I had to book last minute due to airline delays. The company was very accommodating to our needs. Mr. Wilbert was an excellent driver. He was waiting at the airport despite it taking a little over an hour to get through immigration and baggage claim. He was polite and friendly. I would definitely use this company again when coming to Cancun.

Overall good experience very nice car, disappointed as was not shown how to use the entertainment system before we set off. Asked the driver 15 mins into the journey and he didn’t know so we have no music for the journey. It’s definitely worth it for the experience. You need to show the customers the features before setting off and make sure the work it would then be a 5* experience.

Moises Basilio picked us up and took us to Secrets Playa Blanca. He was prompt, friendly, professional and courteous. He drove safely and provided everything we needed including beers and waters. It took a while for us to get our bags at the airport and both Alfredo and our greeter Josue were patient and communicated well. We had cold refreshments waiting for us when we got in the car, WiFi and were able to connect our own music. The car was very clean as well. Would definitely book.

Excellent service! We booked with STP after reading other reviews and could not have been more impressed. Our driver was wonderful, the service was excellent and fantastic communication. We ended up booking them on our return to the airport and once again, could not be more impressed. The experience was top notch from start to finish. We were greeted via text as soon as the plane touched down and Edgar, our driver was so helpful. He walked me through the exit route to the pickup point with ease. The GMC Denali SUV was immaculate and very comfortable. I ordered champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and roses that were very elegantly setup in the vehicle when we got in. Edgar was very professional and very informative, answering any of our questions we had about the sites we saw along the way. We have found our new transportation for every time we visit the area! Very highly recommend and ask for Edgar.

We were very happy with our limo ride. Representatives from STP reached out prior to our arrival to clarify details of our trip. They tracked our flight and even arrived early when our flight was set to arrive early. As soon as we landed a representative contacted us and made sure we knew where to meet him. All staff dress professionally and distinctly helping to find them in the sea of other services. The ride itself was great with champagne, beer and seltzers. We arrived at our hotel in a timely fashion. Overall we would absolutely use STP Caribe again!

We booked with STP Caribe just a day before arriving into Cancun. We reserved a luxury SUV to transport us to our hotel. We were very impressed with the service. They kept us informed via text of how navigate through the airport, and promptly taken to our vehicle. Alfredo was kind, and shared suggestions with us from where to visit to the best drinks. He was helpful and informative. The ice cold drinks and refreshing towels were also a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

I am writing this review because I previously wrote one on the sister company Viator website, I tried but they gave me no option to change or alter my highly negative review and the company deserves better for the way they handled my problem. My initial one star review was for my transportation from Cancun Airport to my Puerto Morelos hotel. It was frankly a mess, a botched trip, and the review was appropriate. BUT (a BIG but) upon reading the review the company immediately reached out to me, apologized, and asked to make it right. They gave me a totally complimentary return trip to the airport for my departure that was absolutely flawless. They did NOT try to force me to alter my previous review, they simply acknowledged their error and made it right. They went the extra mile and I feel it's only fair to let that be known. Seeing how they responded i'd absolutely use them again and can recommend them because they obviously care about their clients.

Igor Villegas was our driver and was great! Greeted us with hand sanitizer, cold towels, and cold water! He loaded up the Luxurious SUV with our luggage and explained the history of Cancun on the way to Playa Mujeres Atelier! Igor was very professional, attentive, and overall great experience. 10 out of 10!

Overall, a great experience with this transportation service. When we first arrived, our original SUV was not available due to a last minute mechanical failure but they texted us saying that a replacement car was on the way. After 15 minutes, the replacement car arrived and our driver Moises Basilio was amazing. He happily greeted us with moist towels and loaded all of our luggage into the car. Car was very luxurious, spacious, with access to water, snacks, and beers. We also had access to Spotify and could edit our own playlist. Moises was very accommodating, courteous, and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent. The car was very clean and confortable. But the best of this experience was the driver Juan Daniel. Very polite and attencious since the reception at airport into the hotel.
