MTS is unreliable and non-responsive when they fail to provide the service you bought. I purchased the Roundtrip Private SUV service for transport from airport to hotel and back. The transport from the airport to the hotel was excellent. SUV was great. Driver was great. Cold beer was great. But the airport return was a complete disaster because no one picked us up at the scheduled pickup time. I had to hire a taxi to get to the airport. At least the taxi showed up. I booked the roundtrip private SUV airport transport service on 7/3/26 over the phone directly with MTS. One of the supposed benefits of this service is that you can scheduled a specific time to be picked up at the hotel. I scheduled our pickup for 7/11 at 08:20am, so that we would get to the airport by 09:00am for our 11:00am flight. On 7/8, I confirmed with my assigned MTS virtual concierge via WhatsApp that my pickup was scheduled for 08:20am. On 7/11 at 08:20am, no one showed up. I messaged and called the virtual concierge, who never responded to the chats or answered my calls. At around 08:40am, someone from the hotel front desk came up to us and said he found a note from earlier in the morning that said we had missed a transport at 06:55am, which was 1h25m before the scheduled pickup time and 4h05m before my 11:00am flight. Fortunately, the taxi the hotel called for us did show up and got us to the airport in time for us to make our flight. Unfortunately, I've now paid twice to get to the airport once. I submitted a complaint to MTS support through the MTS app they make you download when meeting your driver at the airport. I requested a refund for the return portion of my reservation but haven't received any response.

We waited like 10 minutes to be picked up from airport to hotel and no wait from hotel to airport. Clean vehicles, air conditioning and really nice drivers

Stranded at Cancun airport We arrived at Cancun airport and finding the representative was easy. The pre trip communication was excellent. We were directed to the pickup location and our information and itinerary was confirmed. The representative told us the driver for our private transfer from Cancun airport to our resort in Playa del Carmen was en route and would arrive in 5-10 min. We were waiting outside in an uncovered area at 11:00am. The representatives told us repeatedly that it would be 10min. This went on for almost an hour. Finally a supervisor came to talk to me after I told them I was very angry about our situation. He told me honestly that they were very busy and couldn’t give me a time when our driver would arrive. At least someone was being honest about the situation. Ultimately they found a contractor in an old minivan to drive us. Certainly not what was advertised or what we paid for. They could have done that much earlier and saved us the frustration of being lied to. There are few things worse than being stranded and the company you paid not doing anything to fix it. Be cautious when booking with this company. You do want to get stranded in Mexico.

Booked round trip transportation airport to hotel. I was provided with instructions to contact them to confirm pickup from hotel- I made several attempts to reach them by email and phone, as did Orbitz as well as the hotel. No confirmation, so I booked with another company the day prior to our departure, so glad I did or we could’ve missed our flight. Despite two different people from Orbitz attempting to contact them, unsuccessfully, I could not get a one way refund. They told Orbitz they were there to pick us up. They were not. I do not recommended booking round trip with them.

We had a flight change and I attempted to contact Mexico travel solutions by calling them and sending a text message. The total delay was 30 minutes but they were not there to pick us up at the airport so I had to pay $150 for a taxi as our resort was over an hour away. Mexico travel solutions is refusing to supply any refund for my extra expenses. I have used this company in the past and normally they have airport arrival instructions and somebody contacts you through WhatsApp however there was no contact made to me. I booked a private transfer to ensure that I safely arrive, but was stuck at the airport unable to get a hold of anybody with the company and unnerved about having to make a back up plan after a day of travel.

We had arranged for a Shuttle for 15 people from the Cancun Airport to our hotel on April 1, 2026 and return pick up April 4, 2026. Prior to our arrival I received a phone call to go over the itinerary. I was told at that time if I wanted a private 15 passenger van that made no other stops I would have to pay $300.00. I made the payment. When we arrived at the airport, we waited over 45 minutes for a shuttle. The shuttle wasn't what I had ordered. We were separated as a group into two vans. The vans didn't follow each other and I had upset moms and sons in different vans wondering where the other was. I paid for the shuttle to be an easy one. 15 in one van, and this didn't happen. When we were picked up at the hotel on the 4th of April, again, 2 shuttles showed up. Why did I have to pay $300.00 extra to be guaranteed a 15 passenger van for all 15 of us? I am asking for a full refund for the $300.00 as I didn't get what I paid for.

Now when it was time for me to leave my resort to catch my flight of course I had no TRANSPORTATION when I called to find out where my transport was I was told it was at another resort and was asked if I changed resorts (of course I didn't) so of course I had to find other last minute transportation. Now that I have been able to speak to my "agent" I'm being told its my fault and they not giving me a REFUND for a SERVICE they DIDN'T provide. Mind you they dropped me off at my CORRECT RESORT WHEN I ARRIVED

I want to say couple words about MTS service. When we arrived to Cancun, waiting time for transportation was less than one minute. On the departure day we received Chevy Suburban luxury elegant SUV. We were Surprised. It was wonderful ride with Edgar. Thank you people for your service.

