This service is great, they help with your luggage and pick up at your hotel. Best price we found, even beat Uber. Not private so patience needed, so if in a rush not for you, but highly recommend if you keep that in mind.
Disorganized Service, Scare Tactics, and Poor Communication: We booked our entire vacation package through Expedia. While the rest of our trip exceeded expectations, our experience with MTS (the transfer provider) was highly stressful and unprofessional. Pre-Departure Scare Tactics: Prior to our departure, Jessica M. from MTS called under the guise of "confirming our details." Instead, she spent 20 minutes using high-pressure sales tactics, claiming that if I didn't pay an extra $100 for an upgrade, we would be forced to wait 3 hours at the airport. When I firmly declined, she hung up on me. Starting a vacation being strong-armed and threatened with delays is entirely unacceptable. Arrival & The Good: Upon arriving in Cancun, the experience temporarily improved thanks to Angelo. He greeted us at the designated meeting spot, took our information, and realistically told us the wait would be about 30 minutes. He updated us regularly, the vans were clean, and the drivers drove safely. The Disappearing Act & Return Stress: Angelo informed us that another representative, Daniel R., would be onsite at our resort to confirm our return transportation. We were told this confirmation was mandatory. However, Daniel was a ghost. We checked multiple times daily, and even representatives from competing companies noted he was missing. We ultimately had to navigate a fully automated phone system just to get an email confirmation. It became obvious that the mandatory meeting was just a ploy to corner us into buying excursions. It's a shame, because we actually booked two excursions during our trip—but we gave that business to the vendors who were actually present on the property. Late Return Shuttle: On the day of our departure, the return shuttle was late. We tried calling MTS for an update but could not reach a human being. Even our resort concierge tried to call on our behalf and met a dead end. Just as the concierge was helping us arrange alternative transportation so we wouldn't miss our flight, the bellman informed us the van had finally arrived. Final Verdict: I do not expect travel to be absolutely perfect. However, I do expect to be able to reach a human being for assistance during standard business hours. I also expect not to be harassed or misled into upgrading before my trip even begins. MTS seriously mishandled the logistics and customer service for an otherwise great vacation.
Reliable and responsive company. Arrival experience was good. For departure we had to change our flight and MTS accommodated the change within 24 hrs window with prompt and clear communication
10/10 transportation. My fiancé and I decided to splurge and get the private transportation round trip option. I appreciated that they call you to confirm pick up from airport and they also confirmed your flight info. We had a representation waiting with our name on a sign with further guidance. Usually we select the shared transportation but we wanted to maximize our vacation time.

Company is not professional and doesn't communicate well. Did not get picked up for my return transfer to the airport and you had to take a taxi. Very rude and phone numbers given to contact them were not in use. The initial trip from airport to my hotel was fine because they are already at the airport but my return trip wasn't a good experience..I would not book with them again
Additional communication is made through the messaging section on the Viator app, where it says message Provider. this helped me immensely because there was some changes on the time from the original booking time. overall safe and inexpensive.
Reliable and low rates. We were picked up at the Cancun Airport by a MTS (Mexico Travel Solutions) van with other passengers. The driver dropped us off at the hotel safely.
Very disappointed with how this guys charge me extra $75 dollars after I booked online stated my highly disappointed- I get to airport they driver stated my location is further down than zone am in. My hotel was excellence coral playa mujeres. I was totally ripped off and highly disappointed. I had to pay extra $75 dollars after $33 paid .
The transportation back to the airport was right on time and very friendly.
Just returned from a best friends get away to Mexico. It was my first time there and it was a great experience. Robin Fern helped us out he should be your go to guy for bookings. He was so kind, informative and spoke great English which helped there was no miscommunication. Our air port transfer was easy to book it was clean and they were friendly. Also, highly recommend the catamaran trip to isle Mujeres it was beautiful!

This was a great experience. A representative with our name on a sign greeted us right outside the airport and brought us to the van. The driver drove us safely to the hotel and took care of our luggage. On the return trip, the driver was prompt and helpful as well and picked us in up in plenty of time for our flight.
Horrible! I booked and had a valid ticket. The MTS reps at the airport wouldn’t take my Viator ticket. I felt very scammed. We had to pay a ridiculous amount for a taxi that the MTS guys were probably in cahoots with. Would not recommend!!!!

