It was amazing, I would do it again.

They have cenote in title but don't actually mention it's NOT included there is other trip advisor options with cenote they charged us extra $35 usd each for the cenote+horse back riding they did not tell me before hand and also they pick up people from hotels all across and make you wait it took literally 9 hours for this excursion.

Had an amazing time with our family! I’m actually afraid of heights and was able to do the zip lines no problems.

The information for meeting/pickup was a bit confusing especially when we do not speak spanish. After we were picked up the ride did not have AC and the windows were out of service. Besides that portion, the rest of the excursion was worth every penny thanks to our guide Gonzalo or “Skinny Guy”. He made the whole trip much more lively and upbeat. Please tip them as they all do an amazing job for all of us.

Such a VIBE! Don’t be boring and stay on your resort. Leave and have an experience. Horse back riding was great! I loved my beautiful horse Morocco, I had the private to ride. ATV and zip line is soooo funnnnn! Try hanging upside dowwwn. Hehee 😝. Only Thing I will say is the cenotes in this particular location aren’t the best. Very shallow water and slippery rocks EVERYWHERE.

Booked last minute & very happy we did. It was raining at first so the ATV trail was muddy but that made it fun! The sunshine came out at the perfect time and we enjoyed our day with the small group. Flaco made us laugh & made me comfortable enough to do the zip line upside down! Thanks for the experience :)

The entire experience was perfect. The hotel pickup and drop off was on time and the staff were very friendly. Throughout the entire experience the workers provided clear and easy instructions which make the experience more enjoyable and relaxed. Overall, I would recommend and come back again!

Everything was excellent. Tour guide was amazing. I would suggest bringing shack or eating before because your lunch provided is not til after you finish the whole tour. Lunch is really an appetizer and only two pork tacos with no flexibility of interchanging. Everything is more $$$.

The lack of transparency about not being able to take your phone with you and not being able to take any of your belongings. I understand safety but the phone was an issue because they’re taking pictures and they want to sell them and that wasn’t told online. I had fun but it was a bummer to be told to bring all of your ID, and sunglasses, and money but your forced to rent a locker, I was told the horseback riding was separate and cost $30.00 and when I got here it cost me $35. There’s no transparency.
