Noah and his team offered the very best in guiding expertise and attentiveness—they took excellent care of us.

No parking anywhere. Catamaran left at 12:00pm. We arrived 11:30 and spent 30 minutes looking for a parking space and were told to park 10 mins drive down the road and walk back, still no parking. Customer service gave a refund but what an absolute headache and disappointment. It was difficult to find the dock.
We had a great experience! The crew was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure everyone, including our children, had a great time!
Hilarious! If you are sad and square mother trucker do not book it. If you are chilled and want to have a good time then go ahead! The crew is cool and the whole tour it’s just what it supposed to be about: sun, sea and fun!
Only after the boat left the marina were we told that the snorkling is cancelled because of high winds. We were not offered a refund or return to the pier. I think that is not fair. We were just offered lunch. That's it. I think that was not right.
They gave us the address to park at a public beach but the guards there dint let us enter saying that the parking was only until 3 pm and that the the cruise would come back by 7 so we can’t enter, they were unresponsive when we tried to call and there was no parking around, leaving us stranded, AVOID AT ALL COST
The crew was 10/10!! Noah and his crew gave us an AMAZING EXPERIENCE, they were awesome. We were able to snorkel, have drinks and be delivered to a bra island
HORRIBLE TOUR ! Unorganized !!! Lots of miscommunication. They tried to offer us a tour we didnt book upon arrival- saying it was a complimentary upgrade. All it was , was longer time in Isla. Our 4.5 hour tour would have been the 8 hour tour. When we said no to the offer we were told we would take one catamaran to the island and a different one back. Guide explained things in lengthy detail in spanish and in english we got the quick version. ( bi-lingual tour) . Snorkeling was maybe 30 minutes.. very quick stop ! Upon arrival to Isla - we were told it was unlimited drinks and food at the beach club. It wasn't, It was only for 90 minutes and you needed to eat as soon as you arrived or it wasn't available later . Thats not considered open bar and food in my opinion. There was No where to put your things at the beach clubs- you needed to rent a chair for $28 for 2 hours. A Never explained to us by our guide. When we were leaving- the return catamaran had no knowledge that we were coming back with them ( they took our picture at check in to assure the return guide knew who we were ) . We were told Fat Cat catamaran was leaving at 3:40--- do not be late. The catamaran ended up departing at 4:12 !!! Captain and staff on return catamaran were vaping the whole way back- very unprofessional. When we got back to Cancun- our driver was not there to get us. Worst tour I have ever booked with Viator
First off, this trip was absolutely hilarious and extremely fun. Lucky for us, everyone else had booked a full day tour so we got upgraded from a half day to a full day for free which was great. The way to snorkeling was fun; however, when snorkeling we were not given fins and were not divided into groups. So, it was really a really big group of people. If you want to do a full snorkel tour, I would suggest getting a tour that purely does snorkeling. Nevertheless, the beach was fun, the food was good, and the tour guides were fun, welcoming, and charismatic. Our tour guide in particular was the life of the party and dancing - it was amazing. While other reviews say people of the island are pushy, I wouldn’t. They don’t try to keep asking after a first no nor do they get offended. Everyone my boyfriend and I interacted with were extremely friendly. I would recommend bringing pesos to the island for souvenirs or snacks (paletas are always a must). The beach they drop you off at is extremely close to playa Norte, which I personally liked better. We did not rent a golf cart and with the limited amount of time there, unless if you want to go to the other side of the island, walking works great. The drinks were good! And the way back was amazing! 100% recommend for a fun day of food, beach, and drinks!
I had a medical issue when I was on the trip. The staff did everything they could to help me. They spoke English which was helpful.
Only 10 of us on the catamaran. Great day. Snorkelling was ok but hardly any marine life. Carlos and crew were great and the drinks flowed all the time. The beach at the island was amazing. Talcum powder white sand and crystal clear water.
I was really looking forward to this catamaran cruise to Isla Mujeres, but unfortunately, I never even got the chance to board. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t park in the garage something that wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time even I told the security guard in the parking garage I will miss the boat he said I can’t park here, later on a lady said I should pay to park, it was a free parking spot and they didn’t told me I have to pay I would pay since I drove two and half hours to get there and I have already book the activity.I tried to find a solution, I even asked to do another boat activity in Cancun since I had only this activity planned for the day, they only one they had was the speed boat, the lady tried to help she even gave me the captain number but he didn’t answered the phone when i tried to tell him what’s going on .As a result, I missed the boat. To make things worse, they refused to issue a refund or offer any kind of compensation, even though the situation was beyond my control. It felt like they were more interested in keeping the money than making sure guests were taken care of.
