The airport shuttle to the hotel was great! Plenty of communication prior to arrival and the staff who met us at the airport were friendly and professional. Our transportation showed up a few minutes later to take us to the resort and it was a problem free drive. The whole experience was great and highly recommended!

We paid for a shared shuttle and received a free upgrade to private from MTS in recognition of our 25th anniversary. Joan Ku was particularly helpful in arranging the return shuttle trip back to the airport from our resort. Thank you, Joan! Drivers were also lovely and the van was very clean and comfortable. We will utilize MTS on future Cancun trips!
No direct communication with viator only texts. Never received the tickets and they only show up through my payments.now I need a refund and can't get through to the company.
Lots of communication prior to our trip. Rep meet us right at meeting spot, driver was on time. Nice pleasant ride to our hotel. For our fare roundtrip was great and service excellent. Viator is always my go to service provider.
Staff was friendly, great service on time. Staff was there to great you as soon as you exited. Provided good tip as you exited airport.
Be aware of the airport and terminal you are being dropped off at. My driver dropped me to the wrong terminal. Instead of dropping to delta for an international flight . They dropped me to Aeromexico who recently merged with delta but at a different terminal for domestic which are flights that are only domestic and with in Mexico totally wrong terminal. I get into the airport and someone guided me back out and told me where to go. I then had to pay a 60.00 taxi to go back to the correct terminal. I message the company and no answer . Please be careful and do not book this is very unsafe. Not even an apology. You want to be assured that you arrive safely to get to the right terminal I had to ask strangers for help this is highly unsafe . Please do not book here choose someone else. He was very courteous until I messaged the tour operator and no response at all. I will also be messaging Viator.

Upon arrival at Cancun, We easily found the employees wearing pink for MTS. However the van or shuttle we had didn’t have a working AC. There were like 6-8 people with us and we were sweating. And the. during pick up on the way back to the airport, we didn’t know what time the driver was going to pick us up. No call or email so I had to email the company but they replied fast. The drivers were nice especially the one that dropped us to the airport back.
It was very economical and reliable way to get to our hotel and back to the airport. Driver was waiting for us at the airport with a name tag and on our way back to another driver was outside the hotel’s reception on time. I would definitely use this service again!
Jamie lied about a lot of things and I think it was very misleading yes we had an amazing experience with the whale sharks but Jamie didn’t do that..he gets ya in to do these excursions and then screws ya over. We had to pay extra at the excursion and he said we wouldn’t…so he said we would get free suvinerar from the whale shark excursion…had to keep asking for it then day we left to go home he gave me a bag…from a little grocery store with hot sauce and magnet. Not even from the whale shark experience. Wouldn’t ever recommend Jamie again. Will not be back. We also couldn’t travel with hot sauce…so went right in the trash…

My husband and I booked a roundtrip shuttle for our stay in Cancun. The driver from the airport to our hotel was personable. Driving in Mexico is a little crazy as the drivers dodge and weave in and out of traffic. Looks like they are going to side-swipe the other cars. Our transport from the hotel back to the airport was TERRIBLE. First the driver was late picking us up. Then he was the only driver we had that drove like a turtle. We ended up taking a very different route and drove through the city of Cancun. Got stuck in traffic and the other passengers were concern about missing their flight. Once the driver realize that they may miss their flight, he started driving like a bat out of HELL. I know were going 100mph in curves. We were all holding on the the grip bars they have on the back of the seats. I was praying that we did not crash. It was ridiculous on how reckless he drove. Once the couple got dropped off I noticed they did not leave him a tip. And once we got off with the other remaining couple, none of us gave him a tip either because we could have all lost our lives if he would have crashed!!!!!!!!!!! MTS please do better with your drivers!!

