Great experience, knowledgeable guides.
We had an amazing experience on this tour. Everything was so well organized, perfectly timed, the places visited were just amazing, the food incredible and the staff are absolutely lovely people.
It was a very nice experience, everything has been very nice.
Excellent trip good value for the money and the tour guides were very knowledgeable
We had such a fantastic experience from start to finish! A special mention to our wonderful tour guide, Eleazar, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He made the experience even more enjoyable with his interesting facts and enthusiasm. A huge thank you also to our driver, Antonio (Tony), who took such great care of us, always making sure we were comfortable and had a cold drink ready to keep us refreshed in the Mexican heat! Both gentlemen went above and beyond to make our day memorable. Excellent service, wonderful hospitality and an experience we would highly recommend Simon and Desiree, Ireland 🇮🇪
Sergio was great driver. Dally informative and hospitable. Food was delicious!
Great trip would recommend Greg told with passion
Great trip over all the staff was very attentive. You learn a lot of amazing things about the culture which is was nice to connect back too. Would recommend for sure
Great atmosphere definitely worth it.
Book this tour! It included all fees to get into xichen itza! They fed us, made sure we had plenty of drinks, shaded with umbrellas, and were so kind and passionate about their culture! They even snapped photos of us no problem! What an amazing experience visiting one of the wonders of the world! We brought extra cash but most of the people selling at the temples still accepted card if you didn’t bring enough! The buffet they brought us to was out of this world best food we’ve had on our trip so far haha and the service at the restaurant was exceptional! The cenote was amazing and soooo refreshing—we did have to pay for a locker but we could have left our belongings safely on the bus if we wished to! We felt so safe overall so book this trip with xcaret and they will take care of you! Special thanks to Eleazar and Rogelio !
Excellent tour!! Very educational and interesting!! The swim at the end was awesome! Food was great!
Everything was brilliant. The staff knew what they were doing. Food and drinks brilliant. Transport brilliant and punctual. I'm actually on the coach back now and couldn't wait to review this one. I honestly can't fault anything
I so recommend this group, their services are great.
Through Hotel Xcaret we had an amazing experience with our “family”. The guides and driver made for an unforgettable experience. If I were to visit the site again I would only want to go through these guides. The information provided made me invested and interested in everything I was visiting and being a part of.
Amazing experience from start to finish Fernando was an excellent tour guide friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable Angel was a great captain and an incredibly smooth, professional driver They both made us feel welcome, safe, and entertained throughout the entire trip Huge thanks to both of them
We had an amazing time on the Xichén by Xcaret tour! It was such a great way to experience Chichén Itzá and learn more about the history and culture of the Mayan civilization. A special thank you to our guides, Nefy and Enrique, who were both fantastic! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience really interesting and enjoyable. They did a great job explaining everything and teaching us about Mayan culture. The organization of the tour was excellent, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. It was definitely one of the highlights of our vacation, and I would highly recommend Xichén to anyone visiting the Riviera Maya! The corn cake in the breakfast box was delicious, and lunch at Valladolid was wonderful as well. Take a hat, sunscreen, and wear comfortable shoes. It did rain heavily when we went for lunch, but luckily most of us wore sandals after the cenote so it was fine. Thank you, Nefy and Enrique, for making the experience so memorable! ❤️
We loved our tour. It was a super hot day, the coach was nice, picked us up on time at our hotel, fully ac. Had a decent turkey sandwich on the bus for breakfast. When we got to chichen, they provided both an ice cold water bottle and a large parasol for our use to block the sun. This was critical. Our guide Mario was very knowledgeable and funny, caring throughout the entire time. The driver Miguel was very professional, he drove over all the speed bumps with much care, never felt bumpy. You would know how important this is if you rode on the golf cart on isla majures or on the local bus in cancun. The buffet was very good, had a variety of all kinds of meats, taco toppings, drinks and desserts. We also had a bit time to explore the town. Finally, the cave where we go swim was a highlight. After such a hot day, it was super refreshing to take a plunge using a swing into the cave pool! This tour met all of our expectations and was the highlight of our trip to cancun. It is better than anything else we did here.
Excelent guides with Nefy and Gabriel!
Berry good highly recomended
Spent a fantastic day at Chichen Itza and Cenote Tsukan. Can't recommend our guide Fabian highly enough . He was extremely knowledgeable and interesting and bought the history or Chichen Itza to life. Our driver Heime, was kind and considerate .
