We booked the van and the person was there to pick us up but on the return trip, they turned up with a small SUV? So we did not get what we paid for
We used CanaDian for our resort transfers and they were great. Our flight was late so I sent them a message saying we were likely going to be delayed about 2hrs and they no problem they would be watching for us. We texted when we had our bags and they were waiting outside for us. We had a quick save transfer to the hotel in both directions. We will definitely use them again.

We did an ATV ride, ziplines, tequila tasting, and a cenote. We enjoyed all of it and the experience was super organized and Lalo was high energy. Since we upgraded, we didn’t have to spend any time waiting and could enjoy everything completely. For me, the best part were the six tequilas we tried and learning what gave them each their character. For the price, we basically paid $35 per activity/ person including transportation. Definitely a good value and highly recommend the upgrade.
They did an awesome job. Prompt and courteous three part pre scheduled and prepaid transportation from Cancun airport to Secrets Akumal then a week later second drop off in Cancun at Westin Lagunamar then third stop back to the airport. I didn't take the free transportation provided with my Costco travel package. I couldn't the risk with the company that I had heard horror stories about. Not taking the chance of being stranded in a foreign country. I have used your service 3 prior trips and as always very satisfied. Thank you for starting and ending my trip on an amazing note.

Great service! Meet point at airport very easy, contact with office throughout by sms. Very quick to respond, good price point especially if you have lots of people. Vehicles are clean, comfortable and have A/C - very useful in August in Cancun. Don’t hesitate to book these guys if you need a transfer - save all the stopping at each hotel with their shuttle buses.
It was hard to find our shuttle driver, but Viator was very responsive in real-time. Transportation went smoothly with no issues.