Tour guide was amazing and fun! Water was rough and made snorkeling difficult but it was still a fun adventure! Touring the island on a golf cart was another exciting adventure!
An amazing experience ! If you want to have fun you are at the good place, all the staff was really kind even though we were the only two French/ English speakers. Our captain Abraham was so nice and fun !
BAM, wad a fun Facilitator. We saw so many turtles swimming by the boat. It was crazy windy, lots of waves but I did snorkel! Buffet & drinks on the island were satisfactory. The golf cart was $85 USD, apparently you can rent cheaper, but we didn't mind paying more, as BAM knew where to go & make sure we are back on time O recommend this tour!
Best experience the guys were really nice! We picked some travelers from a different hotel that were younger and much more rowdy! So you knew we have a good time!
We signed up for the 5 hour trip. They begged us to go on the 7 hour trip. I found out it was because they overbooked our trip. I said no to the 7 and they crammed us on a small boat. Then we had to wait for a different boat to take us back to Cancun. The drinks were very watered down. The trip was nice but disorganized and chaotic.
It rained and we were not able to see the Island and rent golf carts. I enjoyed the snorkeling. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable.
We had so much fun! I would love to do this excursion again I'll be coming back to Cancun in a week and will be doing this again.
Fabulous trip overall. Would highly recommend. Great day and great crew! Just remember to bring money for the golf cart on Isla Mujeres.
DO NOT GO!!!! 1st stop...19 catamarans x 30 people each, snorkel in a group giant circle, can't see nothing but other peoples fins., must follow the guide-0-fun. 2nd stop...same as above but near a shore,,,can't swim w/o. a life jacket, have to stay near your boat!!!! dead fish everywhere. no floats or paddle boards offered. captain called coast guard and police because we are not swimming with a life jacket ( a very negative experience)... 3rd stop...off you go to an overpacked- dirty- island with thousands of people rushing around to find a free inch of space... where you need to spend more $$$$...overcrowded, bombarded by constant sales, polluted.... this is NOT A LUXURY SAILING...that was a bait -n-switch guided torture trip!!! DO NOT GO!!!!
The crew and boat ride was great. They double booked us on the same boat we had originally been scheduled for a 1/2 trip but the boat that they put us on was for a full day. They had to find another boat to bring us back. The whole time they kept asking us to stay for the original trip but we had told them we also had reservations for another event that night. We finally got back to the original meeting point at 6 o’clock and when we got back our transportation that we had book thru you was gone and we had to pay for another way of transportation to get back to the hotel. No communication
Wonderful experience! Everyone should try it. Very friendly staff and please say Hi to Panda from us.
My biggest issue with this tour was that the boat and crowd was not properly represented on Viator. We were shuffled onto a very large catamaran with probably somewhere in the range of 60-70 people. We also were not communicated to regarding transfer back to our hotel and left to try to figure out where our ride was alone. We ended up taking Uber back at the end. Food was not served on the boat but a buffet was open when you arrive at the island. Snorkeling was excellent IF you could get away from the crowd. At one point I had two panicking tourists clinging onto me. Life jackets are mandatory and they do not provide flippers. The staff was great, fun people.
Very professional, timely and friendly service. Excellent communication from the time the trip was booked. Highly recommend.
The trip was beautiful, no doubt. We were initially supposed to with a different boat group but ended up with Neptuno. The crew was nice and tried to hype up the crowd. Be aware that the snorkeling is a hit or miss, the water was a little choppy for us to snorkel, but they did give us an option to go at our own risk. We ended up opting out but a lot of people said that we didn’t miss much since there wasn’t much to see. Be also aware of all the things that are not included and make sure you ask before your trip because you’ll end up paying things extra. The drinks were watered down, must ask for extra shot to even taste the liquor. The ride to isla mujeres was nice, ambiance was great, the food was okay, it was more of a lunch line and you only had 90 min to eat (or 60 can’t remember to a T). The water was so pretty but it was too shallow to swim in, it just went up to your hip max. You were given an option to purchase a golf cart to “ride around” as it was portrayed, but in reality we just had to follow everyone that had a golf cart to punta sur (the other side of the island) and look at some statues and shops and ride back before boarding time again to head back to the city. DONT let the photographers take advantage of you by paying $120 for some pictures… a lot of other folks in our group was given the same package deal for pictures for less than what we bought it for, it’s like they pick and choose who to rip off and who actually negotiates with them for the price. We didn’t pay $120 of course but it was just crazy how much they wanted for 20 mediocre pictures honestly.. I get they are trying to make their money but I did feel like there was a lot of trying to rip people off and still ask for tips at the end of the excursion.. but that’s just my opinion.
