Cancun Dancer Cruise To Isla Mujeres With Snorkeling And Lunch

My husband and I organized this excursion with for a large group of people for 3/17/26 as we had done a few years back. Unfortunately, the boat trip was cancelled that morning due to inclement weather. We were promised a refund within 30 days after the cancelation notice. However, after 30 days, they extended the refund deadline to another 30 days and provided a formal letter to verify the refund will be received. After weeks of direct communication with the company they became unresponsive. The refund is for over $8,000 dollars and not one dime has been refunded.

We had a wonderful experience with the staff on the boat. The only issue was that the dock staff tried to charge us more for our son because they said that “adults” were 9 or older but Viator said 12. Once we were on the boat it was a great trip.

Was a really fun an upbeat boat trip. The snorkeling is very tough, you’ve got to cover a distance with a decent current and no fins. If I did it again, I’d find a way to bring fins. Food was great. Drinks were great. We got 3 hours on the island. If you’re just shopping, I wouldn’t rent a cart. If you want to see the whole island, it will be around $130 for a golf cart for 3 hours.

It was a very fun experience from the moment you get on the ship till the moment you get off. Every staff member on the ship did an amazing job.

This s was the worst experience ever! They took my $460, failed to inform me of a cancellation, then failed to reimburse me for the taxi service and inconvenience of my family waiting for over an hour trying to figure out what happened. I’m still waiting for my refund!

I was very disappointed. My excursion was canceled twice. My wife and was really looking forward to this experience and was let down twice. This was my birthday gift so I was definitely disappointed. I don't know when I'll get the chance to come back.

Not a single complaint it was seamless and the crew busted their butts the whole time to make sure everyone was taken care of. Definitely rent a golf cart when you get to the island !!

This was our second time doing the dancer cruise and we had just as much fun this time as we did 8 years ago. The staff was so fun and energetic and really made it such a great trip. When you board the boat, they are quick to make sure you have breakfast, water or juice and whatever you need, then we go to the snorkeling spot and they ensure your safety while snorkeling as a group. Dancer provides snorkels, lifejackets and fins for snorkeling. Then it is lunch time which they make and serve for you as well. Then we arrive at isla mujeres, where we opted to do the all inclusive package and take a golf cart around the island. The dancing party on the way back was so much fun and really rounded out the trip! We really had a blast and couldn’t recommend this tour enough.

The crew was very nice and provided drink service on the way there and back. The food was very good and I enjoyed it way more than I thought. I would. The music was great as well. My girlfriend was feeling a little tired on the way back so we relaxed on the top while everyone was dancing below us. Great experience and I highly recommend it.

I received a call 40 mins before the start time that the trip was cancelled. I had to pay $80 for a round trip taxi and have not received a refund for the tour! Will never book with them again.

Amazing best party boat. We were looking at all the various different boats and I’m glad we went with this one. The other catamaran’s had little to no shade and you’ll be on the water for half of your trip, so you get the best of both worlds with this boat. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Amazing experience with my daughter! The crew was awesome, great service by the staff. The food was very good! My daughter loved the snorkeling, it was beautiful and safe! Can’t wait to go back to go on the same tour. Thank you To the whole team. Totally recommend this trip.

Being told that I was too old to snorkel. My husband and I have been doing it for many years and have our own gear. We paid extra for the snorkel and no where did it say we couldn't because of our age. That disappointed us.

They don't put in the fine print regarding restrictions of snorkeling. My parents were extremely disappointed. They brought their own snorkel gear and learned while on the boat they could not snorkel of their age and this happened on their wedding anniversary. We were told we would receive a small refund for the difference in the cruise only instead of snorkel but never received anything. The entertainment staff and food were very good.

I chose this tour based on its description and positive reviews. However, I would not recommend it. I spoke with the company early in the morning to see if everything went well with the cruise and they confirmed that it did. I went to the embarkation point and no one showed up. I called the company and they told me that they were over there and a few minutes after being on call, they told me that the cruise was canceled. Even though they gave me a refund, I lost the day and did not get to see Isla Mujeres because all the other tours had already left and it was my last day in Cancun. Quite a level of unprofessionalism to confirm, make you arrive, pay for parking and then tell you it was canceled.

It was a second time at the dancer!! I will recommend to family and friends, and I will definitely come back!! Thanks for everything😘

CHESK DEPARTURE ADDRESS WITH OPERATOR GIVES YOU WRONG ONE ON SITE. Boarding was easy. breakfast was as advertised. We didn't participate in snorkeling looked like organized chaos and lots of other boats and snorkelers so opted out being a scuba diver. No diving board it is more a diving platform. Lunch was good and as advertised. Golf cart was straight forward got one with other couple and guide. Went straight to cliffs had about 10 minutes there then straight back. Got back on boat that's when party and drinking began, everyone dancing having fun. Was fun but don't know if would have gone if know what we know now.

We had a wonderful time on the Dancer. Angel and Jessie were amazing hosts ! They were always so upbeat and kept the fun going. They were very organized and we had plenty of time to experience a little bit of everything they offer on this all inclusive trip. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have fun and enjoy themselves ! It’s unlimited alcohol so you’ll have a party crowd for sure !

