Costa Mujeres To Cancun Airport Private Departure Transfer

Marco was a fantastic driver. Very professional and nice. Vehicle was clean and luxurious. Includes drinks and wifi - I used an SUV one way and a sedan the other way from Secrets Playa Blanca and both experiences were fantastic. Would use this service again. Marco is a great asset and we appreciate his kindness.

Marco was our driver and he was super friendly and professional. On time, fantastic vehicle with wifi and beverages. Very clean and great service. I used this service to pick us up from the airport as well and it was great both ways. Will use again. Way better than the van transports that are so big in Cancun.

★★★★★ Ronaldo with STP Caribe did an outstanding job for our private round-trip transfer from Banyan Tree Mayakoba to Xcaret. We had a group of seven people, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The minibus was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and Ronaldo arrived right on time for both pickups. What really impressed us was the attention to detail—they had the car seats ready for our children exactly as requested, which made traveling with family so much easier and gave us great peace of mind. Ronaldo was friendly, professional, and an excellent driver. He made the entire experience stress-free, allowing us to focus on enjoying our day at Xcaret instead of worrying about transportation logistics. We would gladly book STP Caribe again and specifically request Ronaldo. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, private transportation in the Riviera Maya.

Driver was extremely professional and polite. On time and provided updates. Great way to start and end your trip. Great experience!

Round trip from Cancun airport to Costa Mujeres. Our driver Alfredo was AMAZING. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He was a great driver and if you get him consider yourself lucky! Highly recommend STP Caribe.

Arrived promptly and was very helpful with baggage. San Juan got us to the airport safely in plenty of time.

Was an easy and amazing transportation service from the airport to our hotel. Our driver Marcos Dominguez was so friendly and accommodating. 10/10 experience.

Awesome trip and service. Marco Dominguez was our driver and was very professional and friendly. Definitely will be back.

We had Marco Dominguez today and we had a wonderful experience. Marco has prompt and safely got us through flooding to the airport on time. 5 🌟

We had the best experience traveling to and from the airport and our hotel. Communication was clear and easy. They told us exactly what to expect and I felt safe and comfortable. The car was very fancy and clean and comfortable. The ride with Alfredo Ramos was the best! He was kind, had great conversations with us which I loved, and taught us some things as we drove to the resort. We loved him so much that we requested him to also take us back to the airport! It was fun seeing a familiar face come to pick us back up at the end of the trip. Would highly recommend this company and Alfredo specifically!

It was a truly fantastic driving experience. I would highly recommend this service to anyone seeking reliable transportation. The driver was exceptionally skilled and made the journey very comfortable. I appreciated their professionalism and courteous nature throughout. Overall, it was a five-star experience from start to finish. Thanks Darwin Dominguez

We used STP Caribe for our transfer from the hotel to the airport and couldn’t have been happier with the service. Our driver, Alfredo, was outstanding—he arrived early, was professional and attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire ride. Everything felt smooth, safe, and stress-free, which is exactly what you want before catching a flight. We highly recommend STP Caribe and especially Alfredo if you’re looking for reliable and friendly transportation!

Marco with STP Caribe was excellent. He let me know when he arrived, punctual and wonderful experience on the ride to the airport. I highly recommend STP Caribe, I use them everytime I’m in Cancun. Thank you Marco!

Fantastic company! Seamless and professional from start to finish! Great communication from the moment I booked my transportation to/from the Cancún airport. Darwin Dominguez was fabulous!

Darwin was great. Beautiful luxury sedan. Amazing service. Highly recommend. Professional on time crystal clean and friendly

Darwin was an excellent driver! The car was clean and communication with him was easy! He helped with all of our luggage, offered refreshments, and most importantly - drove safely!

Great service. Easy to communicate for booking and pick up on time. Booked a transfer to the hotel and back. Marco and Alfredo were both great drivers and friendly. Would definitely book again. Thank you stp caribe!

Alfredo made my birthday amazing! Thank you so much to this company! Great service, music, cold drinks and a special birthday cake and lots of balloons in the truck!!!

