Chichen Itza Guided Historical Tour With Lunch Included

Booked at resort through MTS with Jesus Peche. He was amazing and gave us a great deal for 2 excursions. For the Chinchen It's it would of been great to spend more time in the town, but overall nice experience. Answered questions and communicated on what's app to help. Thank you Jesus!

My experience with staff members Marcella and colleges from Amigo Tours were exceptional. The tour to the pyramids was pretty cool, got some lovely photos,as well the Chichican and cenote was another great experience. The entire tour from pickup to drop off took approximately 12 hours. There were alot of tourists on tours as well. Definitely wouldn't recommend for very little kids unless you are a stroller because its alot of walking. I would rate the experience 10 out of 10. The food on the tour was very tasty as well. Will definitely visit Mexico on the whole again.

The transportation, food, and excursions were great! Definitely an awesome experience and was very thorough. The bus bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, we were able to smell it from the back of the bus the whole time. It was also a bit hard to understand the tour guides at times, but other than that, amazing! Our MTV associate, Fabian, was very nice about everything and super helpful! He was great with communication and was clear about every excursion we were considering.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. My pickup time was 7:30 AM. I arrived at the designated pickup location at approximately 7:20 AM. There were several tour buses and vans present, and the instructions specifically stated that the guide would call my name. No one ever called my name. I showed my reservation to multiple guides and drivers at the pickup location and asked whether they were associated with my tour. Each told me they were not. Since no guide identified themselves and no one called my name as instructed, I had no way of knowing which vehicle belonged to my tour. After the tour departed, the company informed me that the guide had marked me as a no-show. I was not a no-show. I was present at the pickup location before the scheduled pickup time and actively trying to find the correct tour. The company’s pickup procedure failed, and I missed an expensive tour despite following the instructions I was given. If you book with this company, I recommend obtaining the guide’s phone number, vehicle information, and exact meeting procedure in advance rather than relying on being called by name.

We booked the tour with Ms. Irma Barradas at the Kristal Cancun Hotel. Ms. Irma was very kind, helpful, and patient. The tours were an incredible experience and will remain in our memories for a long time. Thank you very much, and we highly recommend them.

We were visiting Cancun for a few days and wanted to get as much out of the trip as possible without having to worry about transportation and food. We talked to Karina from Ocean Dream hotel via what’s app before going on the trip an she was very helpful answering questions and giving us the best package option for our stay. We bundled the Chichén tour with lunch and the Xcaret Plus tickets. Both packages included transportation and lunch and we are so glad we did our trip this way. There was no issues and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend

Drive and transfers with people from other hotels make the trip long. Learned so much from our guide. Very informative. Appreciated the umbrellas as it was hot. Delicious lunch at a beautiful restaurant.

This company did not honor services that were prepaid. I reached out multiple times for a refund with no response. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer be ware.

Right from the day we connected, well before the trip Mr. Ricardo (Ric) with MTS made us feel very comfortable. We booked a couple of activities with them, well in advance with great deals. After reaching the place, for all out tour needs, Ric and David helped us. We were a bigger group that their thoughtful arrangements during the private tour helped us plan and navigate easily. We are sure that we will connect back with them for the next trip to Cancun to book any tours. Thank you Ricardo and David!

Here are the key pointers of the trip.. 1. The bus was too small and it was cramped . 2. The microphone wasnt working and the guide started talking without the microphone..We could barely hear him 3. We had snacks in the package but there was hardly any 4. While coming back, the bus had a flat tire and the lever to lift the bus wasn’t working.. so it took an hour for the driver to replace the tire.. there was another car who came to the spot with better equipments to help the driver.. 5. There was no bathroom in the bus and hence you have to be on the mercy of the driver. 6. However, water and soft drinks were in plenty.. 7. Umbrella and life jacket was included.. 8. Chichen itza was very hot and so stay hydrated .. 9. Cenote swimming was an awesome experience . It was so refreshing and cool.. 10. Mayan Lunch buffet was included in the package and it was decent. It was arranged at the cenote place. Overall nice experience but dint like the travel package..