We had a great time. The staff was excellent and made sure my family was well cared for. The food, snorkeling equipment, and overall atmosphere met or exceeded expectations.

This was a fun trip. We loaded quickly and they had a continental breakfast waiting for us. Got to sea quickly. The snorkeling was too crowded, but we saw a barracuda. The diving and slide was very fun in great looking water. They served us a good lunch. There was plenty of time on the Island and a crew member was walking around to let us know where to go to get back onto the ship. You cannot get back on early. On the way back to Cancun there was music and dancing. I'm not big into dancing, but had fun watching. It was a good time. It is a bargain, especially since the State ferry has gone up for tourists.

This is the best catamaran party, snorkeling beach day, boat in Cancun. I would recommend this to anyone wanting have a memorable experience.

We had this Dancer cruise and we loved it. We took the all inclusive package and well worth the price for a full day. Food was delicious, open bar, snorkelling, golf cart on the island and great party on the boat. Staff is amazing. I recommend this trip to everyone.

They canceled our trip due to “weather”. There was no hurricane, no rain, no clouds. Nothing. No pop up in my phone to notify me. We left to get to the location of takeoff to get their 1/2 hour early as directed. It was 9:30 am an d no boat. What a disappointment for my son. This was his trip for a graduation present, along with the trip to Cancún. What a disgrace to anyone who wants to show anyone a beautiful island. I will NEVER book a trip there again as I am afraid to disappoint anyone. Trip advisor, I would be ashamed to even allow anyone to book this trip via your site!!

The tour was canceled but they didn't contact us until we had already spent 70 dollars for a taxi to go to the pier Then another 100 to get back to our resort.

Good music and views. That’s about it. Food was terrible. Dried bread, and fruit for “breakfast.” Drinks were gross and not quick service. We ended up not going back on the boat and stayed to find our own way back.

Staff was friendly. Boat was pretty old as was the snorkel gear and chairs on the boat. When we got to the island, it wasn’t explained very well where to meet back up, so we looked around for the tour guide for a bit. Lunch was good, could’ve done without the instant mashed potatoes though. Overall, it was a good experience.

Overall great service!, very smooth ride, great entertainment onboard, great crew, enough food and drinks, no complaints.

Food was awesome, the golf cart tour of the isla lacks sufficient organization and we didn't get too much "guide" from the 1-hour tour.

The entire crew were extremely friendly and making sure that you are given a first class experience. The music and atmosphere were amazing.

The boat ride was awesome! The staff are super friendly and fun to be around. They are very attentive and they nake the ride even better. They have snorkeling with I adive you do. Almost everyone on the boat did it. Also they give you time after to jump off a diving board and go down a slide. They play good music throughout the ride and serve you breakfast which was a small bread and coffee or juice. Then they give you lunch with some fish ceviche 🤤 as a starter. The lunch was rice,mash potatoes, steak&chicken with mix vegetables, also salad. After that you head towardsthe island and enjoy 2+ hrs. On the way back they have everyone dance abd have fun. This activity is all worth it. Also don't forget to bring single $ or money to tip them. They work hard and deserve it 😉

We booked the Dancer party boat as a recommendation from family. We were celebrating birthdays and had a great time. The staff was very courteous, interactive and attentive.

The Dancer crew was the best. Unlimited drinks is the way to go. Just keep In Mind that if you select Golf carts, you will have to share them.

The atmosphere, food and ambiance was amazing. The crew was outstanding shoutout to Felix! Even if you don’t participate in the snorkeling activity the dancer boat is still worth the ride.

This was so much fun! The crew was very helpful and fun dance and party with. The snorkeling, however, was very crowded and hard to enjoy. We were basically on top of one another. Isla Mujeres was also great. Definitely go on the golf cart tour up to Punta Sam. The view is incredible!

The experience was not what we signed up for - services were not delivered. We paid for snorkeling and got a 45 minute boat ride going in circles. Poor communication on what we were doing food and drinks below average.

No snorkeling due to winds, said there would be water activities. Nothing of the sort happened. Horrible experience. Paid a lot for bad drinks and no compensation for lack of snorkeling.

Unfortunately, we signed up for the all inclusive trip and only got to sail to the island because of wind. We would have liked to be able to do all of the water activities, we were not given a chance to reschedule or refund. Awful!

I took a trip to Cancun for spring break with my college friends and I was very glad that we chose this cruise. I would say that this cruise is probably more enjoyable for college aged kids or young adults just because of the unlimited drinks and dancing which might not appeal as much to families. The staff was very nice and attentive! They had outgoing personalities and got everyone to dance. The lunch that was served was good and the drinks were decent (considering they were unlimited). I opted not to snorkel, but it looked cool and there are other opportunities to get in the water (we loved the water slide). As far as the detour to Isla Mujeres, I could have done without it. We did not realize that you couldn't do anything there without money; even the chairs were for rent. It was still cool to walk around the island, but bring money if you want to do anything besides lay on the beach. If I had to give any advice it would be don't be late to the cruise and bring money for the detour. Overall, I would recommend this experience and would personally love to do it again!
