A great time with friends. Started in the ATV and then the zipline. Ended with a 21-foot jump into the cenote with a relaxing swim. Delicious tacos were served and a tequila sampling from Lluvia de Estrellas - bought three bottles 😚🤌. The staff was extremely attentive, and they treat you like family.
10/10. Great crew of workers. Incredible Cenote. A must visit if in the area.
We had an amazing time at this park, you get a little more freedom than at other parks we've been to. The staff was amazing and very friendly, the tour guide was very fun and friendly. the pictures and videos are worth buying. The tacos were some of the most delicious we've ever had. 10/10 would definitely visit here again. Best bang for your buck and doesn't eat up your whole day.
We had a great time here!! It was beautiful and every single one of the staff were great. They were fun and engaging with all. We did the zip lines, atv, and cenote with lunch- we were very happy with the value for the price! We felt safe as well. For the cenote there were multiple entrances depending on your comfort level- we jumped in but you could also take stairs down. The food surpassed our expectations too, it was all freshly made and delicious. There was also some shopping you could do and a bar and such on site if you were interested. I’d recommend for sure!
Great family experience. Didn’t do the zip lines but loved the ATVs! Horseback Rosie was great (provided your horse isn’t hangry like mine was…stubborn & feisty…as my son said to me “the horse chooses the rider…). The cenote was stunning. Chilly yet refreshing, great chance to rinse off the dirt from the atv & horses. Didn’t do the jump in but loved watching the bats flying around the cave. Our guide Alejandro (Alex) was fantastic. Absolutely hilarious and generous in time and energy. Cheers to you!
We did a tour which had a couple of stops (jewelry store and souvenirs shop Mexico Magico or something along those lines) before getting to Cenote La Noria. On the way there, our guide Alejandro spoke very clearly and articulately on what the day entailed and the prices/packages that we could choose from. There were 7 of us so a few did zip lining and a couple did ATVS. We didn’t do horseback riding this time. Those activities were great but a little pricey but we understand those help keep the park open and running. The highlight had to be the Cenote. The younger adults chose to jump in from top and the rest of the group walked down. Water was very nice on this hot sunny day. Enjoyed jumping off the little dock they have in the middle and swinging off the swing. We had a great time and would definitely go back again. All the staff there were very friendly and ensured our group was looked after.
Christian and his coworkers provided as good service. Very caring people
One of the most fun tours we have done while in Mexico. The Cenote is beautiful, the tours were fun and exciting with the Zip lining, ATV, and horseback riding being wonderful. The staff as well are also very kind, generous, and genuinely want you to have a good time. Our tour guide was Basil and he was wonderful and very sweet. Would highly recommend.
Our tour guide was AMAZING. So help and he made the activities so much fun. He engaged with everyone. Totally worth it
100000/10 experience! We did zip lining, ATV riding, and a cenote cave tour and it was honestly one of the best parts of our trip. The guides were so nice and hilarious the whole time, one of them joked “we take kids 2 to 87 years old” for zip lining and I’m still laughing thinking about it. The cenote was absolutely stunning, definitely worth it just for that. The whole day felt so well organized and fun from start to finish. Can’t recommend this enough, we had the best time.
We really enjoyed our experience. The cenote is beautiful and has a fun swing. My son jumped from the platform and staff looked on to guide him. They offer good drinks and the ATV tour was great! Mainly, I want to say how wonderful Oso and the other staff are. Our Uber driver was supposed to return to pick us up, but never showed. Oso called us a cab and patiently waited for it to get there way after they closed. He saved the day! He even gave us some fresh papaya while we waited. So awesome!
Cilantro was the best!! We had an amazing time. - from Toronto Samantha and Daniel
Had a great time with my family. And my teenage boys able to find an activity that each one liked. ATVs they could drive themselves. Guides were great and lots of fun.
Great experience, excellent service, we had the best time. Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a little adventure on your trip. The Cenote cave is something you need to experience in your lifetime truly mind blowing!
My family and I had an amazing experience! We did the ATV tour, zip lining, and swam in the cenote, and every part of the adventure was incredible. From the moment we arrived, Alejandro greeted us with such a warm welcome. He was friendly, informative, and took the time to explain all of the activities available. My mom and I chose to do the zip lining, and Mario and Manuel made it a true bucket-list experience! They thoroughly explained all of the safety procedures, and their professionalism and experience made us feel completely comfortable. They were encouraging, supportive, and fantastic guides throughout the entire course. The rest of our family had an awesome time riding ATVs with Cesar. He was an excellent guide, very attentive, made sure everyone was having fun, and even encouraged us to jump into the cenote, which ended up being one of the highlights of the day! Everyone at this establishment was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests. We had an absolute blast and created memories we’ll never forget. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Cancun!
Super fun riding horses, zip lining in the jungle and swimming in a cenote. Plus great tacos—believe them when they say the green salsa is hot.