I wish I didn’t take this tour . First , The tour company told me the pickup time was 6:50am. But the driver arrived at 7:20 . Besides, tour description says “ tour language is English” but the guide speaks Spanish half of the time. I understand he was saying the same thing in both English and Spanish . But this is not a good use of our time. The tour company should update the description to be “ mixed group for both English and Spanish” At Chichen Itza, another guide walked us around and talked about some history. He made some comments about Mayan culture and their view of homosexual relationships ( this part made my friends on this tour uncomfortable ) . Besides , lunch was arranged at the end of the day rather than mid day . Imagine eating a breakfast at 6am and hours of tours under the sun and no lunch until 3pm

Our driver, Pepe, was excellent and timely. Our bilingual guide, Poncho, was informative and gave great tips and insights to getting around and making the most of the time given.

We booked our trip through Ricardo Magana and he was very helpful. Very knowledgeable and he helped us choose the excursion that was best for us. The Chichén Itzá tour itself was incredible and I’d say a must do during your stay in Cancun. We got to see the Mayan pyramids, visit a Mayan village, a colonial city, and a cenote all in one day. We had an awesome time and the price was also very fair and reasonable.

Ismael hooked us up with this amazing tour from the lobby of our hotel at the Krystal Cancun, he was extremely knowledgeable and attentive and worked hard to get the tours at the right times for us. The tour to Chichin Itza was fantastic with a very knowledgeable guide who managed to seamlessly cut between Mexican, Spanish and English this ensuring nobody got left out with all the amazing historical insights he had into Mayan practices and the ruins.

We loved the tour. Booking was a breeze. We booked the tour with Ricardo Magana and it was very easy. The whole tour is Very well organized, informative and safe. The guide was very knowledgeable and funny, kept us entertained and engaged. I went with my 18yo son and we both loved it. Highly recommend!

Stay away from this company. They are bunch of crooks. I booked a Chichen Itza tour with them. Two days before the tour's date we decided to cancel because my kid wasn't feeling good and we couldn't go on a 12 hours tour with a sick kid. I emailed the sales rep. to call me and he never did. I called them many times until I was able to talk to a the sales agent. He refused to cancel although their policy was saying we can cancel 24 hours before date of the tour. They started lying that I had a discounted package and that is nonrefundable. This wasn't disclosed when I booked the tour. They tried to give me a different cheaper tour package for the same price. Edgar Perez is the biggest liar. Book your tours with an American company like Expedia, so you know they don't make rules and policies on the fly for their own benefit.

Let me start this review off by saying that my family is very picky when it comes to our excursions we go on. From the travel accommodations to the guides, we want our hard earned money to be well spent. We were picked up in a motor coach type bus which appeared brand new. The seats were comfortable even for some tall and the air was cold which felt great. Alex was our driver and from beginning to end he was great. David was our tour guide but more like an informative teacher on not just the Mayan culture but all of the Mexico questions we had. He informed on the bus as well as at the pyramids all while keeping us on a time line to be able to go to the cenote later and cool off and grab the buffet. I would not pick another company to go with it was that good of a time.

Our family of 3 set up this excursion with David Santos who was really great at explaining everything the excursion included and answering all our questions. He was honest and really cared that we enjoyed ourselves. The trip itself was a breath taking experience and our guide was very knowledgeable!

Had to cancel a booking with this agent after it was booked and paid for, but within the cancellation timeframe. Unfortunately, it’s 2 months after and I still haven’t received my refund. They claim they are short handed and could take up to 90 days to refund. So please be aware of this!!!

Perfect tour! Gaspar was the driver, David the guide. Very informative, comfortable bus, great lunch, and David's knowledge and ability to speak Spanish and English near-simultaneous is very impressive. No complaints!

The tour was amazing! Ricardo our agent, made the booking seamless. Super easy to deal with. Our guide David made the trip fun and interesting. He is very well versed in the Mayan history. Would definitely recommend David! Favourite part of the tour was the cenote (kids especially after the heat at Chichen Itza). Was a beautiful spot.

We were staying at the Wyndham Alltra in Cancun for spring break; my kids are 9 and 6. We booked a private full-day Chitchen Itza visit that included a buffet lunch and a swim in the cenote at the Hacienda Selva Maya, using the MTS representative on-site. We had a wonderful time. Chu Chul was our driver, working with Aventour, and he was wonderful: friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to talk about anything! He made the long trip each way to Chitchen Itza and back enjoyable. The Hacienda Selva Maya stop was awesome. The cenote was great, the property was very clean, and the Yucatan buffet lunch was excellent. We paid a little over $600 before tips, and we would highly recommend this choice for the value and the safe tour.

