Our guide, David, was great and it was a fun and exciting experience! He was knowledgeable and funny.

Itinerary
Next, head into the nearby jungle to reach the Sac Actun cenote system, the world’s longest underground river system, recommended by National Geographic for top-notch snorkeling and cave diving. With the help of your guide, make your way through the caves and arrive at the cavern of Nohoch Nah Chich, studded with stalactites and stalagmites. Slip on provided snorkeling gear and enjoy a cool break from the heat with a swim in the cenote.
Then, hop aboard a Mercedes-Benz Unimog, your 4x4 transport, and drive deep into the rainforest for a 40-foot (12-meter) rappel down to Yaxmuul, another natural underground pool. Sail through the treetop canopy on three ziplines; the last one gives you a splash ending into the water. After your jungle adventure, settle in for a buffet lunch of homemade classic Maya fare. When your hunger pangs are satisfied, board your air-conditioned minivan for the drive back to Cancun. Your tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel in the afternoon.
Please note: A minimum of two people per booking is required. Part of tour proceeds are dedicated to sustaining local Maya villages.

Our tour guide Alex was awesome. He kept us engaged and was like a swiss army knife, he did everything for us. The zip lining and rapelling was lots of fun, be ready to climb what felt like a hundred stories. The snorkeling out in the estuary was fun too, the ocean was a bit rough and you could feel it, but still a great experience. Food at the location was also really good.
Awesome time. The underwater cave in the Cenote was like nothing I have ever seen anywhere else in the world. The tour guide David was amazing. Ziplines were a blast too.
The morning pickup at our hotel was extremely convenient and our driver and guide for the day, Jose, was awesome! We had two very different snorkeling experiences - one in a beautiful reef and another in a cenote (underground cave) - both were wonderful. We did the zip line package across 7 different zip lines - the most unique of any zip line experience we have ever had. The entire staff was very friendly and kind. They were all very welcoming to our same sex couple and we always felt comfortable. Jose was our incredible guide for the day. He was funny, extremely knowledgeable, and took great care of us. We would recommend this over and over and over again!
My husband and friend and I were really looking forward to this tour. We were confused by the directions since we chose the tour option at 11:00 am (which said to meet at the Oh! Cancun hotel then) but it also said pickup was at 6:30 am. I texted and called a few days before but wasn't able to get a hold of anyone until ~9:00 am the morning of the tour. They said they had never confirmed the tour with us because we hadn't listed a hotel we needed to be picked up at. We said we were staying at an Airbnb and were planning to drive to the meetup point. They said they hadn't planned on doing a tour that day and we could reschedule for the next day, but it was our last day in Cancun. I've worked in hospitality for a long time and this was the first time something like this has happened to me. We received multiple email and text confirmations and if they needed a hotel for pickup, they should have called or emailed to get one. Pretty disappointed and waiting on a refund.
Emilio (aka baby Jesus) was amazing. Absolutely love him. The family that was in the group with our family was a bit “extra” but he handled it with style.
My friends and I had such a great time during all the activities! They made us feel safe all throughout the time and the food they gave us was delicious! We stayed in the hotel zone so it was a little bit over a hour drive, but was so worth it! They provide transportation so it a bonus and less hassle for us. 10/10 experience!!
This was such a blast! We felt safe the entire time, our guide was clearly passionate about jungle life and the adventures we were on! We loved the rappelling, the zip lining, the snorkeling in a cenote. I mean it was all incredible. The lunch was also amazing. The Mayan village on site had the most beautiful crafts and their food was to die for! You won’t be disappointed in this tour!
I’ll start by saying the rappelling and ziplining were a lot of fun and the cenotes were beautiful. Unfortunately this tour was NOT as described. It says there will not be more than 10 people in a group and we had 12. We also spent an hour in the van just picking people up before even starting our hour and a half drive there. I message the company on our way saying we had 12 people and they assured me we’d be divided into smaller groups once there. They did not. They advertised soft drinks included as well as a buffet lunch. We did not have any soft drinks at all and we did not have a buffet lunch. The tour also says going through the jungle in an all terrain unimog and also driving 4x4’s and we had neither. I asked our group guide, Lorenzo, more than once about them stating that our tour was supposed to have them and he told me there aren’t any ATV’s in the park since 2010. Later, some drove by and when I asked him again, he cut me off and said “before you go with the blah blah blah blah” and used his hand to mimick a talking mouth. It was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Please also know that they don’t allow you to take any of your belongings, including phones, but then will let certain people bring their things. In all the years we’ve been coming to Cancun and all the tours we’ve done, we have never had falsely advertised tours or such rude, terrible guides. Truly the worst experience. I requested a refund and they only returned $196 of the $654 we paid. Ridiculous.
