I had such a great time on this excursion! The ATV ride, cave swinging, and zip lining were all incredible experiences. Everything was well-organized, and the entire trip was just a really good experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Ride was late, ATVs were worn out , tires were bald & the ride was basically a figure 8 with no adventure or scenery. Same with the zipline. Cenote was a small hole with nothing to see & self guided

Everything was great but the bus ride in with no A/C the atv’s horses and zip line was a blast and the water hole was a great swim

From the driver picking us up to the end of the day it was a GREAT experience! We took our kids 13 and 10 year olds and they loved it! Pollo, Oscar and the other guys made us feel comfortable, they’re knowledgeable and help with anything. The only complaint was the price for the picture package was expensive for my liking $207 usd for 4 people. The pictures are 72dpi so only for digital use. But other than that even the food that they gave us at the end of the activities was really good.

The guides are super welcome and very helpful. The whole experience was wonderful - from the thrill of the zip lines to the uniqueness of the cenotos.

Had such a great time with my friends this weekend! The ATVs and ziplines were definitely our favorite parts, and the cenote was beautiful. The horseback ride was a really nice bonus too. The agency was also great and stayed in touch with us throughout the whole experience, which made everything super easy. Definitely recommend it!

What a jewel! We visited the cenote and it was GREAT. From the moment you arrive you feel the vibe of the jungle, with the motorcycle ride you go deeper into nature, the water is cold but as soon as you get in you don't want to leave. You can see everything, even the little fish. The staff is very friendly and everything is very clean. Don't miss it, it's the best that Riviera has.

The excursion was fine until it was time to pay for the pictures and the workers said we were being charged $75 USD and instead $92 came off the card. When we try to address the issue, they claimed it was due to the 5% gratuity but a 5% gratuity wouldn’t take the amount from 75 USD to $92 so a resolution wasn’t found. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend this excursion for others because they are scammers. But I will say Jaguar was amazing. The one employee there that did a phenomenal job!!

We booked this kind of last minute and it honestly ended up being one of the best things we did in Cancun. Everything ran super smooth from the start. Pickup was on time, check-in was easy, and the staff made everything feel relaxed and fun, not stressful at all. The ATV ride was probably my favorite cause you actually go through real jungle trails and get a bit muddy, which makes it more fun. The ziplines were awesome too, not scary but definitely exciting and really well organized. The cenote was amazing. Jumping in after all the activities felt so good, and it’s such a cool, unique spot to just take a break and enjoy. The horseback ride is short, but honestly I loved that it was included. It just adds more to the whole experience. Overall I just loved how everything flowed. You get to do a lot without feeling rushed, and it never felt like they were just trying to move you along. If you’re in Cancun and want something different from the usual beach day, I’d 100% recommend this. I’d definitely do it again!!

Very good, very attentive, they care a lot about the clients.

Although the service from the guys is very good, I have to say that because they want to sell you the photos, they do not let you go with your cell phone. It can be understood for safety on the zip lines, but on the 4x4s (ATVs) it is absurd that they tell you that you cannot go with your cell phone.
