On arrival to the facility, there were several more charges and purchases of items we were given the option to add onto our reservation. It was several hundred dollars more than the initial money we paid for this activity. It was very organized, but we were constantly rushed to move along so they could keep their schedule and get us in and out of there as quickly as possible. The lunch was one of the things we added, and it was just chicken in a room temperature tortilla. So if you think this was a great price, you will be very surprised when you arrive and you are encouraged to upgrade to the VIP and also get sold goggles and a cloth to cover your face for the ATV ride. The one thing they did not provide or even try to sell you were gloves for the ATV ride. I was on the back of the ATV and not the driver. I wished I would’ve had gloves as I got several abrasions on my hands and wrists and elbows. It was not dusty. It was just very bumpy and it made it impossible to hold on very well. It was fun, but it was good when that part was over. Apparently we also agreed to sit through a sales pitch for local tequila. We had the opportunity to taste all of them and that was fun. But unfortunately, the tequila was $80 a bottle so we did not purchase any. The staff were very nice but like I said it was very rushed and when I said I needed to use the bathroom they told me I had one minute to do so. Might be a good idea to tell the clients to use the bathroom before getting started on the adventure. The pictures turned out very nice and they were able to load the pictures directly onto my iPhone. Of course that was another $80 though. To be expected and nice to have. They took some good shots. The cenote swim was private with just our group of maybe 15 people. It was refreshing, but a short amount of time was spent in the water.