Very fun and beautiful experience. Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Would’ve loved to have more time snorkeling in the cenote
Well this is a scam. First booking got messed up (scheduled for wrong day). Had to pay an extra $90 dollars to reschedule. So the day before the excursion, got a call to verify time and place of pick up. Next day the wife and I stood outside at the meeting place for 45 min (calling every 10 min to talk to someone). Finally someone answered the phone. Found out it's canceled due to weather. Would of been nice to get a call saying it was canceled instead of standing around calling like a mad man this morning. well can't reschedule again because we have stuff planned for tomorrow and the next day we fly out. Ask for a refund and will only refund 70% of the excursion (which I still haven't received). "Happy anniversary honey". So in sum: first scheduling got messed up, had to pay extra to reschedule, they canceled, only getting 70% of my money back, and still haven't received it.
Truly amazing experience with our highly experienced and knowledgeable guide Eric. His life stories mixed with historic facts and environmental knowledge was a bonus to the beautiful and exciting time we had. They were Uber careful to keep everyone safe. The small group size was just right. Best way to experience Cenotes. The bonus we did not know about was the visit to Tulum archaeological site where another highly knowledgeable guide escorted us. Everything was clockwork too… driver Amelia picked up and returned on time and kept the van tidy.
The guide gave us clear information and we felt welcome. Jesus was funny and he knew his work. His instructions was in details so I didn't have any problem following his instructions.
I had a blast with this experience. Eric was a great guide and he made this adventure even better! I recommend this 10/10.
We had a wonderful experience from Mario in Tulum on our tour of the Mayan Ruins , wonderful food , and our energetic , fun , exciting trip by Jorge/Eduardo with Atv riding and swimming in a cenote ! It was a blast !
Wasn’t able to take the tour. We booked it thinking it would be approx 7 hours as stated in their description, but, on the bus getting ready to head out, we found out it was going to be more like 10-12 hrs which would have put us past our COVID testing appointment we had to have in order to get home the next day. Wouldn’t even consider giving us even a partial refund. Terrible customer service. When you book this, even though it says approx 7 hrs, plan on it being at least 10!! Super dissatisfied.
It was fantastic, we had one small painful nail injury that our guide helped to disinfect and treat. It was so enjoyable and the food was fabulous!
This tour was amazing. Our guide, Ivan, made the trip for us. He was witty. He made the tour come alive. It was so fun to see the jungles, zip line, see Tulum, and snorkel. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks!
This tour was epic!! we had so much fun. Memories that will last a life time! We especially loved the last zip line into the cenote.. It was super fun and I loved that they let us do it twice! The food was good but please bring snacks. we were so hungry by the end and it was not enough food for me and my teenage boys. I will say I wish they had smaller groups and allowed for more time to explore, especially the Cenote that you repel into. One of the zip line guys was getting a little handsy with women in our group. That was no bueno.
My sister and I did this for her 35th birthday. This tour was very professional. They arrived at our resort on time early in the morning about 7am, we then headed to Tulum to tour the Tulum Mayan Ruins. After that we headed to the Mayan jungle tour which was about 8 minutes away. We Ziplined, rappelled, and snorkeled in underwater caves. It was amazing. We then had lunch and were dropped back off at our resort around 5pm. The cenotes snorkeling and Ziplining were my favorites. The food was delicious too.
This was a great day trip for our group of eight and I we have not found anything that we liked as much as this place. I really like how they operate with small groups and you feel as through there are not many people there even through they are moving lots of groups through everything. Its a bit of a far journey from the the center of the hotel zone in Cancun but we did not mind the early departure and beautiful drive, we left at 7am and back about 3:30pm. Go and have a great time, their guides or staff are amazing, pay the money for the photos. Thank you for our great experience.
