Cancun Parasailing Adventure

What a great experience! You’re picked up from the beach and taken out to the boat that you parasail from. The flight lasts about 10 minutes but you’re flying over the most beautiful water I’ve ever seen. You’ll be tempted to focus on the horizon and the coast but don’t forget to look down! There are dozens of sea turtles right below you. The tour and boat operators were friendly and very helpful. I would Highly recommend this to anyone, even if you’re not a fan of heights. You’re reclining in a seat, not dangling from a harness. It’s a great way to see Cancún!

The was the most amazing experience ever! The captain and his assistant were really great and helpful and even aided us with our next adventure! I couldn’t ask for anything better! Highly recommend! The views were amazing !

We recently booked a family parasailing package in Cancun, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. There was a lack of communication about where we needed to go, and upon arrival, there were no signs or directions to guide us to the crew. We ended up having to search for them ourselves. We arrived at around 9:20 AM, expecting to depart by 10:00 AM, but we didn't actually leave until about 10:20 AM. During that time, we had to repeatedly ask for updates, and there was no clear guidance or information provided. This lack of organization really affected our overall experience. We hope the company can improve their communication and organization so future guests have a smoother and more enjoyable experience.

The whole experience was fantastic! The crew were amazing. Wish we could have been there for longer. Excellent service!

Be sure to confirm where you are to be long before your date because they give mixed addresses! We went to the address on the reservation just to be sent to another area in Cancun and those people sent us back. Come to find out, our reservation was not entered until after I called. Cost us three hours and travel money to get things straightened out. Also, you are charged $20 extra per person to opt for the lagoon parasail experience that they don’t tell you about until the day before the event!

Professional and friendly, I would recommend this experience to my family and friends.It was my first time parasailing and I felt at ease throughout.

It's a 45 min wait from your booked time to actually leaving the beach. The pics they offer are $50 USD! For real maybe try $25-ish and you'd most likely sell a LOT more

This excursion was exactly what I expected! The staff were very attentive and I felt very comfortable. The views were phenomenal. Crystal blue waters.

Our experience was awesome for 10 minutes, as we soared above beautiful Cancun - we expected more! More time as promised but less time being uncomfortably shuttled on seadogs, to wait while others rode - and raised. Their ascensions were exceeded 15 minutes - we expected the same. Operator stated we had to keep schedule - it is what it is! Viator didn’t think a refund was warranted but a redo certainly is.

They were unprofessional. We were right on time only to be told that they were running late 45 minutes late! Did not inform us. It was extremely hot and humid. The boat in which we went for the para sailing had a rude person operating it. We were 5 people. When asked if the 5th person could fly with her friend, flatly refused.

Parasailing was the highlight of our trip. The staff was amazing and the experience was extraordinary. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful boat and fantastic crew! They helped us with everything, walking around the boat, serving us drinks, snorkeling, etc. Highly recommend!

This was actually a horrible experience. There were no clear instructions about the meeting point. Tried to call customer service which they stated they would send an email with instructions. Which they never did even after calling a second time. We wanted to do the ocean side by the way. So we went to the actual place since there were no clear instructions and the receptionist stated that we would have to get on the city bus and take another 15min. Ride after already paying for a taxi to get there. We were also scheduled for 12pm but once we got to the place they said they changed our time to 2pm without even notifying us. I will never book through this company again!

We chose this option for comfort for our whole family and it was awesome! This is the only way to do it! So much fun, you feel safe, and its comfortable for all ages including our Gramma and our 10yr old!

The actual para sailing easy 5 out of 5 , once you get there it’s super organized and smooth process, all the people are extremely helpful. The organization is 2 out of 5 if you are doing the ocean side viator sends you to aqua world which is for the lagoon side ONLY, you need to go to the grand fiesta villas hotel no where does it tell you this on the booking. Also parking is extremely limited if you are not a guest it’s hard to parks, once you enter the hotel you need to exit the hotel go to the beach and take a left you will find a canopy there with the setup.

Firstly, the lift was no way close to 30 minutes - realistically 15 minutes which is secondly, okay. It’s a lull not a thriller but enjoyable all the same. The crew works for tips, offer bottled water, and snap photos. Definitely a must do while in Cancun.

The event was canceled 3 hours before it was to begin because of bad weather. I truly appreciated their message. They said they would refund the payment. I will be very happy when they do so.

This was an AWESOME experience....I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND....the guys on the boat were super nice...they even dropped my pictures off to my hotel later that day.....there is NO BETTER view of Cancun than this....