This was an incredible tour, we saw a lot of different places in the Yucatán peninsula and they were all worth the trip.
We took the Deluxe tour. It is an early start from some parts, 7am. You are transported to a transfer station in Cancun. Then you join the specific bus for your tour. The bus is spacious with USB charging points. Edgar and Pedro were our guide and driver. Breakfast was simple sandwich but nice. At Chichen we were split into two groups Spanish and English, given umbrella and water bottle, which was a nice touch. Hector did the English tour, very informative, but not a lot of time for free exploring after. There are lots of stalls there too, but much the same across them all. After the visit beers and soft drinks when you get back on board. Then a bus ride to Valladolid. Lunch in a small restaurant and time to wander the town was nice. Then to the Cénote. Advice is leave as much as you can on the bus, you won’t need suncream you are in a hole!!! There is a charge for the lockers. Amazing to swim in there though. Back on the bus and another beer/soft drink on the way home. Return journey gets to Cancun and they split for logistical reasons to drop you back your hotel. An amazing day and thoroughly well planned. Edgar was great fun and Pedro very professional!
The excursion is a full day affair. 12 hours or so. From Cancun about 2.5hrs drive each way. Chichen was amazing. The guide from Xcaret was knowledgeable and engaging. After guided tour you only get 1 hour free time, which doesn't leave much room for exploration or visiting tjat many souvenir stalls. Lunch is great, hot buffet in a clean and spacious restaurant located at Cenote, but again you are not left with enough time. Neither to enjoy the food nor the Cenote. We took a quick dip for 15 minutes in between changing and getting ready for the bus. The 2.5hrs could be utilised better for serving dry sandwoch type food which then increases the time to enjoy the sites. I would go back and experience again.
Wonderful experience.. was originally not wanting to go due to heat and long drive but they made the tour as comfortable as possible. We were in an air conditioned bus ride with WiFi. We were given breakfast first thing.. Mario, our guide, Wes very knowledgeable. We got to chitzen itza armed with a little education of the place.. it was very hot that day but our driver, Pedro, gave us water bottles to carry and umbrellas for shade. We came back with cold verve as and sodas, next stop was a buffet lunch at a pretty nice Mexican restaurant. Food was authentic and amazing, then we went to the cenote. Swimming in fresh water was a nice finish for a very hot day. Thank you!
From pick up to the three events, everything was well timed, professional, FUN, guides were passionate about their culture, the driver was very safe, every location was amazing. A day you should not miss!!
Very good day out. There is so much more to see at Chichen Itzá than I realised, and great to have a very well informed guide. The trip to the Cenote afterwards was also impressive. There’s lockers for your belongings and take a waterproof camera and floating strap - the pictures are worth it. Food was nice too!
An excellent day to 3 different places. The tour guide, Alfredo, was very good. His explanations were clear and knowledgeable. Chichen Itza is an amazing place to visit and it was even better to see it having the in-depth explanations from Alfredo. The Cenote was lovely but a bit busy.
The tour was great, the guide Daniel is knowledgeable and witty, and the driver Simone gave a comfortable ride there and back. Would absolutly do this again!
Awesome time all day. Beautiful place to visit. One of the 7 wonders of the world will shock you when viewing in person. $ Less than 150 dollars per person.
All of the staff were so friendly and made the whole experience fun and VIP. Our driver Alfred was so kind and gave us cold towels and beverages after Xichen. Vivi our bus guide taught us some Mayan and about the culture. She was friendly, funny and overall made the tour easy to follow. Lastly Santos from Xichen taught us so much and Mayan civilization. It was fascinating. The service by the staff was 5 star. The elements added were so nice. Food provided at the restaurant was delicious, beverages on bus were a nice touch, and turning off lights for us to sleep. Everything was amazing and the cherry on top was the Mexican candy they gave us as we were heading home.
Once at the attractions it was fun. Guides were great. Down side bus had very little ac about 85 degrees inside normally wouldn’t be terrible if we didn’t spend 8 1/2 hours on the bus. We were picked up xcaret arte at7am and didn’t make it back until 830pm we had 2 hours chichen itza 1 hour at the cenote and 2 hours at the lunch in town. I would definitely recommend a more direct route.