Eric, our guide was wonderful, very thorough and conscientious with all members of the group. We had 3 , 16 year old grandchildren with us and they thouroghly enjoyed the activities, however for what the tour costs, the meal was terrible!! Not nearly enough to fill a young persons tummy, when we have used other companies, they provided a tasty buffet. For this reason I would not book with you again
I was so excited for my cenote tour- i even called TWICE to confirm the pick up location. After waiting 45 minutes I called back again, only for the same lady who told me where to get picked up to tell me that we missed the pick up because we were in the wrong place AND they would not be coming back for us. So we missed our tour because the tour company gave us the wrong information and then didn't even bother to apologize, get us other transportation, or give me a refund. She gave me a NON working number to call back and ask for my refund. Terrible. Use Explorer - they were amazing.
I’ve taken about 7 tours near Riviera Maya, Mexico and this was the best one. This was the first tour I took with this company and they are the best. Gerry was our van driver and tour guide and he was amazing. We felt safe the entire trip from traveling there to zip lining. He also was very knowledgeable. The cenote and underground river was absolutely beautiful. The rappelling was a lot easier than I expected. Walking up the bridges to the zip lines may be difficult for some but is worth the experience. Gerry never made us feel rushed though, and everything was so enjoyable. Will be booking more tours with Alltournative.
This trip was phenomenal!! After we were blessed in a Mayan ceremony we were able to rappel and swim in a beautiful Cenote followed by Zip-lining and snorkeling. Then we were fed a wonderful traditional meal before heading back to our resort. Everything was absolutely beautiful and the entire trip was made even better by our amazing tour guide, Gerry! If I could request him for every single tour from now on I would absolutely do so. I can’t imagine having a better time on an excursion.
They say they will pick you up at your hotel but change it via email the night before. They said they'd pick us up at 9 am but again changed it to 6 am. We were at the pick up location for an hour and a half asking every van or bus if they were it but they all said no and when they finally opened so I could call at 7 am they said the van was there at 635 and they had us down as a no show. Absolutely horrible experience do not give them your money they are trying to only let us have 70% back. Do not do it.
Day started a bit slow as we were the first of 6 scheduled pickups (3 were no-shows). Once we got to destination all was great. I brought my gopro but the wouldn't let me use it with a wrist strap, but they rented me chest harness for $13. The 5 zip lines were great especially the one where we landed in water. The cenote snorkeling was fantastic, make sure to take your head out of the water and look up at the stalagtites to! The repelling was a good photo op, but wish it was a longer drop. Lunch was really good as well. All told a very enjoyable day.
This was an amazing experience. We bought the tour the included Tulum as well. My husband, 8 year old son and myself did this one day tour not really knowing what to expect. They picked us up from the hotel and it was about a one hour drive to the Jungle Maya Native Park. The tour included a Mayan ceremony, 5 zip line crossing, one of them drops you directly into the cenote (cave) and you get to snorkel and swim with the tour guide guiding you along the way. It also included rappelling into one of the cenotes, as well as a delicious traditional Mayan lunch at the end of the jungle tour then a visit to Tulum's archaeological site. You really do not need to take anything with you, as they provide you with all the required tools as well as towels and a locker for your personal belongings. Just make sure to bring water shoes for the jungle and cenote tour. Our tour guide Perfecto, was, just like his name, a perfect guide. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly and patient all the way. Very much worth the money.
Me and my other half done the Cenote Tour with Snorkelling, Rappelling and Ziplining this morning and it was amazing, What a great experience. All of the activities are really fun and all of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Can't fault this place at all, Keep up the great work 👏🏼
This tour was amazing so glad we did it. they pick up at the Hotel early and drive you about 1 1/2 to JUNGLA MAYA NATIVE PARK. No need to take towels they provide you with then along with a locker to leave your belongings make sure to take WATER SHOES. once you have completed the tour they provide you with Lunch Which was very good you buy your pictures and off you go back to your hotel.. AMAZING
This was a great tour for cenotes, zip lining and a Mayan Shaman purification ceremony. Plus, it's one of the few "parks" that are completely Mexican own and supports the local Mayan community. I would definitely go again, but would book directly with the company that does this tour: alltournative.com. The price of the ticket per person through viator was $20 more per ticket, which is significant in Mexico. Also of note, is that this place is a 1 1/2 hour drive from Cancun, but only 15 minutes from Talum. I would have taken the tour that included Talum with this experience, had I known, because the cost is negligible.
