The food catering and cake add on options were horrible. We didn’t even get everything we paid for. The writing we requested on the cake was ugly, ineligible and misspelled. When it was time to leave we left them a very generous tip and still got questioned if we weren’t satisfied
Omg is what my guess said they were absolutely blown away by the experience on this yacht. The host were all amazing people and entertaining. Do yourself a favor and purchase the food and beverage and professional pictures package and your guess will thank you later. Rich experience for sure.
Captain Adrian and his mates Johnny and Marco were fantastic! We celebrated my wife's 40th with friends and it was an incredible experience. If you're celebrating something special, rent this boat!!
The crew was most helpful in taking care of our family, which included three children under the age of 9. We enjoyed swimming and playing on the float mat. Great time for all!

A group of 9 of us - 3 families and 3 kids. We had an absolutely amazing time - the crew are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. The boat is great and the stop at Isla Mujeres is beautiful. They organised our transfers and food/alcohol which made it perfect! My daughter left a pair of sunnies in the taxi and they were kind enough to drop them back to us the next day. I genuinely coops t recommend this trip more.

The boat was beautiful and the crew was amazing!! They made our party of six feel comfortable and were super friendly. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the food. We paid $105, and neither the amount of food, nor the quality, were worth it. Other than that, it was great!!!
We chartered the boat for the day for two families totaling 7 people. We were picked up from our hotel on time and drove about 15 minutes to the boat. The boat was beautiful and clean, and spacious enough for all with plenty of room between front and back to sunbathe. There was also seating that was protected from the sun when a break was needed. The crew that took us out was very professional and very kind and got us whatever we needed. They were wonderful. They took us to a couple of great swimming spots where we could snorkel, swim, relax in the ocean, or just chill on the boat and listen to music. For lunch we docked at a great spot in Isla Mujeres which we really enjoyed. Was an amazing day, highly recommend.
Out of all yacht rental companies we called, this company was the most accommodating from beginning to end. They made sure we had the boat we wanted and even sent us photos. Since we booked the day of, we didn’t have time to look up any restaurants but they took us to a superb Italian restaurant and we had dinner watching the sunset. We can’t wait to come back and book with them again! Highly recommend!

Service was luxurious!!! We had an excellent idea when hiring this ride, we went out for 4 hours we were 12 people and had the best time!! The yacht PEGASUS is beautiful and very spacious has all the services and amenities, all very clean and top quality. The crew was very attentive! We definitely recommend it!!