It’s fun but basic if you’ve ever done any of these things. The best part was the cenote to me, the ATVs were ok and the zip lining is sub par. I’ve done these things in other places so It was just ok to me. If you’re new to these things then yes a great way to introduce yourself.
Very fun. They try to upsell absolutely everything but the adventures themselves were fun
Resort pickup was a breeze, followed by a 25 minute drive to the location. ATV was first, and this was fun, although I wouldn’t recommend two adult sized people riding together. Zip line was next and was terrific. The staff at each station made sure the rigging was safe and the rides were thrilling. Last was the Cenote and lunch, which was pretty cool. We really enjoyed the lunch and the added tequila tasting. The Cenote jump and swim were very refreshing. My favorite part of the trip was our group leader, Ernesto. He was there at every step helping us with a smile. I’m so glad we were in his group.
Well I received a call the day before say they would pick us up at 12:30 so the day of we were outside by 12:20 and no one ever showed up so we never got to go. Now I’m trying to get my refund
Our guide for the activities was Humberto or H for short. He was FANTASTIC. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was fun, engaging, and knew how to tell a good joke. He really kept the energy level high and was a true gem in how he treated the adults AND the children. Bring Cash and be sure to tip big! They work their butts off and deserve every dollar. You really feel out in the jungle. The cenote swim was my favorite, the Zipline was the kids and the ATV was my husband's. Something for everyone. Oh and don't get my started on the tacos. I have been dreaming of them ever since. Please book extreme adventures, you will not be disappointed.
I was told when we booked that I could take pics with my phone. I specifically asked. Got my ass chewed when I took a pic and told they would take my phone if I took anymore. They want you to spend more money and buy their pictures. The atv ride is quick! I wouldn’t waste the extra money. Zip lining is quick too and not much to see. Jumping down into the cave was cool. All in all I wouldn’t go back.
This was a good experience. LALO, the guide, was great. But the experience was not as advertised. Trip Advisor said to expect 50 minutes of ATV, 50 minutes on 6 zip lines, 50 minutes in the cenotes, with snacks and lunch. We got 4 zip lines, 20 minutes in the cenote, no snacks, and 2 small tacos for lunch. Guess it's worth $89, but I expected more...
We had so much fun! The ATV ride was ok, it was mostly riding up & down a rocky road but still fun. The zip lining was awesome! Favorite part was the cenote & tequila tasting. Recommend doing the VIP - you get more time in the cenote (& a more private cenote), better tequila, & better food options. Overall we really enjoyed it & it was a fun way to get out of our resort for the day & explore. Raul was our guide & he was AMAZING & so much fun
Omg I had the best time of my life !! My tour guide Lailo was amazing . He made it so fun and I enjoyed every bit from the rides to the zip lining to the swim and then he food and tequila tasting . I will recommend the tour guide and anyone to do this !!
Bring your own gear if you can! Once you check in for the ATV, zip line, cenote experience EVERYTHING is an immediate upsell. Do you want to go to a public cenote or more private with less people? If you say yes you also get a better lunch along with a tequila tasting - we are glad we did this for an extra $55 per person. Bring cash or use PayPal. Credit cards you are charged an extra 8%. The ATV was our least favorite activity and would NOT recommend. The only gear supplied to you is a helmet and you also need goggles and a scarf for your face. They have a store for you to buy these in for an unreasonable amount of money! A $2 scarf is $12! Silly! Goggles $29. There is a dirt road maybe 2 miles long that you ride up and down for 30 minutes and that’s it. Nothing to see or do, just riding single file back and forth. I am not exaggerating. Zipline was a fun little course, nothing crazy. We had a good time doing that. Cenote, tequila and lunch was our favorite - this part we would do over and over again. Lalo was our guide and he was so much fun, thank you Lalo! The most important thing I would want people to know is that the staff (and there is a lot of staff here!) was all very professional and super super friendly! If you want to save yourself some money bring goggles and a scarf for your face for the ATV ride but if you can skip the ATV portion I would.
The experience was as described. The zip lines were fine but not very high or fast or long The ATV were not off road, but the path was rough enough that it was still challenging (wear eye protection during dry periods to avoid the dust clouds). While the swim was in a public cenote, it was very fun - lots of jumping and swinging into the water. George (of the Jungle) did everything he could to make our experience upbeat and fun. The worst part was the almost 2 hours between when our activities ended and when the bus left. While the time spent tequila tasting was OK, and I understand needing time to look at the pictures they would like us to buy, we were very bored and ready for the drive back after 45 minutes.
They made our trip so fun and adventurous, also Diana or Dina did great job guiding us to everything. highly recommend!
The cenotè was a great experience! Could have been a little bit longer. Ziplining was pretty cool as well. Enjoyed the Atvs. We were riding for quite a long time- wish we could have went on jungle trails & less on the pavement. Danny was great.
The whole excursion is well organized and all details are accounted for. The transportation to and from the hotel was on time and did not require extra wait time. The zip lines were amazing and the staff explained things clearly and quickly. The zip line into a pool was a refreshing end. After zip lines, you are escorted quickly to your next activity which was ATV riding. Going off road was thrilling and challenging. The following cenote swim allowed you to wash the dust off and be ready to eat a nice lunch. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and fun. Visitors did not have to worry about a single detail as you were ushered from one activity to the next. The whole experience was great, and only spending a half day at the excursion was the perfect amount of time.
We spent 5 days in Cancun for a company event and Selvatica was the highlight of our entire trip. We literally could not pick one favorite activity from this day as they were all equally amazing! The crew was unbelievably friendly, they were all extremely helpful with a great sense of humor. And last but not least lunch was super delicious. Big thank you to Andrew and the crew (even Jose) for this incredible day. We loved it!
We signed up for the Cancun Combo Tour - ATV with Zip Lining and Cenotes swim. Selvatica also included the roller coaster ride. What a half day -- fabulous. Our guides and helpers were excellent - made sure we were safe and had fun. We cannot say enough good things about this adventure experience. Only one negative comment - and it concerns purchasing photos and videos of the day (for those of us not having brought GO-PROS). Throughout the tour, photo staff followed us and at the end our pics (almost 200) were available on I-Pads to review. We were offered the pics for purchase US$29 for one or around US$79 for the lot. HOWEVER you had to pay there and then, and most of us did not bring enough cash or credit cards. We were not given an option to purchase later, on line. However, on returning home we contacted Selvatica - they set up a Help Desk Ticket and arranged to ID our photos and videos and made it possible for us to buy them on line., SO - IN sum -- great day, great staff, tasty lunch (included) -- photographers could have been better informed, responsive Selvatica HelpDesk staff .
A must-do in Cancun! Not only were the guides amazing, but the zip line course was a wonderful experience! The ATVs and the cenote swim were so much. Thank you Selvatica.
I am terrified of heights and I almost didn't go zip lining but the staff was super supportive and Jorge helped me through the first few and then I got the hang of it and overcame my fear of heights. Tremendous staff, Zip lining, ATV jungle tour and Cenote swim were perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Cancun. They will take great care of you and show you a good time.
The kids absolutely loved it, a fun day for everyone. There's even a bit of history throw in, if you have time to look. The guys who run the place are crazy but thats goes with the job, if you're holidaying in cancun book this place you wont reget it.