First off too many people on one boat. The boat was 45 minutes late picking us up. By the time we arrived to the island we only had less than a hour to enjoy and it was time to leave. The trip was not worth the money. I wish I could get a refund. The sitting was tight and uncomfortable we were just over it
I’ve put a lot of thought into whether I would give this 2 or 3 stars. We had fun and there were definitely highlights, but there were also a lot of negatives. I’ll start with the pros: 1- the on-board photographer was great 2- the crew was extra helpful with our 4.5yo 3- the surroundings are so beautiful that you will forgive a crappy tour in the moment Now for the cons: 1- the boat is VERY small and basically the only place to sit is on very uncomfortable netting. Not recommended with kids (ours did great but she’s a trooper) You also have no space to put your stuff really. 2- “snorkeling” is a stretch. They dump you into a rough section of water where there are a bajillion other boats and you need to swim 500M point to point and THEY DON’T GIVE YOU FINS. So you’re basically just swimming really hard to get to the pickup and there was nothing to see underwater. Super super lame- if you’re going for snorkeling, this isn’t your trip. 3- They asked for $85US for a golf cart rental, which ended up being a super rushed tour where we couldn’t stop or actually visit any of the sites, lasting about 40 mins. Also, if you rent your own it’s $55 FOR THE WHOLE DAY. We were definitely ripped off. 4- This is definitely a party boat with the only goal of drinking a lot. If you’re into that then this is your boat, otherwise it’s not worth your time. 5- The guide set up our transportation back to our hotel for 7:30pm but we got back almost an hour early. He didn’t help us have them come earlier, so we had an extra hour of just standing at a park with our hungry, tired kid waiting for our ride. We asked for his help and he just left for the day. We made the most of it but I definitely wouldn’t do this again nor recommend it to others. There are more professional outfits out there.
Had a great time on this excursion! Pretty much it was only the weather that we wish we could have changed. It was too windy to snorkel, and took 1.5 hours to arrive to Isla Mujeres because of that. The three hosts (driver, bartender, guide) were so fun to have around and very informational! They gave suggestions and advice, but ultimately let us do whatever we wanted. They really made the trip fun! The 5 hour time limit was very quick and we didn’t get to explore Isla Mujeres at all besides eating at a restaurant. The photographer on board was pretty entertaining and fun too. Some people from our group bought their photos for $40. We had 14 people go on the trip and they always needed some up front on the boat and some on back for weight. It was only hard to move about the boat because of the windy weather. I would only do this adventure again in good weather and at least another hour longer.
This was the best excursion we did in Cancun Mexico, Carlos was amazing. The captain and all the staff were so helpful and fun! Drinks were full all day! I would recommend doing the full day as there was not enough time at isla but overall I would do this everytime we visit!
Carlos, Gato and crew made sure we had the best possible experience! I would have preferred more time snorkeling and maybe less on the island, but all in all it was an amazing, unforgettable experience.
me and my lady met at the meet point behind flamingos as instructed and it was a whole different sailing agency so we completely missed out and wasted 250$.
This was our most enjoyable excursion while visiting Cancun. Transportation was prompt, & tour guide BAM was incredible. We only had 10 tourists on our catamaran!! It was like having our own boat. We snorkeled on our way to the island & saw tons of beautiful fish & the under water sculptures. At the island, we rented golf carts, stopped for a quick drink & enjoyed the beach for a bit. The half day trip is fast paced & perfect for our liking. I highly recommend this excursion,
Panda and crew were just wonderful. We felt safe during the voyage and we were involved with the decision making on what to do. The waves were pretty high that day so didn't do any snorkeling. Thank you for a fun experience!
Great time, super friendly staff, golf carts are a must! Make sure to have a bite to eat on the island before heading back to Cancun.
