Amazing time, so fun, beautiful views and water. Would definitely recommend. Me and my man went and had a ball.

It is an intimate, small-group adventure park on the Ruta de los Cenotes in Puerto Morelos, just 30 minutes from Cancún. Unlike massive commercial parks, Kin-Ha offers the only dual cenote system on the route — a dramatic cave cenote (Cenote Kin-Ha) paired with the open natural lagoon of Blanca Flor — within a preserved, authentic jungle ecosystem. With 15+ years of operation, 50,000+ happy visitors, and certified safety protocols, the experience combines Maya cultural reverence with real outdoor adventure.

It was an amazing experience. The tour guides were so friendly and welcoming!
Very disappointed. The ATVs were in poor condition, with faulty brakes and damaged steering. I also forgot a pair of shorts there. The manager wanted to charge me around €40 to return them to Playa del Carmen, even though they regularly have customer transfers going there. I had to drive about 2 hours round trip just to pick them up, when they could easily have sent them back with one of their transfers. The transfer driver was also rude, in a bad mood, and appeared to possibly be under the influence of alcohol. I do not recommend this place.
That was completely below our expectations. No informations during the trip. The group was frequently disoriented. We knew nothing about our schedule and how to prepare for the next point. Guides have been not interested for their clients and they were not nice but still tips for their services were collected at every turn - that's funny. Their English was not really clever and clear so communication was difficult. The quads were very heavily worn and dirty however they offered insurance for an additional $6 fee. There was no instruction before the zipline which for safety reasons, should be mandatory. We definitely don't recommend it, especially since the trip is not cheap (we paid $200 for 2 persons).
Fantastic family day , swimming and zip lining along with a quad ride
Swimming was amazing had lots of time to do everything
I had the best time at the Kin-Ha cenotes. The jumps were great and staff were so nice! The whole place is amazing
From the moment we got there, down to our transportation back to our hotel at Dreams Jade with our driver Christian, every moment was full of adventure! We were a group of 20 people, and some drove single ATVs while others drove in pairs. The instructions were very clear on how to be safe during the trip. We ATV'd to the first cenote that had 2 ziplines at heights of 5 meters high and 10 meters high!~ As someone who is afraid of heights, I ziplined the 10 meter one and no regrets AT ALL! They allowed us to swim in the 1st cenote for about 20 minutes, then we ATV'd to the 2nd cenote which was a hidden cave with a 5 meter jump into a black hole! The water here was so refreshing and cool, and the only source of light coming in is from the hole you just jumped from! We finished the trip with zip lining through the jungle! Amazing experience throughout! All the staff were friendly, highly recommend!! 10/10! Best for groups! Oh and they also provide lockers for your valuables!!!
Some of family had yet to see a Cenote. After a little searching, we decided this one would be best for us. The Cenote is close to Puerto Morelos (about 20km west) They do offer other activities as well, ATV and zip line...we didnt do those. The place was very nice...restaurant, tequila tasting, all covered with add on buildings, change rooms and bathrooms all working well. The first Cenote was right at the facility, all with nice concrete pathways and several covered sitting areas to relax and enjoy. Two ways to enter, jump about 5 meters down through a medium size hole and splash down, or walk down the stairs to a large platform where you can either jump in or climb a ladder into the water. It was well lit down in the Cenote and the water was nice a cool. The second Cenote was about a 15 minute ride...in the back of a half ton with a broken muffler that spewed exhaust into the box of the truck. The road was fairly bumpy, but not a big deal as the driver was very cautious driver. Just the fumes was a bit much. The second Cenote was a very large hole...probably 20 meters across with several ways to get into water. First was two levels of zip lines...one at 5 meters, second at 10 meters off the water. This was the first go to by most water seekers. I also enjoyed the 10 meter zip line. The zip line goes from shore to shore and you let go part way across splashing down into the water. Second was a jumping platform with various heights from 2 meters upto 15 meters up in the air. I also did the 15 meter jump... thrilling to say the least Finally, you could go down a set of stairs and walk yourself right into the water. Nice for the non thrill seekers. Back at the facility, we were served a very tasty meal which was a nice top off for the activity. Recommended to go, it was a lot of fun.
I picked the package where I did everything offered. The pickup was very prompt, so if they 9, its going to be 9. Once we go to the location we sat and went over the details of the day. The first thing I did was the horse back riding, and it was boring compared to other horse back riding I've done in places like Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We rode for what seemed like 5 minutes forward and then turned around 5 minutes back. Then we did the first jump into the cenote. This was so much fun and beautiful. There were about 16 of us and everyone seemed to have loved it. Then we rode the atvs to the se and cenote location which was about 8 minutes away. The atv ride was also fun. The second cenote was beautiful and the water felt great. They had different levels to jump from and also a zip line where you could drop off into the water. I did the highest jump which they called "El loco". When I went over I did a horrible jump and went cest down from 45 feet and it definitely knocked the wind out of me, but im glad I was 1 of the 3 to do it. We had about 15 there and then we rode back. I was supposed to do another zip line, but I was over it after the flop I had at the cenote. Lunch was not that good and I felt weird when the lady put a big bottle on the table that said tips, which I planed to tip but I think they should already have the jar on the table instead of bringing it as you eat. When the driver came to pick us up he seemed as if he was rushing us and I didn't like that, but he got us all back safe.
Worst trip my family and I ever had. The scenery was okay, but the staff. The main guide was rushing us everywhere we go, maybe 10 minutes in the water each, and then he tells you to get out and go to the next spot. The guide has very rude attitude, as if he was doing us a favor that he did not want to do (after accepting the payment). Did not explain anything, just short, effortless instructions everywhere we go. They were very enthusiastic about telling us to give them the tip though (They were asking for 3 tips, cenote, ATV, food, ridiculous in my opinion). Very disappointing service for the money you pay. Save yourself some trouble and money and look for other activities. Will definitely not recommend to anyone.