Our guide spoke perfect English (not that it mattered to us, but it seems that people value this), he was very informative, patient (with the kids that were on the tour), and funny! The food was really good. It was a fun day, just not what I was expecting. All of the activities are within a "park", and you're shuffled from one to the next. They have facilities for you to change, restrooms, etc. Everything was very clean, from the van to the facilities. There were a lot of children, I feel this is more for families, than adults seeking adventure. It was the most expensive excursion we booked, and I don't feel like it was worth what they charged.
Absolutely loved this excursion! The tour van that we were picked up in was clean, comfortable and had excellent air conditioning. Our tour guide Christian was great, fluent in English and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the tour. We were picked up on time from our hotel at 7:40am and dropped off at around 3:30pm with travel times of around 1H30M from the hotel zone in Cancun to Sac Actun. Something to note is that there are actually five different ziplines that we got to go on which was a nice bonus we thought there was only three originally. A hint for those who are thinking of recording their experience with an action camera, remember to bring a chest mount for your device as selfie sticks are not permitted both hands need to be free for ziplining and rappelling and head mounts arent feasible with a helmet on for ziplining. Overall, we really enjoyed the tour with our favorite parts being the ziplining and cave pool snorkeling.
We picked this excursion for the variety of the activities and the fact that it wasn't a full day. Our guide was Manuel and he was fantastic. We all enjoyed the rappelling, ziplining, and snorkeling through the caves.. The Mayan lunch was delicious and the ceremony with the Mayan shaman was unexpected and interesting. Manuel made sure that everyone on our tour was comfortable with all of the activities and he added a lot of interesting insights along the way. It was a long drive from our Cancun hotel but well worth it!
I really enjoyed this activity! Zip lining through the Tulum forest was breathtaking, the snorkeling part is done in this private, preserved cave and is gorgeous, the rapeling is quick, but exhilarating, and the tour of the pyramids was neat. The pyramids were not as impressive as the Chichen Itza pyramids, but still amazing.
Great staff, great facilities! Beautiful views while zip lining! Amazing pristine water for snorkeling! Worth every minute!
Our family chose this particular tour for the variety and time (we have young kids and didn't want to do a full day excursion) -my 6 year old was absolutely fearless on the zip lines! The Maya shaman ceremony was very cool, and our tour guide, Victor, was very knowledgeable. Overall, a great choice that combines several activities and works for families and couples alike.
It was a great day trip that didn't take the whole day. Our guide Jose Pierre was very knowledgeable and cared if we were having fun. He went out of his way to be sure the kids were comfortable with rappeling/zip lining. Your guide picks you up in the am and drops you off at the end, we liked being with the same person all day. The kids ages 9 and 11 loved it and the we as parents were entertained as well. It was the perfect trip for our family. Thanks Jose and keep up the good work.
This is an absolute MUST! We were picked up promptly at 8:00 am and had a nice small group of 12. After a brief ride we started with rappelling into the first cenote. Our fears of this new unknown adventure were quickly put to ease by our guide César (more on him shortly) we then swam through the cave to the next point where we got to experience a Mayan ceremony led by a shaman which allowed us to see the culture firsthand. Then we did 3 zip lines to the next cenote where we snorkelled through a life enhancing experience in underground beauty. Then after 2 more zip lines were served an authentic Mexican lunch which was delicious! César then took us to Tulum to see the ruins and beach and we were back to our resort by 4:00. This trip was made amazing by the most perfect guide I have ever met. César you are the best at what you do. Your calming demeanour helped everyone tackle fears and your knowledge of the landscape and history of Mayan culture is top notch. I not only had the time of my life but have a greater understanding and appreciation of our natural world and ancient civilizations. *** important to read the info pack before going. Take comfortable shoes and swim gear because you will be changing from wet to dry conditions a few times**** ***Also you can only bring a GoPro with a harness attached if you want to take pictures due to safety precautions. They do take excellent pictures for you which you can purchase (we did!)*** Do yourself a favour and experience this wonder. You’ll be glad you did!