On time professional driver with well maintained vehicle. Even though we did not order a private service we were the only passengers.
No one showed up to pick us up. I received an email 24 hours prior stating my pick up time was 1410 at the lobby. We were in the lobby at 1400. At 1430 we had to arrange other transportation to the airport. Very disappointing.
Unfortunately, MTS mixed up my reservation snd had the pickup time at noon. My flight was at 12:30pm. I sent several texts to them to correct it and was told that they had no reservation for me even though I had already paid them . The whole situation caused a lot of stress and I wasn't able to get it corrected. A representative named Gina from MTS was in our adjoining hotel. I went to talk to her . She too was unable to locate my reservation. She made several phone calls to MTS and was finally able to resolve the issue. The pickup was at 9:00am and went smoothly after that.
Everything went really smooth. Ontime pick up didn’t have to worry about getting to the airport on time.
Very good at communicating when I had questions and changes. The driver was right on time! I was concerned about it being a shared ride and how many stops we'd make but we made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare

BEST IN THE BUSINESS!! I left my phone in the car on the way to the airport. Wasn’t able to contact them till I was back to Canada. They went above and beyond for me! Contacted the drive to find the car and they found my phone. They sent me a picture and told me how I could have it shipped back. Phone was in perfect condition and no problems. I can’t thank them enough! We travel to Mexico often and always use them for transportation. We are forever customers! Great staff, fast, efficient, reliable and incredible customer service. Out flight was at 2:15 and they picked us up at 10:30 which we thought was a bit too early to just sit around at the airport.

The overall experience was fine. Reason for only 4 stars was the van and driver were not labeled accordingly. We were expecting the MTS logo on the van and/or on the driver. But it was a different travel company that we did not recognize. He had our details correct so we boarded and made it to the airport with no issues.
It was great! The driver was chatty and on time, vehicle was clean. He will constantly remind passengers on the correct terminal and not to leave any belongings behind in the car. Overall, a simple and great transfer experience.

Our driver was a little bit late (approximately 10 minutes), but MTS was very responsive when I inquired about when the driver was to arrive. Our driver was friendly and the shuttle price was reasonable.

They were prompt for both transfers. I was a little nervous as I was traveling solo but also bc some of the reviews said they didn’t show up. That was not the case for me. Both drivers were very nice and got me to my destination safely and promptly. I’ll use them again
The airport shuttle to the hotel was good. The transportation from the hotel to the airport was not acceptable. We were originally given a 10:25 pickup which was way too early for our 3pm flight time. I asked for a later time and was given a pick-up time of 11:25am. I responded to the email stating that would be great. The day of our departure the driver shows up at 10:25 and we were not ready; assuming our pick up was 11:25. We went to speak with the representative at the hotel for the transport company and was told they could not get us on another shuttle. Which is honestly shocking, considering there are tons of vans go back and forth all day long. We had no other option but to take a taxi which cost $47 USD. We will not use this option again for our transportation back to the airport.
The driver was a few minutes early as he should have been. He was very polite, was a safe driver, and we had no complaints.
Pickup from the airport to our hotel went smoothly. Our transportation to the airport didn’t come. They called and said they were stuck in traffic and it would be 15minutes. 20 minutes later I called and they said they would have to get us a taxi. They spoke to the hotel person and everything was arranged in 5 minutes.
We book the shuttle service vía Orbitz on our trip to Cancun. The service was excellent confirmation by whatsapp and email was great. We felt safe, hotel pick up to go the airport was also on time. We highly recomend MTS shuttle service in CanCun!
We were due to be picked up at noon from our resort so we went down to check out at 10 min of. At checkout, the bellhop asked if we had transportation arranged with MTS. We tild gim yes and he told us our driver was there and ready. The drivers for both our roundtrips were friendly and courteous. The ride back to the airport was perfect. We would definitely use this service again.
Horrible service. Our flight was rescheduled from 5:45 to 5:10 and we have asked MTS to accommodate the change, but they wouldn’t even allow us to finish conversation. My wife and I have major disabilities and can’t afford to be late, well MTS doesn’t care about anything.. DON’T US THEM!!!!!!!!

Shuttle was on time, driver was friendly, and ride was comfortable! Everything was safe and professional. Driver had me sign that I was being picked up and was helpful. Price from Hotel Zone to the airport was the best deal around! $12 each way! Would definitely use again.