The best excursion you can do in Cancun! After all the fun they feed you a great meal too!

Really enjoyed this. Its a lot of money for a few hours but it was fun!! I was allowed to take my own phone at my own risk which is fair enough, and I took several pictures.... and they had a photograpaher who took great pictures... only downside of the trip was again, as I found all over my holiday, the package to buy the photos is a rip off. otherwise, great staff and trip.

The venue and guys were great!!!!
A must do in Cancun was fun from start to end.

It was great! Dennis and his crew were all really great. Humorous and felt safe at all times! If you need a shuttle it is included, but you need to notify them 24 hours in advanced.

For Zipline: Multiple lines and the last one you land into a pool of water. You get a helmet and gloves for braking/straightening yourself

zipline ( long tight pants for protection , put everything in locker ) --- go back to locker get your swim gear -- take the transportation they provided to ATV place -- wear swim suit for ATV -- cenote swim -- go back to zip line place get your stuff

We had a great time! My wife was a little afraid of how high we were on the violins but go over it once she got started going. The ATV part of the adventure was not as fun. Too many participants to get really going with any speed. Lots of speed up and stop. Kind of remind me of commute traffic at home.

Jaime and the guys were amazing!!! He had a great sense of humor and you can tell that he really enjoys what he does for a living. Even at the end he hugged us when we were leaving and thanked us for coming. The park and everything was great but my main reason for wanting to go back were the people that worked there.

Selvatica was an amazing experience. The staff is friendly and so much fun. Loved driving around in the Polaris, always wanted to go off roading.

We LOVED everything about the zip lines, ATVs and the swimming! Bruno and his staff are very knowledgable and put you at ease as soon as you step into their hut. We were first timers and were a little nervous. If you are like me, you are probably wondering what you need to bring. Towels, bathing suits, change of clothes. Tip for your driver, tip for Bruno and his crew and 10 for a locker they give you 5 back when you return the key. They take credit cards for anything else that you want to purchase. We put on bugs spray just in case. It was a great day for me and my husband!

This was so amazing, well run, Excellent staff, Marco and his crew. Everything was beyond my expectations. So LOVED the Zip Line.that was my favorite. The lunch was very very good. Transportation also excellent. A must when you go to Cancun. My age 57. This is for all ages.

This was our first time in Cancun and first time ziplining! Our shuttle that picked us up at the hotel was running late which I found out by calling. Everything and everyone was awesome everything went as planned and everyone was very nice and friendly. You are connected to a safety line the whole time when your not ziplining. There were a few ahead of us that were scared and changed their mind but the workers volunteer to go with you if you are scared. I thought I was going to need someone to go with me but I surprised myself and lived! lol I even went upside down when I told myself I absolutly would not. it was awesome! oh and someone went with me when I went upside down. They are taking pictures and videoing the whole time so pay attention.. The ATV ride is not actually through the jungle.. or any off roading but it was still fun they have paths already made that they take you on. The Cenote swim was fun as well the lunch was small like described but very good. There is a bar for ordering drinks which were good. And a store for shopping I would say a little over priced. Make sure you bring money for your locker and if your going to purchase pictures or video it is expensive as well... I brought extra money but it was not enough at first they said you could not purchase at a later date but they did say we could give the money to the driver with an extra 10 bucks and he would then give us our cd with our code for downloading. We did the second cheapest deal they offered I think the highest price was like 200 or more I think we end up paying like around 85 bucks total the pics were awesome and the video.