Was a great time! Ended up with a small group (total 7) The staff was so attentive. My husband snorkeled and enjoyed it. Overall all great time!
The best experience and very good service! Thank you so much for all team! I will to recommend this sailing to my friends!
Good open bar and staff were attentive with everything. Security and safety was good . Bam Bam ran a tight tour marine like. He’ll know who I am. I almost drank 100 beers
Bam and crew were awesome, catamaran was super fun, drinks were endless, tour of Isla Mujeres was also fun!!
Carlos and his crew were very friendly and amazing during our trip this was an amazing excursion my only tip is to go to a restaurant in the beginning of your hours on the island because if u eat there they have a private section of beach compared to the over crowded public one if that’s what u are looking for
Snorkeling was absolutely awful! We were dumped out into the middle of the ocean and told to swim, dodging boats at sometimes dangerous proximity. The sea was stormy that day and the boats around the area created a lot of waves, which made swimming very difficult. We were told there are reefs there, but didn't see any. Saw a couple of small fish only. This was completely not worth it. The island itself is also nothing particularly special; at least, from what we saw of it. Many people in our party were sea sick, so if you are prone to that, don't take this tour. It lasts much longer than suggested here; probably around 8 hours in total. The staff on the boat were very nice, though, and did their best to make the trip as enjoyable as possible for us.
We had a great time! Just a couple things to be aware of. If you are 60+ you cannot snorkel. If you want to go on the golf cart ride around the island an additional $70. The golf cart ride was fun and I recommend doing it. We really liked our guide and the catamaran had 4 groups so 18ppl total. Great service by the crew. We enjoyed it.
Boat ride was fun both ways! Host and beverage service on boat was great. One problem- on recommendation of the host, we booked golf cart at the island for which I had to deposit my license. I did not get my license back after the trip. Still asking host to find out what happened. I hope I get my license back
We had a great time! Diego P. was a great tour guide and kept spirits high the entire afternoon. Definitely rent the golf carts if you have the chance.
Tour guide Joshua is good and funny. Atmosphere in ship is relax and enjoyable. Food and drinks are good. Worthwhile trip for enjoying on the ship and have a short visit to Isla Mujeres. Snorkeling arrangement should be improved to make sure each child are strictly supervised by their guardians.
We enjoyed the half day sailing. Time permitting, I could have selected a full day. The boat was clean and it's a lovely ride over to Isla Mujeres! The sea was a little rough the day of our trip but it was worth it. I already shared with the tour operator (she was lovely )but they definitely need to conduct the whole speel BEFORE we set sail. We waisted like half our time across the water with the spell. That could have been 10mins before we board and then enjoyed more of our time onboard. I had a group of about 14 people so we would have liked some flexibility with the music choices as well. Overall, definitely worth it for your time in Mexico!
We had so much fun on this excursion. Took my 20YO daughter and 17 YO son and we all had a blast. Customer service was top notch every step of the way!
Terrible experience. Not worth price. Boat is very small and unstable. Some staff are okay and others were rude and pushy. One person from our party became ill on the boat so we decided to leave the tour to head back to Cancun/our hotel. While that person from our party was actively ill, the staff still wanted to push alcohol onto them when they clearly weren’t in the position to consume any alcohol. Rude tour guide BAM gave us wrong directions for ferry. We ended the tour on our own and didn’t ask for a refund so why give us the wrong directions to get home safely? Good thing we used Google and found the right ferry before departing.
Booked this tour based on the stellar reviews. Very small, outdated boat. The boat was also small and very difficult and unsafe to move around on. Only allowed 20 minutes for snorkeling and we were rushed. Provided chips and a small cup of salsa and not one customer ate it. A bit disorganized for the departure from La Isla. I’ve taken several tours like this in the past and this is by far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had and by far the most costly. Didn’t include lunch and beach club like all the others that I’ve been on for half the cost. Impossible that anyone could possibly give this company a 3 start or better. I’m certain that the reviews were manipulated. I spoke to the other passengers and they all agreed and were displeased and disappointed. Viator should be ashamed of themselves for the BS reviews posted. I will say, that the 3 crew members were good people and worked hard. However, there are many other choices and do not use this one.
The staff was full of life, from the captain to the photographers and the swimming tour guides. My friend and I felt safe, welcomed and full of joy. The selection of music, snacks and drinks were great as well. It is an unforgettable experience and so worth it!
