This was our honeymoon trip and Moises did such an amazing job of making us feel comfortable! I was worried since this was my first time traveling internationally without my parents, but Marcelo was ready to grab us and take us to Moises to go to our resort. Will be doing this every time now!

When we arrived at the Cancun airport, it took close to 2 hours to get our checked luggage. The STP Caribe team was patient, and once we were able to meet up with them, they took great care of us! Juan Daniel made sure everything was perfect from the refreshing towels when we reached the car, to the drinks during our ride, the temperature in the vehicle, volume of the music, etc. It was such a wonderful start to our vacation! The drive back to the airport at the end of our vacation was effortless. The driver arrived right on time, had refreshments available for us, and had us on our way in no time. Thank you STP Caribe!!

We had a great experience. Our plane arrived 15 mins early but then we had an almost 2 hour wait to get off the tarmac and get our luggage. Gabriel waited patiently for us! He was so friendly and a thoughtful host and driver. Wonderful experience !