We had such a great time with All Native Tours through Viator. Our guide for the day, Anastaciya, was so wonderful and was able to communicate with us in English as well as Spanish for the other couple who was with us. The experience in the jungle was fascinating and beautiful, highly worth visiting. The Mayan lunch afterward was amazing too. The food was so delicious.

Be prepared though if you go during rainy season the mosquitos are going to get you and you're not allowed to wear bug spray because of the cenotes. They don't want sun tan lotion or bug spray polluting the crystal clear waters. Also, if you don't like bats be wary because they live in the cenotes and have no fear of flying right over you while you're snorkeling.

Depending on where you are located on the island you'll be picked up as early as 6:20 so don't make it a late night although you'll have about 2 hours to drive to the destination so you could take a nap on the nicely air conditioned bus.

Our tour guide Edward was amazing, I was afraid of heights, and he made the grappling and zip line experience very comfortable! The 4x4 ride was also super fun! The snorkeling in the cenotes was beautiful, and lunch was delicious! Pickup and drop off right from hotel, highly recommended!

Great excursion! Best part was snorkeling and rappelling into the Cenotes. Pick up van was new, clean and air conditioned. The driver is your tour guide and stays with you the whole time including the ride back to your hotel. The only complaints I have are the prices of the photos: 30 USD for a single photo---60 USD for a CD with photos only---90 if there are 3 or more people in your group, and 100 for a USB drive of photos and video taken. 2nd complaint: There isn't enough rappelling equipment to go around. We had to wait about 30 minutes until other tour groups came off the zip lines/rappelling so we could get the harnesses. They need to buy more rappelling harnesses.

I had such a great time! The ziplines were a lot of fun and up above the trees. The cenotes were so clear you could see everything. Our tour guide Pepe was great. The only downfall was how much the pictures cost. I paid $30 USD for one picture.

Really fun day with plenty of variety. Guides were super friendly and took extra care of my friend, who is afraid of heights!

This was the perfect excursion!! From the zipling to the snorkeling the whole day was filled with activities, and I was very impressed with the professionalism and organization of the whole day. Our tour guide Pedro was a blast! He informed us of everything as we went while also being extremely personable and fun. This tour included FIVE ziplines which was more than I ever expected. The snorkeling was by far the coolest part the caves were fascinating. I will say I wish that I wish that part was a bit longer but there was so much to do I completely understand why. I would say if you are on the fence about ziplining go for a snorkeling excursion, you wont regret it! Also, the lunch they provide at the end was probably the best meal I had my whole time in Mexico.
One thing I would say as just a heads up is that if you are staying in Cancun it is a 2 hour drive to get there 4 hours total, but I know for my group it was worth it! Cant wait to go back!

My sister and I really wanted to go Ziplining as we had never tried it. Sarah our tour guide was there to help us with our fears. We really enjoyed the blessing and the buffet that they had. The thing that scared me the most was the way we had to go to get to the platform before going down the zipline. Beautiful countryside.

This activity was absolutely awesome! The guides were wonderful and a lot of fun.

We had a blast! Did so many things that were far outside my comfort zone. Eric was our guide and was encouraging, helpful and all around great! Will recommend this to anyone.

Although the actual cenotes were amazing, I wasn't allowed to take my waterproof camera along with me to take my own photos so had to rely on the camera shots from the professional photographers there, which weren't much cop. We also found a spider and i asked for the cameraman to take a shot of me next to it for my usb stick which i bought with all the photos on it. The photo was not allowed to be on the stick as it was a dangerous spider. This totally put me off the park and the attitudes when i asked can i pay for it were shocking. The snorkelling in the cenotes was amazing though just an unpleasant experience regarding my own photos.

While this probably gets very crowded in the summer and spring break months, it was great for me in April. The entire experience, from the Shaman to the zip lines to the food was excellent. Our tour guide, Diego, was smart and knowledgable also.