I used to book them for everything and booked all my family coming to visit… They increased their price by 40% within a two week span. Much cheaper options available for the same exact service. I am really disappointed, I enjoyed working with them… Their loss.
STILL IN SHOCK! My wife and baby daughter stayed for a week in Akumal and used Canadian for a private van each way, booked separately. The cost was $100 USD each way. As instructed, I texted the dispatcher upon going through customs so the driver would be waiting for us when we came outside with our luggage. The driver wasn’t there and after texting a few times and waiting, the dispatcher said they “ didn’t see my texts, they were on the phone.” Strange, but ok.. waited 10 minutes and the driver,Julio came. Most other drivers were out there waiting before the passengers came out but ok, no big deal. Julio was very sweet and the ride was pleasant. I tipped Julio $10 USD and said goodbye. The day before we were meant to leave I went online and reserved a private van to the airport for 14:15. I texted the number the day of the ride just to make sure-14:15. 14:10 we are waiting and no van which is a bit strange but ok-I text that we are waiting and after a few minutes the response is that our driver, Julio is on his way. 14:15, 14:20, 14:25 and no Julio. I’m texting all the time and they keep assuring me he’s close and that there’s traffic which is not their fault. Julio arrives at 14:32, 17 minutes late. He apologizes and we go. I text Canadian that this is unprofessional and they say that it’s not their fault. Julio drives fast and we are making up time but hit a huge traffic jam. I realize we will miss our flight. I call the airline and reschedule for the only flight available- the next day at 17:33. Im texting with the dispatcher the whole time and they keep insisting they did nothing wrong. I go online and find a hotel 10 minutes from the airport. The dispatcher tells me I need to pay $35USD EXTRA for Julio to drop us off. Im stunned and say that their being late is costing me $500 USD and this is outrageous. They maintain I must pay abd I tell Julio to take us. When we arrive he shows me the cost in his iPad $135USD I say no and pay him $100 + a $10 USD tip. The ride, in my mind should have been FREE, not more expensive to take me to the hotel that was partly their fault I needed. The dispatcher, Sasha was incredibly arrogant and rude. Don’t use Canadian!!
Booking and communication for our private transfer was smooth and faultless. Unfortunately from arrival everything went downhill!! The driver was not where he was supposed to be, we spent over 30 minutes looking for him and texting whoever was the controller for the vehicles as he was no where to be seen. Thankfully I was able to use my phone as being from the UK this isn’t always easy. We expected to be greeted with a named sign so we knew which vehicle to board, we were told to wait outside a bar at the airport but the driver was parked elsewhere and we had to walk to find him. There was no sign to say our name or advertise that we were actually getting in the right vehicle. It was only getting a text message from the main controller that confirmed the registration number. Once we boarded the run down transfer van the driver drove at the most ridiculous speed to our resort, we were all petrified. I complained and requested that we did not have the same driver on our return journey but the same driver was sent. I will say that he did apologise for driving fast on our arrival but as he was over 30 minutes late picking us up we were still not impressed! Thankfully our flight was delayed so I wasn’t concerned about missing our flight due to the delay. The driver did drive carefully on the return and within the speed limit but the vehicle was dirty and most of the seatbelts did not work. I would not use this company again.
The driver was ready and waiting even with me being one of the first people off our flight and through customs. The communication through WhatsApp was EXCELLENT. The people doing the online communication speak excellent English and are very helpful. The drivers are pleasant and helpful. The drivers have limited English however do try. The driving skills were also good even in Crazy Cancun traffic
CanaDian Transfers & Tours is awesome! great communication setting up transfers, even better communication the "day of" to make sure the drivers and the customers "find" each other. We took transfers from the airport, between resorts in Puerto Morelos and Playa Del Carmen, and then back to the airport. Drivers on time, courteous, friendly ... good conversations with all of them. Vehicles were first-class, clean, newer models. Great company to do business with, whenever you're in the Mayan Riviera or Yucatan, contact CanaDian, you'll have a 5-star transfer.
Our group arrived on three different flights two two terminals and it worked out great. Really good communication via text and WhatsApp including pictures (of van and sign) and updates on timing and location. Highly recommend.
The best I’ve experienced. I loved working with Canadian transfers while on my recent trip to Mexico. They were very responsive, the vehicles were all clean, AC worked well and drivers were very professional. They were always on time. I originally only booked airport transfers but ended up using them again about two more times to go on excursions and each experience was great. Thank you again for making our trip so much easier!!
This was our first time using your service and we were a bit nervous as our last experience in Cancun was not the best with transportation (through a different company). We took a chance on this service since it has great reviews and so glad we did!!! We had GREAT Communication, VERY FRIENDLY Service, they were Easy to Find, On-time for Both transfers, and had Clean and luxurious vehicles. Our flight was delayed and we had no issue meeting our driver. Our ride was reasonably priced for excellent service and less expensive than other services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We mistakenly booked CanaDian Transfers instead of Canada Transfers (which is a different company that we have used many times). We do not recommend CanaDian Transfers. Our pick up driver was not waiting with a sign or anywhere near the Cancun exit. We called them several times and we were told which stall he was parked at. We walked over there and still couldn’t find him. After about 30 mins and several calls, he found us. We had pre paid for snacks, beer and water and only had water some of which were opened already and possibly drank from and half the beer. There were also empty water bottles in the pockets on the seats from a previous trip they had. The van was not clean and ready for us. Our driver stopped at a store to pick up the additional items (the one positive experience) including fuel for his van. For our departure pick up, they showed up 1 hour earlier then the emailed time quoted and by the time we walked to the front (approx. 10 mins), the driver had left. It took several phone calls to try and have them send a driver back to get us. We had pre paid in cash upon arrival like instructed for a return transfer. They are now harassing us regarding payment. We tipped both ways despite the issues we’ve had. The worst transfer company we have ever used. Customer service is non existent. Do not recommend. Will never use again.