We were not able to enjoy parasailing this trip. As it was cancelled once we arrived to the location. No one called to advise us. Trying to get the refund as difficult as the representative wasn't very helpful. The next person whom we spoke with was very helpful. Previous trip was great.

Being in the air floating in the sky was very relaxing and enjoyable. I was a little nervous at first but the crew prepared me for what to expect. Would highly recommend!

Did the skyrider it was very comfortable easy for any age. The views were amazing. Felt very safe from beginning to end. I'll be back in May with my mother For Mother's Day. For another amazing adventure🪂🪂

One of the best rides we had during our Cancun vacation. The staff were courteous and professional. Worth every penny.

A perfect sunny day and proficient taxi service and tour guides who took really nice pictures and a video for $45 US dollars extra. I felt safe during the entire experience, which was even better than I had imagined. We could see turtles and fish from the highest point. Afterwards, the guides were very relaxed about us staying at the resort beach, even though it wasn't our hotel, and we swam in the crystal-clear water for over an hour without feeling rushed at all. I also really appreciated the tour company reaching out to me before the trip to confirm the address, time, and where to meet. Not all the companies in Mexico have communicated well and this company really made it fun and easy. All in all, this tour was nothing but great. Thank you for a magical last day in Cancun.

It's a must decent price you are out in the boat about half hour and also took us back to our hotel on a jet ski brilliant also lovely people

We purchased the parasailing through TripAdvisor, but when we arrived, they did not honor the purchase even though I had the QR code. We decided to pay and go anyway. We had a great time. The only bad thing, we had to pay twice. I contacted TripAdvisor and let them know, but I have not heard back yet. This is the only reason why I'm rating the site so low.

It was supper scary especially while 300ft up in the air realizing you are being held by this single thin robe. It was nice but wouldn't do it again. Too dangerous. Staff were very good and professional.

Being able to soar over and have a birds eye view was amazing. I will definitely do this again ir was great.

Made a reservation in the morning and my wife started having a panic attack. I booked it at 9:56am and sent and email an hour later to try to cancel; reservation was at 2pm. Contacted the company and I tried to get a refund but they wouldn’t without a medical note which I wasn’t about to go to a clinic or hospital in Mexico since I don’t speak the language. I didn’t get to experience it so that’s why it’s average. We watched a lot of parasailing in the actual ocean so I would have rather done that anyways. Never got a call to confirm if we were going or not after.

Great experience if you’re looking to see the water from above. I was expecting it to be more scary, accelerating however it was very relaxing and peaceful. Loved it! The only thing I would have loved to know is that you go as a big group and there’s only one parasailing per couple. You do have to wait until is your turn and until everyone is done to head back.

I had a great time parasailing! I'm traveling alone but the staff were able to accommodate me by having me ride with the photographer. I thought it would be scary but it was actually a very gentle ride.

It had a great experience!! The crew was very nice, every one of them. I’m a very anxious person but after a min up there it felt very safe and not scary as I thought. Highly recommended!!!!

We had a very good experience. View of the Lagoon was awesome. I was a bit worried but it worked out fine in the end.

This was surprisingly calming after you get past the fear. I’d do it again. I was a little bit disappointed at the quality of the pictures though.

My family traveled from Texas to enjoy the parasling experience. Cancun had unexpected 3 hour detour in traffic so we missed the excursion. I have reached out several times to inquire a refund due to construction. No one will respond to any emails. We were unable to reschedule due to one answering phones or emails. This was not our fault and should be awarded a refund.

We were unable to even attend the adventure due to road construction so we never even made it to the experience. Once we were made aware that we couldn’t physically attend we contacted viator immediately and requested a refund which has been denied. We are not from Mexico and the fact that we can not get a refund is ridiculous!

This was my kids first time in Cancun, and they wanted to do it all, and try new things. So parasailing was perfect for them, and we loved it.

It’s was a blast! The employees were wonderful! Would definitely recommend. Only wish they could provide transfers from Hilton Cancun verses having to get taxi both ways.

My adventure was canceled and they refused to issue a refund for my experience. I’m am not happy about this and they were rude about it

Booked what was described as typical parasailing for up to 3 people in a harness. (Actually showed inaccurate photos) Actually this was in a metal seat that your laid back in and really can’t enjoy. It’s uncomfortable, your looking up, and can’t really move.

You quoted a fee and made no reference to the fact that there were additional docking fees upon arrival. Bad. Poor pricing tranparecy The lack of transparency in the pricing is off putting
