and dirty but the Cenote Swim is definitely worth it!

My wife and I went for my 50th birthday. We did the ATV and cenote adventure. Alex was fantastic and there was lots of trails. The trails are bumpy so beware of that. The cenote was so beautiful and refreshing! Lunch was simple fruit and tacos but so fresh and tasty! Everyone was friendly here. The resident dogs are also so sweet, friendly and well behaved. Our ride back to our resort was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and Alex took us out again on the ATVs for another ride. So nice of him! Highly recommend

We loved the ATV ride — it was such an adventurous experience! Rafal and Abel were excellent instructors and guides, making us feel safe and excited throughout the tour. We truly enjoyed spending our Valentine’s Day adventure here. The cenote jump was absolutely mesmerizing, and we also enjoyed some delicious Mexican food. It was a perfect mix of thrill, fun, and relaxation. Highly recommended!

Diego was great, saw monkeys, went swimming in the cenote. The atv was fun to travel with to the activities. Really enjoyed the monkeys.

Rafael and the crew were so friendly and helpful. Great service, nice big ATVs, and a great course. The cenote was wonderful, clear, and private and we could zip line and jump into the water. The photos came out great and the food was spread out nicely and delicious. Cherry on top is they have dogs and cats on the property that the crew owns and takes care of

We had an amazing time riding ATVs and swimming in the cenote. The cenote was beautiful and the zipline and diving platforms were very fun. Rafa was very helpful, funny guide and took great care of us. All the equipment was good quality and the ATV course was well maintained. I would highly recommend!

They were excellent helpful from start to finish!! The treck was great!!challengening if wanted to go fast and if wanted to go slow over challenging areas they were right with you they were fabulous making the adventure yours and making sure you were comfortable as well as safe! Loved every minute of it!!

The ATV portion was pure fun—fast, muddy, and exhilarating—exactly what you hope for in an off-road adventure. And the cenote swim was the perfect finale: crystal-clear water, refreshing, and truly magical. What really made this experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Huge shoutout to Juan, Rafi, Uri, Angel, and Jhony—they were professional, friendly, funny, and made safety a top priority while still keeping the energy high and the vibes fun. You could tell they genuinely love what they do, and it showed in every interaction. If you’re looking for an adventure that combines excitement, natural beauty, and amazing people, this is a must-do. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area without hesitation. We’d do it again in a heartbeat!

This tour was a complete failure from start to finish — and it never even happened. After booking, the operator told us to meet at Aloft Tulum and I explicitly confirmed in writing that we would be there at 12:45 PM the next day for pickup. That message was never corrected or responded to. On the day of the tour, we arrived early, waited in the lobby, and sent multiple messages confirming we were there and ready. We received no response whatsoever. Only after we had been waiting for a long time were we told the pickup had already happened earlier and the vehicle had left. There was no follow-up, no reminder, no attempt to contact us, and no acknowledgment of the written confirmation they failed to address. We lost an entire day of our trip because of poor communication and zero operational professionalism. Customer service then hid behind “system records” instead of taking responsibility for the obvious breakdown. If you value your time or money, do not book this tour. There are far better operators in Tulum who actually communicate and show up.

Beto was am amazing guide, he knew so much about the local flora and fauna and the history of the cenotes! The ATV ride was fun, varied and easy for beginners.

Beto provided a great guide for both the Cenote and the ATV ride. He was really knowledgeable about the local area and showed us some neat plants and how they fit into the culture and medicine of the area. Along with history of the Cenotes and pointed out lots of fossils.

The ATVs were awesome! Felt safe and had a great time! The cenote was beautiful! The place was not super busy so we had it to ourselves. The pictures they took were incredible! The lunch was yummy and the shopping was nice and short.

Great excursion! Uva, Rafa, Angel, JJ, and Johnny really cared for the people on the trails. They stopped for those of us who needed to go slower and were very responsive to helping those after zipping into the cenote if needed, a great time was had by all and the lunch was fabulous. Loved the made on site tacos and hybiscus tea.