So my name is Tamika and I flew Delta. I made the reservation for myself and Brittany (I used her itinerary for the times since she came in after my flight on Southwest). I was not aware that you there would be two different terminals when booking and I guess that's where the issue came in. Upon arrival, I found MTS vans and told them I needed to go pick up Brittany. I was told that they had to go get her first then come get me and it would be about 5 mins. I waited outside for about an hour mind you it started storming very bad and I was soaked. I asked to sit in a van while the one that was coming to get me arrived. After being out there, I was then told to get in the van and it was taking me to pick up Brittany who also was wet from the storm. Now on the day of departure, a van came to the hotel however they claimed that was not our van and we had to wait 5 mins. 5 mins came and gone to the point where I ended up paying $60 for a taxi for her and I to get to the airport after I had paid for the roundtrip service. I did not receive roundtrip service. I honestly would love a refund!
There wasn’t an available shuttle waiting for us We had to stand and wait for about 40 minutes for the van . If was raining and we had to wait outdoors
Horrible experience. 0/10. I made my reservation via phone call about a week prior to my vacation. The operator booked My family & I transportation round trip from airport to our resort. I received an email from our driver the morning of our flight wishing us safe travels and explaining where I needed to meet him. When my family & I arrived to Mexico we were informed by the driver that our reservation is cancel due to him not traveling to our resort. I tired calling Viator to speak with customer service to see what was going on. No answer. My husband, 9year old, 4 year old, and my self was stranded outside of the airport for OVER 3 hours. We needed up having to pay for a taxi to take us to our resort. I was very disappointed, sad, scared, and angry as this was the first time my husband and I traveled outside the country with our children by ourselves.
Bryan was great and very communicative and informative from the moment we got off the plane, when we got to the hotel, and the day of our departure. He was always readily available and bilingual as well. No complaints! Very happy with his service
Juam is an awesome tour guide! Very informative. This is a long tour. It was over 13 hours from time got picked up to dropped back off.
We had a good experience with MTS, their staff is nice, their vehicles are clean and in good condition. The only thing is that we had to walk a long distance with children and our luggage, this was not an easy task as it was 9 of us, to get to where they’re located and on top we had to wait for the van to get there. They were not waiting on the customer, the customer has to wait on them.
Our experience was made even better thanks to Abraham Fernandez, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout our 7-day vacation. He proactively reached out before and during our trip, helped coordinate our airport transportation, and provided useful info about local tours that we visited such as Xplore Park and Catamaran to Isla Mujeres. His friendly communication and willingness to assist made everything much easier.
Was overall satisfied from the pick up at the airport going to the hotel and the pick up from hotel to the airport.

Mexico travel solutions was there to make our welcome to Cancun! They waited for us to get our luggage and then shuttled off to our hotel!
They apparently cancelled the transaction or at least did not have us in their system. They called to see what happened, and We waited 15 minutes for them to call us back. We ended up Spending $180 for a taxi that was only one way. Did not start our trip out on the right foot.
They could not find my reservation after I gave the number and showed what was sent to my email. After 30 minutes we were placed on a van. WILL ONLY DO PRIVATE TRANSFER. TOO MANY STOPS.
I booked this trip in advance. When we got yo the airportthey said our shuttle already left and we would have to wait another 1.30 for the next one. After traveling 8 hours, we just wanted to get to the hotel. I asked for 5 mins to see if I could get a quicker ride. I called back in 5 mons and eas told there was no seats left on the next bus so.we had to take a taxi Not happy so I'm requesting g my money back.
I don't get all the hate with the bad reviews. Just read the fine print and you'll be fine 👍 going to the hotel zone was a breeze. Took our driver 15 mins from the airport to hotel and vise versa. Whole process was easy, just make sure you triple confirm your information.. it's not that hard.

Booked a round trip. Arrival time was provided however we were left at the airport. We spoke with a representative who said we had two options; wait for next shuttle which wouldn’t arrive until another 2 hours or take a taxi and be reimbursed the following day. Hesitantly, we opted to take a taxi which was $130 USD. We went to the lobby at 6 am the next morning to receive our refund and were told the taxi service basically isn’t affiliated with MTS. Do NOT book with this company. They are scamming and do not take accountability.
Rep will call you to confirm your arrival, then inform you after leaving airport to hotel will be 3-3 1/2 hours! Our hotel was 35 minutes away. They’ll tell you because of holiday/more travelers, more stops along the way to the hotel to drop off additional people. They’ll then pitch you a private shuttle which will cost addition $$$ to get you there faster! You’re better off haggling with taxis outside than to book with this company! They’re other companies, check their reviews!!!

Horrible experience! Viator didn’t communicate the correct info to the agent at the airport. They wanted to charge me additional fees more than what I had already paid to transport me to my hotel. They were not helpful. I tried communication via email prior to arrival to confirm my reservation and poor communication, MTS were not responsive. Viator number +1 (800) 245-2097 they have on their website does not work.
The vehicle was very clean and the people were super friendly! MTS continued to be a great support and help throughout our vacation as well. Have a recommend!

Upon arrival at the airport, the MTS signage was clearly visible and easily locatable. An MTS associate was present, holding a board with my name clearly displayed. I didn't wait longer than 15 minutes and I was off to my vacation. the staff was so friendly
From the airport pick-up to the hotel and vice versa, everything was so smooth. Just follow their instructions and pay attention, and your travel will be awesome! They are accommodating, friendly, and truly nice people. We will definitely be back and use MTS service again. Thank you!
Super affordable, truthful, easy and reliable I only did not like that I had to wait when I arrived for a van to come from another airport only because I’m used to having transportation on site ready to have you board but I would still recommend
The ride was too crowded and it took too long to get started. It was hot and I’ll definitely take a cab in the future.
Not a good experience. The pick up was ok but lots of people and we arrived to our Airbnb place 2.5 hr later. The departure was a disaster. Although they confirmed the departure time and place the day before , they did not come . I called the international number but they put me on hold and then I was disconnected. We had to take a taxi to Airport. I would notvise them again.