Overall a great experience, bus driver and tour guide were friendly and professional. A great day trip, although we didn’t have enough time to shop in Valladolid, trip was kept on a tight schedule to get things going on time. Bus was not crowded and it was comfortable. Advice about people who sell in the market inside the ruins: double check the amount you are being charged and what they told you would be charged, we were charged $64 over. This last comment is not related to the company but worth mentioning.
Great guide Jorge who shared his passion for Mayan history and culture. Our first stop was Chitchen Itza. Water & parasols provided. The 2nd stop was a cenote, can't remember the name. Life jackets included. 3rd stop was lunch buffet in Valladolid. Good restaurant. Bus was air conditioned, comfortable and immaculately clean. Plenty of included refreshments offered: soft drinks & beer. Orlando, our bus driver, provided a smooth journey.
This was an amazing experience. From the driver, Angel to the tour guide, Ellesar, every need was thought about before we needed it. The sights were breathtaking. If you are thinking about doing this tour- book it now, you won't regret it!
This is an incredible tour. Xcaret always does it right. Great service and attention to detail. We were picked up at our hotel around 7:30 am. Once arriving at the main bus center, we transferred to our specific tour bus. Here we met our driver and tour guide; Paola and Cesar had great teamwork. We were provided with breakfast and time to nap. Our first stop was a cenote for about an hour. The water was a refreshing temperature. Once changed, we boarded the bus again (soda was provided) and visited the Chichén Itzá ruins. It is HOT. Wear breathable clothing. The Deluxe tour also provided a large umbrella and a wearable souvenir water bottle. This part was more than one hour. The tour continued to be very informative and enjoyable. Upon return, the tour provides more drinks and a moist towel for your face. Wonderful touch! We moved on to our last stop, La Casona, to fill our bellies. The buffet and service was excellent! We had a bit of time to enjoy the town center and return to the bus. More drinks available. The drive back was about 2 hours. We were dropped off at our hotels around 6:30 pm. Xcaret is always the way to go!
Amazing trip from start to finish 😍 we had a great time, it was a long day but due to the variety of the trip it didn’t feel like it. The guide was great, the lunch was too and the swimming time. It was quite an expensive trip for the 3 of us but it was worth every penny and we were so glad we went.
Absolutely amazing from start to finish! We had an amazing tour guide and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure our group had an excellent experience. The travel on the bus was very comfortable and the timing of all travel was always on schedule. Highly recommend to all!
Asa and her team made the day so fun for us!
Tour is long but worth it! All destinations in the tour were well chosen, including the buffet lunch. Buffet food was very good! Ramos, Wilber, and Gregorio were helpful and informative.
This was a great experience, and a great value for the money! Our tour guide was fantastic, and was very knowledgeable.
The whole experience was great, the bus pickup and transfer was seamless and both buses very comfortable. The tour to the Pyramids was great, food good and the swim in the cenotes was amazing. The staff were amazing and ready to assist. I would book this activity again. I would bring extra clothing as I was wet after the swim and had been rained on earlier in the day. Otherwise great experience overall.
The whole day was an amazing experience! Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful time, the archaeological zone was beautiful, and Fabian was an incredible tour guide. FYI, we got back around 7:30PM.
Awesome experience from beginning to end. The staff really take care of you and provide best overall experience. Our tour guide was Oscar (Daniel) and he was very friendly, informational and hospitable. The driver was great as well ensuring we had a safe, clean and comfortable ride to and from. Chichen Itza is a must see! Beautiful and rich with Mexican cultural history.
We had a great experience on our tour to the pyramids! Daniel was an excellent guide. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and made the history come alive. Ivan was a great driver as well, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip. Highly recommend this tour!
We purchased a package deal for two tours on two different days. To us, the price for this one was worth it. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, we loved/enjoyed every activity in the tour. The guides Ruiz and Jenny, and the driver Orlando were amazing, they were prepared and organized!
It was a great experience, we are truly blessed to have chosen this amazing excursion! It’s a full day trip with a stop to an Ancient Cenote to take a swim and cool down. The tour in the Ancient city of Chichén Itza was amazing and truly breathtaking. To walk the lands of the Mayan kingdom is something that will live in my heart forever. Great food at the Casona in “El Pueblo Majico” to round up the day!
Eleazar was an amazing tour guide. He made us laugh and feel at home. He shared about his own Mayan culture which made it even more interesting for us because he knew a lot of information that he gladly shared with us.
It was wonderful. The tour guides (especially Jorge) were amazing. Very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing their knowledge. Truly had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone.