Agent name was David and Ricky on Mexico Travel Solution. They gave me so much help on anything changed schedule and lost item on van from cancun adventures during isla Mujeres to find my airpod. They deliver to my hotel next day from Cancun Adventure company. I appreciate all your help. Very kind and nice always.

Mexico travel solutions were referred to us by the hotel concierge. Ricardo Vasquez made sure our experience was top notch. We made 3 bookings initially over WhatsApp. We made the payments online. Had to cancel 2 of them. Ricardo handled those also via WhatsApp. Raquel was our tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and explained the Mayan civilization and the people in great detail. The stop at the Cenote was refreshing. Ricardo also helped us setup Dolphin visit while we were there.

We booked 3 excursions with Gerardo Ortiz and everything was amazing. We told him what kind of experience’s we wanted and he planned everything for us. He also booked our Covid test to get home and our ride to the airport.

I got Ricky contact from the hotel. After that everything went very smooth. I booked Chitchen Itza trip and roundtrip taxi thru Rikcy even before leaving USA. The service was 5 star. He was very friendly and answered all my questions I would recommend Ricky to friends and family.

It was veey interesting and educative tour organized by Gerardo Ortiz located in my hotel. He 8s reliable, very helpful, friendly and goes beyond of his tasks. Transportation was punctual, respected all the Covid measures. We visited even more sights than initially mentioned. Guides were always helpful giving tips and sharing best tricks for a great photo. I booked 3 experiences with Gerardo because it was exactly as he promissed and more. I highly recommend booking with Gerardo Ortiz! He takes good care and watches that all goes smoothly.

Ricardo was great in settjng tour at Temptation resort in Cancun. Fantastic, easy going and easy to get a hold of. Even with last minute. Helped with getting tickets to Isla Mujeres. Went to Chichen Itza and added Coco Bongo. Communicated during the tour to get tickets. He waited for me to get back to hotel to get tickets even though he was off the clock a few mintues ago. Fantastic service and highly recommended. Especially if you are at Temptation. Very friendly.

This tour was one of my favorite experiences. We did Xcaret, Xel-Ha and Chichén Itza was a wonderful experience. Having a guided tour who is passionate about his job, and knowledgable about Mexico, and knows several languages was a huge plus!!

MEXICO TRAVEL SOLUTIONS / SPEEDY SHUTTLE should be sued for not providing the trips as sold by phone. Expedia should also stop advertising for them and failing to answer for their mistakes! During purchasing on phone, customer svc was perfect. Then in Mexico nothing went as promised, & I was totally abandoned. MTS Phone didn’t work despite promises for service 24/7, and emails for help weren’t answered by selling agent Jaime Colado or colleague Sara Bresciani. Airport and trip Pickups were unreliable, and the overpriced various Excursions to Chichen, Tulum, Cancun Sailing and Isla de las Muheres didnt match sale descriptions. No Mgmt ever responded to emails of continuous problems, or my reasonable request for at least a partial refund for a ruined, costly and badly needed vacation. -I was physically and mentally weakened by this “vacation”. Please publish this so no one else suffers!!

I visited tulum, chichenitza, and other tour which included zip lines, cenote, and rappelling one of my best experiences in my life. Since I got there and asked for the tours Manuel gave us a really good explanation about every tour. Don't hesitate to ask, since he knows every tour he advices you in detail the best tours for better experiences.

My family recently stayed at Iberostar Paraíso Maya. We had a fabulous experience other than Mexico Travel Solutions. My son and I booked a day trip for the Chichen Itza Express. Our sales rep was Gilberto U Sarabia. My son got sick that morning so I went down to discuss with the representative before everyone left on the bus. They said we could get a refund no problem, and that they would take care of it. The next day I wanted to confirm that we'd be reimbursed but they said they wouldn't. I tried, but couldn't find Gilberto (our rep) and even tried one of the other hotels where they said he was working. I called the management office multiple times and the manager was rude and hung up on me. The hotel even tried and they wouldn't answer. The hotel said they couldn't do anything about it. JUST GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY! Not worth the hassle if an emergency comes up. Frustrated my family lost $265.