The staff for Selvetica is the bomb! Friendly, helpful, safety minded and enthusiastic with a passion for conservation. Twelve ziplines that are not too fast for first timers, jungle atmosphere, fast moving with minimal downtime. The atv tour was twisty, turny fun but dusty!! We had plenty of time in the cenote using the zipline drop and the optional stairwell. Lunch was light and tasty. The facilities and bathrooms are clean, and remind me of the Rainforest cafe restaurants in Florida. Overall a satisfying day in Cancun!

Awesome tour! Very Fun and worth the cost. If you do the ATV, your cenote swim will be short. Don't forget anything there, you will never see it again. If you call to find what you lost, they will conviently not be able to speak English.

This tour was the highlight of our trip!!! We had so much fun and the tour guides were awesome!!

This tour was amazing. I honestly didn't know what to expect as we bought it online, but it was excellent. The people at Selvatica run the whole experience. The guides are amazing, friendly, playful and full of life. They really love their work. The Zipline is amazing!!!! ATV tour was cool too, a little short and the Cenote Swim was one of the best experiences ever. Will use Viator again as they know how to set these things up!

What an amazing time we had with Bruno and his crew! They went out of their way to make sure we had the best time ever! We were never afraid or pressured and always made us feel comfortable! The 10 plus ziplines were a blast but we LOVED the side by side ATV hot rodding through the jungle! The cenote was awesome too! Lunch was great and no pressure to buy pictures! Loved it! Thanks Bruno!

Awesome experience! We had a great time. Only wish I would have taken more money to buy more souvenirs and pictures.

Our guides Denise and Root I think were awesome. Very helpful and very fun. The lunch was yummy. Ziplining was gorgeous. Just wish the ATV was longer but would definitely do it again and would totally recommend it!

Everything was amazing from start to finish. I was hesitant on going on the Zip line but one of the guides went with me on the first line and from there I was a pro. Very fun and def worth doing. The only down side was the cost of the pictures. Very expensive !!! 80 was the cheapest pkg plus 10 delivery charge to your hotel.

This tour was the absolute best!! From the exciting ziplining and helpful tour guides (roots, Sergio, nel etc) to the atv and cenote swim it was all fantastic! I highly recommend it and the lunch afterwards is the best

This was an awesome day. Shout out to our driver Luis and the main host Gabby at Salvatica. We were able to go on ten plus ziplines, atv through the jungle, and zip line into a nearby cenote. Overall, a fantastic day. Make sure to bring a towel and change of clothes for the ride back.

By far the best experience! The crew was amazing and made most the trip with their humor. Zip lining was so much fun I loved being in the middle of the jungle. The ATV was short but also nice and then finishing of in the Cenote was an amazing feeling. Definitelt reccomend and do again ! Thanks !

This was one of the best experiences that I have ever been on. I was in a group with my best friends and we had the times of our lives. We did not want this experience to end. The other experience is wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Though i'm scared of heights and was a bit nervous the team was extremly supportive and helpful!! We had a blast and would definetly come back again!!!

Probably the most worth your money adventure of the trip. We really enjoyed our guide and she really made it fun and exciting. The zip lines were exhilarating and awesome but i wouldn't recommend going downward if you are little over weight cuz the pain, I'm still feeling it. But I would have to say that the photos were way too expensive for me to buy. If I could make a suggestion, make the photos little bit more affordable. I guarantee more people would buy it.

All was great. The ATV ride was a let down. It consisted of about 25 people closely following each other on a small circuit of dirt roads. Other than that staff was great and activities fun.

12 Zip lines and very friendly and safety conscious staff. Professional photographers scattered throughout helped put the finishing touches on a very enjoyable experience in the midst of a beautiful rain forest setting.

Such a fun and exciting experiencing. The staff was awesome and very helpful. I would def recommend this excursion to anyone who loves to have fun and is adventurous.

The guides were amazing. They were fun, friendly and knowledgable. The only thing about the trip I did not like was the option for pictures. They took tons of pictures but they were so expensive to purchase at end of trip we now have not one single picture from the trip. If I would have known how expensive they were I would have managed to take my phone or camera for sure but they told us to leave them in the lockers.

Amazing experience, beautiful jungle, all guides were helpful, professional, and friendly. Would do again!