We came to this cenote park as part of a tour that also included a trip to a jewelry store, tequila tasting, and a stop at a souvenir shop first. Once we got to the cenote park, Alejandro was a wonderful "tour guide". He met our tour van and gave us our introduction to the available activities, which included horseback riding, ATV rides, and ziplining, in addition to swimming in the cenote. He also explained a little bit about the cenote, what to expect, and the 3 ways to "enter" the cenote. Hubby and I decided to stick with the refreshment of the cenote only. It was a unique, "enclosed" cenote, meaning it's got a small hole at the top where the ceiling collapsed to expose the cenote, so it's like swimming in a cave, complete with stalactites. Beautiful cool, clear water, a rope swing, a dock with steps and pretty easy entry and exit with ladders and steps. Of course, you can also do the "big jump" into the water from the hole in the roof of the cavern. Afterwards, we were provided 2 street-style tacos and a drink of Jamaica (hibiscus tea) (included as part of the tour we were on). Hubby and I stopped at a little stand there to get a paleta (frozen fruit bar) as well ($8.00 for 2), which were very refreshing. Alejandro (Alex) checked in frequently, remembered those from our group, and made sure to keep us informed of "what next", as well as keeping everything flowing in a timely manner. All in all, a good experience, and I would return.
We did zip Lining and horseback riding then to the cenote. It was great. Our guide, Alex, was awesome the whole time helping and joking around. I highly recommend!
This Cenote was quite a find! The culture and history there was amazing! We went on an atv ride and swam in a beautiful cenote. Lots of knowledge at this location! Thank you for a wonderful afternoon!
We had so much fun here! We did the zip line and horseback activities. My daughter was dreaming of a zip line adventure in the jungle and loved it so much. The cenote was super cool too. There were 3 options to enter. The tacos were delicious as well. We would Highly recommend this place-super clean and lots of fun!
It was so much fun! We did ATV, Ziplining and swam in the Cenote. Pepperoni, our guide, was super nice and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time there. Everyone was very sweet. We also got some tasty tacos there. We recommend the experience!
Super fun experience driving the ATV and zip linning was incredible! The staff and our guide Eduardo (Flaco) made our day even better! Swimming in the cenote was a super special moment in in my life! The food and service was fantastic! Must try in mexico 🥳🤩
Visited this Cenote from Cancun, it is very authentic Maya. Great cave swim, nice food available with lovely people plus zip lines, horse riding and quad riding. We loved it
I’m writing this review to share a very serious and disappointing experience at Cenote La Noria. This past Saturday, my friends were ATV riding with the company — they were passengers when the ATV suddenly shut off while going downhill, causing them to be thrown several feet off the vehicle. They suffered multiple injuries, including several open wounds. What was most upsetting was the complete lack of proper response from the staff. No one called for medical help, and the only assistance offered was a few Band-Aids — for injuries that clearly needed real first aid or professional attention. There was no accountability, no concern for their well-being, and shockingly, staff continued to ask for tips after the incident. This was a traumatic experience that could have been much worse, and the lack of care or safety measures is unacceptable. I strongly urge management to reevaluate their safety protocols and how they handle emergencies. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and responsible excursion.
Nice location, about an hour from Cancun Zola hotelera. This was a tour, so the driver tools us to the tour locations shops first. We were able to swim in the cenote (just one cenote), there’s also horseback ride, zip lining and ATV’s. The tour included delicious tacos and natural juices. The photographer takes nice photos. Highly recommend this location.
What a day🤙 Cesar and his team made the best day. Can't recommend this palce enough. Had a group of 6 doing ATV, Horse back riding, Zipline and Cenote swim and snorkel. Freshly made tacos and tequila tasting. Every bit of it was fantastic. Mainly due to not be massive commercially run. Experiancinf the family run buisness and all the money goes to the locals. Don't think just book it. If i did that on my first week, i would have booked it again. Picked up and dropped off not feeling rushed at all.
Arturo was our tour guide and he was great! Very fun excursion. I recommend booking the earlier time. Overall great time for our whole group!
The activities were great! Silantro was the one who guided us. He was great
Our guide Mario was very kind and helped us have a beautiful experience at cenote noria. Mario is very informative, bilingual, and we felt 100% safe during all the activities. I 100% recommend going and having this experience.
Our guide Miguel was excellent, he gave the girls security and confidence and was very kind at all times.
Very fun. Highly recommended. Service at 100%
We really loved the place and the activities they have; all the staff is very friendly and professional, especially our guide Manuel, who really ensured we had an excellent experience.
Cristian and Manuel are very good people and hard workers, very good service, and they provide great service overall
Very beautiful cenote and good activities
Congratulations to Alex, our guide, an excellent person in his manner, very kind and attentive to everything we needed. Keep it up.
Very nice family experience, we did the motorcycle circuit and then we went down to the cenote, at all times accompanied. Then we ate, a delight the dishes. Very good experience and would definitely come back.
Excellent place, good staff treatment, food places, and ATV’s activities, zipline and horses very good, highly recommended for the family