Thank you Joaquin for the amazing service and transfer today . Arrived early to our hotel . Very informative happy professional, clean, reliable very good English.

We used STP Caribe both ways and had an excellent experience. Alfredo is top notch in service and knowledge of the area. Will be using them again without a doubt.

Alfredo was early and kindly waited for us. He was very nice, the car is super nice and has WiFi and AC. Easy 5 out of 5 experience.

Easy, smooth travel back to the Cancun airport. Our driver Alfredo was prompt and great to talk to on our trip to the airport! Vehicle was comfortable and air conditioned. I will definitely use this car service when I come back!

Wonderful experience with STP and our driver Oscar. He arrived to the lobby before we did and patiently awaited for all seven of us to be present. After our luggage was stowed we boarded the suv where it was cooled off and he ensured that the seatbelts were fastened and off we went! Mil gracias por habernos atendido! Highly recommend the car service and plan on using them again when we return.

Great experience overall. On time and just above board experience. We would definitely choose them again.

Juan was the absolute best! Im going to book with them every time i come to Mexico. It was a my bday trip so they decorated the inside of the truck with balloons <3 They go above and beyond and make your trip luxurious! He picked us up from our resort with was about 30 min from the airport, gave us drinks and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you again!

Great service, clean cars, punctual and always responsive to my questions prior to pickup. Absolutely recommend!

The driver was late, did not greet us, did not confirm my name and did not offer us anything to drink. He did not tell us where he was taking us. He just got in the car and started driving. Didn’t speak to us the whole time we found the coronas in an arm rest and helped ourselves, but that was about it. it was a little nerve racking because we weren’t sure if he was taking us to the airport or not if we were in the right vehicle or not it just ended our trip on a very sour note and I’ve used Viator every time that I travel out of the country purchasing luxury private transports. I’m very dissatisfied and not sure if I will continue to use the service on my next trip in July.

I’m rating the trip to the airport from Secrets as a 5 star even though the vehicle originally went to the wrong Secrets hotel for pick up. It wasn’t the driver’s fault. STP doesn’t have the other Secrets listed on their drop down hotel list yet. They need to fix this. To their credit, they were able to get the issue resolved, and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time. I felt sorry for the driver; we could tell he felt badly about it, and it totally wasn’t his fault. Would still strongly recommend using this company for transportation.

Excellent service, arrived early with no pressure to meet them early. The Yukon Denali looked brand new and was very comfortable. Our driver was very courteous, offered a cold towel, drinks and friendly conversation.

The driver was on time, extremely pleasant and helpful and the car itself was wonderful. It was a completely positive experience.

Nelson was absolutely amazing with getting us from our hotel to the airport. He was prompt & on time super nice relaible and a safe driver definitely will use the company again.

Igor was a wonderful driver , service was top of line and ride was smooth . I will always book with this company and if available ask for Igor as driver

The transportation was Amazing. The SUV was clean, the driver was friendly, and his driving was safe.

All good things to say about our transportation to our hotel. The company kept in communication on any changes are were easy to find at the airport.

We had Alfredo pick us up from TRS Coral to take us to the airport which is about an hour away. He was on time and personable. I highly recommend STP and Alfredo for your transportation needs.

This company is amazing if you are looking for something over the top and makes you look and fell like a celebrity you need to book this. I did a solo trip my drive name was BOLLY he was amazing please if your going to book request for BOLLY to pick you up he is very funny and she decorated inside the car for me. It’s my birthday and this really put a big smile on my face I give this company a 10/10. Thx again BOLLY for making this a birthday to remember?

Ezra was very kind and informative. We will definitely be using this service again in the future and will recommend to anyone who is traveling and needing transportation.

Safe and enjoyable ride with Alex. Very professional and well spoken. 10 out 10. This is our second time with the same company.

Ezra is an amazing driver, he welcomed us in with lots of smiles and jokes! He was very careful and got us to the airport in a safe yet fashionable manner. He made our trip back to the airport comfortable for us. Very humble and kind gentleman. Would love for him to be our driver for next time. Thank you STP and Ezra!
