Coco Bongo Cancun Nightclub

There was a little wait at the door and process was very quick, free WIFI never connect shows where very good and entertaining drinks where always following, but unfortunately near to the end of the evening I was tricked by one of the girls selling shots , basically she tried to charge me $60 then $30 she said if I didn’t pay she would call security in the end to keep the peace I paid $10 my friend was not happy and the nice waiter tried to help us and call a supervisor which was a waste of time , this really ruined my experience as it seems you can’t feel safe or trust the management

Tickets did not work on door. Company never sent reservation to coco bongo. Had to wait for them to try confirm with vendor for tickets and then pay double of door which then resulted in missing half the show. Not happy!

The show is fantastic and worth the price. It is confusing going in. Person outside got us to upgrade to VIP. Person sat us further back anyway, had to pull out our paperwork again to show him we upgraded. Seems like everyone was mixed up anyway. Not sure we really needed to upgrade

This experience wasn't even honored for us, we were told that they were no longer offering it when we got to the door. We paid extra for no reason at all. A complete waste of money. Very disappointing.

went last week its still as good as ever from freddy mercury,beetle juice,maddona an more none stop all night .paid 140 dollars for bottle service an worth every penny. drinks sevice none stop all night never had to wait an it was very busy

<p>The tour was good. Private driver showed up exactly on time. Only complaint was that we were dropped off at Coco Bongo with no clear direction on where to go. There is a VIP booth that we had to find - and once that happened, we were good to go. Driver had limited English skills which was tough.</p>

<p>Whole evening was brilliant, staff extremely attentive and although such a diverse age group Coco Bongo's has something for everyone. We arrived at 10pm and left at 03.15am and enjoyed every minute of it. Our friends from Wales their first time were simply amazed. It was our second time after visiting in 2013 and this time was even better than the first. A MUST do for everyone who visits Cancun. Thank you and ENJOY it!</p>

Cancun A scam. A danger. Do not go. Regrettable experience. To begin with, to enter, they make you stand for an hour and a half at the door, dying of heat to get in, and in the meantime, they keep trying to take your money by offering you a preferential entry. When you enter, they take you out of all the places, since if you did not buy a table, you have to wander around being pushed through the place. They mistreat you; the waiters, the people, the security guards step on you. A disaster. They fill the place with so many people that there is not even the minimum space to stand. The capacity does not exist. Evidently, they are "associated" with the authorities because it does not meet the minimum requirements to be authorized with the number of people entering by overselling tickets. What they want is for people to leave the place and keep selling. A total and absolute lack of respect for the tourist. Not to mention the objectification of women that reaches such a level, so gross, that the lack of respect is unbearable and should be sanctioned by some organization for undignified treatment, lack of information from the staff at the venue who are overwhelmed. The worst experience by far. Someone has to say it. DO NOT GO.

Do not fall for this scam, the agency's service is terrible, they do not solve any problem, the best and most economical thing is to book directly at cocobongo, friend tours is not friendly at all, terrible customer service from Nancy Castro, operations coordinator .

We bought some tickets for Coco Bongo at this agency called Amigo Tours, which is not at all friendly. We tried to change the date of the ticket due to logistical problems on our trip and they, very disastrous and arrogant, told us that changes could not be made. I do not recommend them. Acquiring tickets at this agency is better to buy them directly with Coco Bongo where they do allow changes. The agency's service is terrible, they need a customer service department, don't risk your money

is enjoyed from the entrance, excellent sound, lights, effects, first level drinks, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, the cost of the entrance is exceeded with the level of the show.

Like many other people, I had aprioris, but finally we found this magical place!!! Sounds, lights, show, trapeze artists, stunts, but also, between shows, it goes into nightclub mode with current music... A Great Mood, and as other reviews say, I highly recommend the VIP corner, certainly much more expensive, but all international alcoholics are in open bar, you are sitting and with a top level view! Because staying in the false standing from 11pm to 4am, no thanks!

FRIENDS TOURS ARE SCAMMERS, be careful and from my personal experience I do not recommend it at all!! We hired several excursions from argentia through DESPEGAR.COM and in cancun "amigosTours" were in charge of taking us to several excursions such as this one of chichen itza which is the uncia that we could do but we were picked up 40 minutes later than scheduled and there was no one to show their face and they did not attend us on the phones. On the other hand, we went from the internet with a date to go on a Saturday, which arrived there told us that you could only Monday or Tuesday!! We decided to go on a Monday, they never made the payment of coco bongo, there in coco bongo the manager told us that there was a reservation but that they had not paid from AMIGOS TOURS, not only once, but twice!! since we made the claim and we were given a date to go the next day, which they did not pay again!! and the person responsible who attended me of friends tours was "Carolina Echeverria"... finally the transport that "went on time" to pick us up to go to the airport we waited 1 hour and never arrived.. when claiming I had accused that we went and we were not, in short we would not waste any more time in claiming for fear of missing the flight. I have years and experience in travel and it is the first time that something like this has happened to me!! Almost ruin my vacation, I do not recommend it at all!!!

A place where a Vegas-type show is presented, but without chairs. I was quoted at 9:20 pm and we entered at 10:30 pm very friendly vendors everywhere, who offer you two additional Up Grade, one for 20 us and another for 10 us per person; additional to what you already paid to be in a better location, the site is divided by zones and is not as big as you might think, and it turns out that the "open bar" is at track level, they will run you from where you stand, I was run four times, there are some bleachers but you can not even stand in the first, or you have to pay Up Grade, they continue running you from where you do, there are no chairs, if you want to sit you must pay Up Grade to climb to a bleacher that has one or two chairs, if you stay on track level you also can not approach a high table to place your drink, because it has to pay for the reservation, then if you stand in front of the first level platform with the drink (EYE reduced with some companion) because start looking for where to run, because before some presentation begins the very friendly waiters look for girls in the audience and invite them to go up to the platform and they will cover your entire bone view you see but the back of the girls and when the presentation ends they remove them, if you want to see something of the show you have to move again to another part of the salon with a drink in hand, now has preferences for the table that are reserved, the service that you paid for the bartenders, friendly consideration if you remember to bring your order first; if you remember that before any presentation begins, the very friendly waiters look for girls in the audience and invite them to go up to the platform and cover your entire bone view you see the back of the girls and when the presentation ends, if you want to see something of the show you have to move back to another part of the salon with a drink in hand, now you have a preferences for the service that are reserved and the bartenders in hand, if you want to take advantage of the service preferences for the table that are reserved, the bartenders paid consideration of the table, the first, the consideration of your order is kind consideration, if you remember to bring your order first; if you remind me to bring your order first; if you remember me to stand before any samples, In my opinion, if anyone from COCO BONGO , comes to see this opinion, please give a shout-out to the one who invented this system and tell him that I have spent one of the longest nights, and that by the time I finally found a place to see the show, guess... my wife can no longer stand and we had to leave, in short for me it was pay to go to suffer.
