I booked directly with the website. It was easy. They sent confirmation and a YouTube video of what to expect. Our driver was Jacinto. So polite. So professional. If you want easy and reliable transportation- this should be your first choice.
This company is great. I have used them twice now and have had excellent service both times. This trip Guswaldo ( I am sure I butchered his name) picked us up at the airport and Alejandro took us back. Great communication. Easy to find at the airport. Appreciate it!
Exceptional service door to door. Our driver, Marco Dominguez, made sure everything was to our liking. Very respectful and attentive with our needs. The car was clean, comfortable and we felt safe the entire trip. Highly recommended.
Treated like royalty. Will use on next trips for sure. It was for my daughter and me. Great for the girls trip!
Edgar and Carlos were outstanding! Arrived on time and were very helpful! Would book with STP CARIBE over and over again!

I had a great experience with this company. Ordering the car was easy, professional, and easy. I loved my driver, Mr. Wilbert!! He was kind, accommodating, he gave me updates, and the car was really clean. Lives him.
We booked a private sedan to transport us from the Cancun airport to Tulum. It was a great choice!!!! Ride came with free Corona and water. Our driver Eduardo was super friendly!! He even allowed us to connect our Bluetooth to the car. Will book with this company again!
Great experience. On time, courteous and efficient. Clean car with lots of extras and amenities like cold drinks, beer, even a Nespresso!

Wilbert provided exceptional car service—fast, prompt, and incredibly courteous. He was punctual, professional, and made the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend Wilbert and STP Caribe’s car service to anyone looking for reliable and friendly transportation.
Great, luxury experience to get to/from the airport to any resorts. Very safe. Our driver Osvaldo was great. We’ve use them twice before and will continue to use them when we come to Cancun!
Amazing service! I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the incredible communication, to the timely (early even!) Pickup, to the luxury cars. All of it was top notch and a huge high point to our trip. Friendly, fast, safe and efficient. It is worth the peace of mind to book transfers with them. Just book a transfer and sit back and relax, they will take care of you.
I booked this trip for my mom and she had 0 complaints, Wonderful Service, great communication from the vendor in regard to pick up and drop off times. I will be using STP when I go to Mexico,
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip to Cancun. But, I wanted to write anyway, because STP Caribe's email customer service is top notch. I sent a question prior to booking and was answered almost immediately. Then, after I booked, Luis helped make sure I had the right times, etc. And, once I had to cancel, Luis took care of my refund promptly and provided all of the necessary documentation. I can't wait until we can rebook & will definitely use their transportation when I finally make it there!
We had a great experience with Joaquin Escalante on STP Caribe. The ride was smooth and Joaquin did everything he could to make us comfortable.
Our experience was excellent both ways to the resort and back to the airport. Drivers were on time, friendly and very helpful.
Edgar is the best! Great service and good conversation. Getting to and from airport/hotel was quick and efficient. Thank you!!
We used STP Caribe for the first time and were thoroughly impressed with the service and value. Alberto was a terrific driver. Highly recommend for transportation between your hotel and Cancun!
Highly recommend booking this company! We went from the airport to our hotel near Playa. Gabriel Mezza was our driver and he was fantastic!
Such a great experience with Gabriel meza. If you’re looking for a quick relaxing ride I’d highly suggest this airport transfer. We were greeted by Gabriel with refreshing hand towels and plenty of amenities in the limo. 10/10
Great service! Alfredo was early picking us up and so accommodating. The fresh water and beers was a nice touch. We rode in a nice new and clean SUV that was very comfortable.
Edgar was amazing. He was waiting for us with fresh towels and cool drinks as soon as we got our luggage. It was the perfect start to our family vacation.
STP and Alberto Gomez gave us fantastic service! Alberto was very friendly and made the ride so enjoyable. Highly recommend!! You won’t be disappointed! Thanks Alberto!
This experience was a great start to my partner’s birthday trip! Moises was so professional and assertive. He made sure we could enjoy ourselves and relax! Will rebook for sure!
Alfredo and Rigo were great ! Such an amazing experience from airport to the resort !!!! Will definitely be using this company again when I visit Mexico !
This was a last minute booking, like 12 hours before, and although I picked the wrong date by accident, the company was so accommodating with making sure we got to our hotel. We didn’t get the vehicle we wanted, but I could appreciate the effort the driver and person who helped us at the airport made. The car was nice and comfortable and the beers and cool towels were such a great touch! Thank you and will absolutely recommend!
Antonio Nungary arrived at our hotel ahead of schedule. He was very friendly and offered us cold towels and some cervezas. Great experience all around. We will definitely be booking with STP Caribe in the future!
Incredible Service, I was treated like Royalty by Moises Basilio.. He was very polite and friendly.. The route was too quick 😁 But definitely enjoyed. I definitely recommend the service. 🤗
Mauricio Castillo was our driver and he was great, very friendly and pointed out numerous sites to us. Everything was prepared and ready for us. We will definitely use the service again and it was a great value.
Driver Antonio was great! Super friendly and accommodating! loved the surprise beers & how flexible he was. Would return!
The experience was amazing! Antonio Nungara was our driver, and he was wonderful. Extremely attentive and helped make sure we got to our hotel without any issues. Would absolutely use them again!

Antonio Nungaray was a fantastic driver. Made us very comfortable and relaxed. He was on time and we enjoyed our ride from the hotel to airport. We will be back and using STP!
Jose was my driver. He was very kind and helpful. I had a nice ride with him. His car was spacious and clean. Very refreshing in the vehicle. My phone could not connect to the WiFi. But that is ok. I hope he is doing well. Thank you, Jose.
Alberto was the best!!!!!!! I will request him next time. They are always on time & text us to communicate. It’s worth everything.
Alfredo arrived early at our hotel to pick us up for our trip to the airport. He was driving a brand new Mercedes SUV complete with custom executive seating for 2 in the back. He was an excellent driver, and took care of loading and unloading our luggage. We will definitely use STP CARIBE again on another trip.
Great drive with Gomez. He brought some chocolate milk for my toddler. Very thoughtful. We will definitely use this service again. Thank you 😊
Mr. Gomez was amazing! Very hospitable and welcoming. I would recommend using STP caribe but most importantly Mr. Gomez! He exceeded my expectations. Our trip started off great with his service!
We originally booked this company for transportation from the airport to the hotel. We were quoted $115.00. Upon arrival in Cancun I contacted the company for return trip to the airport. I again was quoted $115.00. But my credit card was charged $135.12 . I have asked the company repeatedly through email for an explanation and have not gotten one. Also, our driver arrived 20 minutes late.
Great service prompt and efficient. I booked transfers from and to The airport, last minute and they were super easy to work with. Edward and Emanuel Jose took great care to ensure that it was an enjoyable ride, with drinks included!
Excellent Service! Made it very easy to find once departed from plane. Helped with luggage and opened doors. Very nice experience overall.
I booked this ride very last minute - after midnight on the day of my arrival to Cancun, yet the experience was seamless. Moises Basilio was my driver and was waiting as soon as I stepped outside. There was no waiting, the car in beautifully maintained, and they even provided a cold towel and sanitizer before I entered the vehicle. There’s also cold beverages inside. Would book again - Moises made me super comfortable!
The service was amazing very friendly driver! He was nice enough to stop midway and grab snacks! I loved it !
Gomez treated us with so much care! My daughter and I had an amazing time. He had everything we needed and more!!