Horrible service. Booked private round trip transportation, we arrived at Cancun airport and we were told that our driver didn’t show up for work because he had partied too much the night before. The morning of our departure from the hotel, we were to meet our driver at 7:55am, I called them because they were late and was then told the driver had mechanical issues with his vehicle so we had to figure out our own transportation. Absolutely ridiculous! Expedia needs to remove this company from their recommendation list.

Driver that took us to the airport was awful. He was upset that the hotel took too long checking us out and mentioned it 4-5 times during the ride. He weaved in and out of traffic almost hitting a pedestrian crossing the road. When we got to the airport, someone in our party tipped him and he said to someone else, no tip from you? Drivers name was Juan and it was an awful experience. Too bad because I think this company would otherwise be good. All pre travel communication was great!

After waiting an hour for our shuttle and being told cars were on the way we were told there were no cars and they couldn’t help us. This was booked and paid for thru Expedia so we incurred an extra cost. Very poor service and communication, would not recommend this company

I paid for private SUV Roundtrip airport service. I received private SUV service from the airport but even after confirming my pick time for my return to the airport two days in advance the driver was 45 mins late and I had to call to inquire about where my 10am pick was. When a drive arrived it was not a private SUV rather it was a group van.

Addai was a very friendly and nice person. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. My my and I had a wonderful experience.

This is the best way to de-stress during the transfer process between the airport and hotels. The drivers are top notch, helpful with the luggage and "just right" with conversation. The vehicles are very well maintained and everything runs on time, even a touch early. Perfection!

Felix Lopez y Julio Rivera was amazing with helping up on our trip planning for Cancun. They both provided a great Experience. We ended up renting the ATVs, the cenotes tour, the chicken-Itza, the Jolly Rolly tour and many more new exploring experiences. They both were great and I am grateful for their assistance.

The driver was on time and easy to find upon exiting the airport. Everything was wonderful and very efficient. We always use Viator for our traveling needs. Never a bad experience.

An amazing experience byfar! We used the transportation to and from the airport and booked excursions as well. The excursions we experienced were the ATV, Ziplining and swimming in the Cenote. The ride to and from parque estrella was enjoyable. The staff was super friendly, offered snacks and beverages. I would highly recommend any and everyone to book. Top tier service!

This was the quickest that I have gotten from Cancun airport into a deluxe SUV. Our driver had refreshments ready for us in the car as well. The return driver was even early for us at our resort. The SUV's were comfortable and the drivers were very polite.

Excellent company to do business with. Upon arrival at the airport they greeted us and took us directly to our transport. They sent an email with pick up time for return trip and we’re on time for that as well. Both drivers were excellent and practiced safe measures during covid

Bryan Cobian assisted us with transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. Always attentive and professional, he provided us with the information we needed to make our trip unforgettable, and he helped us with two activities: snorkeling and swimming with dolphins. Very happy with the service and very grateful to Bryan for his attentions.

Everything was great, the trip was for my mother's 90th birthday we had an amazing time, the staff Ivan Telles from MTS recommended swimming with dolphins on my mommy's birthday, we had a wonderful time she was happy

The LOUSY organization at the airport tells you they call you to confirm the return and NEVER do. They assign you the schedule they want. I called to ask about my reservation and they told me that they couldn’t solve anything, that I would solve it with whoever I had hired, that if I didn’t take it they would mark it that way and they wouldn’t take responsibility. So some tell you one thing and others give you other information, I would never really take this service again, the only good thing was the first driver who touched us.

Lousy service!!!!!! They blame the agency for putting the time and flight number wrong and their agents leave you in sight!!! Being that you are contacted days in advance and do not respond!!!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE those rats!!! How do you expect me to be at the airport 12 hours before my flight????

We're not leaving yet but when we leave we will do it with MTS I won't change them for anything It is a safe, reliable, comfortable transfer and they make you feel very good. The units are spacious and clean, which is very good, and with refreshing air conditioning, they are the best... EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Book an Airport - Hotel - Airport Shuttle Service. On arrival, I was waiting more than 30 minutes for the SUV to arrive. For the transfer from the hotel to the airport it was worse, I was told that they were passing by my 10:30 when my flight left at 14:43 so I asked that they pass 1 hour later at 11:30. They made me sign a response where they were not responsible if I arrived late to the airport to which I agreed, however the transport never arrived so I had to take a taxi. I called to get a solution and the answer was that there was a lot of traffic and that I had signed so they could be late. I requested my refund but they were not responsible. Lousy Service, I do not recommend it at all and I will never hire a Service with this Enterprise again.

The experience at riu was extraordinary but meeting Addai was exceptional. His way of expressing himself and thinking impressed us.

Service was excellent, we also went on two walks we bought with Miss Sandra Carrasco, a very professional person I have efficient. Walk to Cozumel, I think we didn't know the island itself, it was very busy but beautiful. The Mayan people were not such but should be visiting, not a people, a colony with Mayan traditions. Sort of. The excellent guides throughout, took great care of us which made us feel good. Walk to Tulum, it was very beautiful, know the pyramids and their history, ride on dirt bikes and end up in the underground river. We can not forget how excellent the guides were too. Thanks for everything.
