Absolutely horrible experience. I had booked a private transfer from Cancun to Playa Mujeres. I arrived and there was nobody waiting for me. I therefore had to use my phone in Mexico (something I was not planning on doing) to contact the Tour Operator. I was told there was an issue with the reservation getting into their system and to hold on. After about 20 minutes they told me that it would be at least an hour before they could get anyone to me. That they would cancel this trip and issue me a refund and that I could find a Taxi. Obviously I would not use this company to return to the airport and booked with a different company. Now, had this company wanted to even attempt to make things right, they should have informed me to book a taxi, and they would pay for that taxi. The trip I booked via Viator was $118. The Taxi Cost me about $147 for one way and the return trip with a different company was $75. So, essentially this company could have offered to pay for the taxi (they would not have had to pay for the cost of their driver or their transportation). So, for maybe an out of pocket expense to them of under $100 they could have maybe had a little better review. But, I did request and get a refund. The company responded to me, "We apologize, there was indeed an error in the automated system entry; however, we have approved 100% of the refund. We regret the inconvenience and remain at your service. Best regards!" User beware if you are using this company.

Javier was a great driver! He made sure we had snacks and drinks. He made us feel safe and had fun with our group! We loved it.

Do not book for a family shuttle !! When booked we clearly requested a private shuttle for 13 PAX as our family wnated to travel together direct to resort. when we arrived at airport instead they sent 2 cars which would split up the families. They used the excuse that the bus was not back from an excursion and thats why they changed. When we advised this was unacceptable the company as well as the 2 drivers kept texting to try to convince us but we chose another. They refused to credit the payment to ur card so I have begun proceedings with the card company as I had told them. .......Do not use for a transfer .....

Roldolfo is absolutely amazing !!!!! 100/100 !!!! I highly recommend ! Book them ! Very nice and attentive driver ! You will literally have no worries. Everything about this process was so easy and manageable. Roldofo was super nice and made sure we were safe.

We had a great day with Carlos! When our day started it was raining terribly in the area surrounding our resort and we thought our day would be ruined but when consulting with Carlos he was able to suggest locations that we could visit and assured us we would be still have a good time. He was a very safe and responsible driver as well! We visited Cenote Azul at his suggestion and I am so happy we did! He was able to give us many historical facts on the area while taking us to each destination and he was very helpful when we reached each destination. We had a great time and felt safe and tended to the entire day!

I can’t say enough good things about our driver, Raul. He was punctual, very professional, and attentive. He had plenty of snacks and drinks for our group. He also recommended restaurants with good, authentic cuisine during our 10 hour day. We always felt safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend this service.

Excellent company. Used them for transportation from hotel to Xcaret and Xcaret back to the hotel. The drivers were on time. We had two vans since we were a group of 16. Great drivers and clean vans. We also purchased our Xcaret tickets through their website and has no issues with our vouchers at the check in line at Xcaret. Will use their company again and will recommend to others

Benjamin was so Amazing. He was on time and such a great person to spend the day with. He had great recommendations and took us to the best taco spots and cenotes. He went above and beyond for our bachelorette party and we felt so safe ! I would recommend him to 1000 people ! We’re so impressed with his patience and kind heart ! We also invited him to lunch but his wife made him lunch and he ate in his car ! I would reckon end Benjamin 1000% we are so lucky to have had him. I e are beyond grateful for his local recommendations and keeping us safe and feeling safe but having an amazi g time on top of all of that. We thank you Benjamin for a great experience to all the cenotes and different towns.

Rudolpho was amazing!! He was patient and always there when we needed him. I would highly recommend requesting him. We actually requested him for our next day transportation.

Our driver Rodolpho was excellent! He was very prompt with picking us up and dropping us off. Very good with communicating his pick up times. He even took our group pictures for us.

Angel was on time, flexible and took us everywhere we wanted. He spoke English well. Booked for 11 people but we ended up with 12. No problem.