I think this place is dangerous! Throughout the day there is very little explanation or direction on what is happening or what we are actually doing. The centotes were beautiful, but the stairs and platforms were unsafe (broken and slippery). There were people swimming right below the "jump" hole. The people jumping could not see and were jumping blind, nearly hitting people in the water. The ATVs were in poor repair, and a hot liquid sprayed on my legs! The worst was the Zip Lines. I had never zipped lined before and told them so! Our Guide went first to show us how to do it, leaving a staff person who spoke no English with us. I asked a question (for safety) and he just said GO! I am a larger person and this was a scary thing for me to do! I went and got spun around and crashed into the landing platform backwards. I could not see it coming and they did not help stop or catch me. I hit the platform at full speed smashing both of my legs. They just said "legs up lady next" and did not check how I was or if I needed any first aid. I then had to go again 2 more times to get back to the start. Each time I was very nervous and they did very little to reassure or help me. One of my teens went but the guy on the landing platform was not paying attention and again they came in at full speed with no one to catch them or put the breaks on. They nearly hit the tree. At the end they sell you the pictures they have taken and charge you a fortune. Then they download to your phone, but the dates are not correct and they are hard to find and look at. The lunch was good, but was more of a little snack.
Worst experience ever. We went to the first cenote and I wanted to try the Zip Line. The guide didn't advice or explain anything about it, just pull the zip line to me to start the ride. Long story short, there is a stop point that is supposed the guide should shout before you hit that point to loose the hanger so you fall straight . He didn't say anything and when I hit the stop point, for the same inertia my body bend and I fall like in bed hitting the water with my ribs. I ended up with 4 broken ribs. Not recommended to anyone.
2 cenotes featured: one in an enclosed underground cave, and one more in an open jungle water hole. Both had wonderfully cool, clear water and were in the heart of Mexican wilderness. The guides were respectful, knowledgeable, and took great photos. Be sure to dive in (literally) for one of the best experiences in Mexico!
We booked this trip here. We added ATV for my girls. He only took them out for 19 minutes. Waste of money. I don’t recommend this place for ATV. Many other better places
Unfortunately just another location where the tourist is just a cash counter to the staff. The locker to use is charges at $15 which is a padlock borrowing charge and don’t bother with the ATV which was priced at $45 but hotel said $40 and said they’ll honour the discount also the route as the same out and return with ATV which are a health hazard with the engine heating and burning your legs. You have to sign a disclaimer for any breakage on the ATV. Cenote was a lovely small one to view and swim in, also can also jump into.the cenote. Little fish and bats in the Cenote.
Very good, the pickup was fast and agile. I had high expectations and they did give me the quad experience, the cenotes are pretty, the zipline was exciting and I had a very delicious lunch… we hope to visit you in the near future. Thank you
Endless waiting because they sell insurance and collect payments first. There are two cenotes that you get crammed into with 20 other people. Miserably loud and stressful... The zip lines are a joke, the ATVs are dangerously defective, and the food is pretty good as pig slop. In addition, it is forbidden to take photos yourself, in order to buy blurry pictures from the team afterwards for $80 US. Across the board ridiculous and not even worth a fraction of the money.
The Gonzalez family is the best host you could wish for. We spent a magical afternoon at Kin Ha Cenote and our group not only had the opportunity to sing in the underground cenote but also to learn more about our culture and geography. Anita González is a great support for our cultural event and her generosity carries our hearts. I recommend all travelers in Quintana Roo to visit Kin Ha jealousy as they also have many amazing activities that will make your visit an unforgettable experience 💖
There were six of us and had booked a combination of quad tour, zenotes and zipline. The quads were completely broken, but you haven't seen them before and should pay 5USD p.P. for the insurance. The staff was unfriendly and unmotivated. Chewing gum-chewing young machos with mirrored glasses and airpods who wanted to share their boredom with everyone. The whole process very disorganized. They say you can bathe for 25 minutes, then sit around for 20 minutes. Suddenly it's: quick, it's on. You get told not to use sunscreen. Makes sense. But the tour does not start with the quads but with one of the two cenotes. Most tourists cream themselves in the morning. That's why a film of sunscreen floats on water. The first zenote was very nice. In the second cenote, a sunken yellow plastic boat floats underwater. Otherwise, too, it is more of a green pond. Four young men of the staff sit on the shore and get bored. The action of recovering the boat would take a maximum of 15 minutes. Throughout the altions, cell phones must remain in the locker. Of course! So that you can not take negative photos and end up buying the photos from the organizer for expensive money. But towels and T-shirts must also remain in the locker. Because you should ride a quad bike in bathing slippers and without clothes. Can also be done and is not a problem , because the journey takes 7 minutes, half of which are on the road. Adrenaline? Zero Then the zip lines. About as long, high and exciting as the cable car on a mediocre children's playground in Germany. Adrenaline? 0 There are wonderful Zenotes, you are almost alone and they cost a fraction. The combination sounds exciting, but is a single disappointment and rip-off. At least if you're over 10 years old.
The place may be fine but the staff won't make you feel that way. They make you leave everything you carry in a locker .. you can not take pictures because one person will charge you at the end (10$ a photo), you are not free to go by quadricycle more than twice and 20 minutes journeys. The lousy food! After 10 days in Riviera Maya, this is the worst excursion and worst treatment received anywhere. They were literally stupid, looking bad at customers and asking for tips for everything. To leave the transport was delayed for more than half an hour and I also wanted a clear tip. It is a shame that it was the last excursion in Mexico and we left with this memory that we could to have saved. NOT cheap. It's not nice. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT.
