Dec 28, 2023, 12:16:37 PM Contacted tour operator night before the trip to confirm pickup location. They informed me I did not have a reservation even though I had a confirmation number and made full payment with Viator. They seemed to be saying there was a problem with the reservation system but I couldn't understand their reasoning for certain. Now I have to fight to get my money back wasting precious vacation time. Will never waste time booking with third party like Viator again.