Excellent service , on time with a text and phone call to notify their arrival. We were really impressed that we had a private new full sized SUV take us to the airport when we were expecting to have additional passengers accompany us. Julio spoke very good English, was polite and loaded and unloaded all our luggage. All prices and destinations were clearly indicated online. I would highly recommend and definitely use their services again.
Great communication and pick up on time. Board held with our name at airport after navigating the taxi hawker maze. Note their is a difference between Canadian Transfers and Canada Transfers.
Accidentally booked them instead of Canada Transfers. Websites are very similar. On the way to the hotel, we were nearly in a huge collision as the driver had his head down looking in his phone. Had my wife not yelled, we would have rear ended a line of cars at high speed that had all stopped. I received an email on December 26th advising me the pick up would be at 10 am on the 27th. At 10:10 there was no one there. I emailed them and they informed me that pick up was 11 am. Apparently the "system" made a mistake and the email was incorrect! Seriously? The company supposedly specializes in transfers. So we got up an hour early only to sit waiting for an hour for a transfer. Completely my fault for booking the wrong company however I expect any transfer company to be able to perform the simplest of tasks, namely performing a transfer as advertised. I mean seriously. Thankfully , I will never make this mistake again. Worst experience ever. Make your vacation stress and worry free by booking CANADA TRANSFERS. Not Canadian Transfers.
Service was great. We were in contact at the Cancun Airport via WhatsApp as soon as we could login to the airport wifi, to confirm our ride was there and that we were proceeding through customs. Our flight was delayed by an hour from our original scheduled time but CD had tracked the flight and was there waiting for us upon our arrival. It was nice to step right into the air conditioned van as our fellow charter travellers lined up to get shuttles to there respective resorts. Julio our driver was very professional and courteous. The extra cost of the private shuttle vs the included transfer was worth every penny.
We were blown away by this service. Easy to reach and courteous team throughout the trip (via text). Our drivers both ways were on time, kind and safe. We also enjoyed the Coronitas and bubbly upon arrival... thank you! All of this and at an affordable price! We will never again ride in a shared shuttle and waste hours dropping off and picking up other travellers (a waste of precious time which should be spent on a beach). Simply put, this is a game-changer for us!

I had to change my pickup day last minute and they took care of it with no questions ask. Then when my flight arrived over 30 minutes early they were there waiting for me. Great service and great people to do business with.

We called the morning of leaving and they were so helpful getting us a shuttle within an hour of the time we called. The driver was so friendly. Highly recommend! We did a one way transfer. Our resort offered free transportation but it was shared and after waiting when we got to the airport we decided last minute to do a private back to the airport, very good service and price.
IF I COULD GIVE 100 STARS, I WOULD!! We are a family of six with a mix of members from age 12 all the way up to our senior grandma. It was our first trip to Mexico and I decided it would be easiest to just have our own private transfer so I booked with Canadian Transfers just from blindly googling companies. I was so blessed to have chosen this company!! We landed in the airport to find Juan standing with a sign with our name on it right away and from there on out, our vacation was a success. Juan was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to during our transfer that it was like having our own tour guide and friend. He told us, the “must-see’s”, tips on safety and what to expect. We liked Juan so much, I contacted Janet in the office, who is also beyond helpful and gracious, and booked Juan for all of our excursions. We spent several days with him and he made everything smooth, effortless, entertaining and fun. We actually found ourselves missing him on our “stay-at the-resort” days. I just cannot say enough on how our trip was enriched by Janet and Juan and cannot thank either of them enough for their first class hospitality!! HOPING TO SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!

I took my family to Cancun and had CanaDian for pick up and return. They were on time both ways a very curtious. It was so nice to be the only ones in the vehicle and I would strongly suggest that if you arriving into Cancun use this company.
We decided on this rather than having to wait for a bunch of people and we are so glad we did!! We booked online which was very easy and we pre ordered what drinks and snacks we wanted and when we got there everything we had ordered was in a cooler in the van waiting for us . Our driver Julio Gomez was amazing !!! He was awesome from start to finish . We did Trivia on the 45 min ride to the resort and learned so much about Mexico and the area and while enjoying our cold beverage . We had Julio again on our return trip and again had so much fun on the ride to the airport even though we were sad to be going home. The van was clean and well kept and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend this service to anyone and I would highly recommend Julio Gomez for a driver . He will make it fun and you will have a safe trip Thank you Julio :)
This is the third time we have used them never been dissappointed. We landed one and a half hours late but our driver was waiting for us he was very polite and did a great job.
Had a flight that was originally due into Cancun in the early afternoon but did not arrive until midnight. Fausto was there waiting for us with cold towels and beverages, as requested. We so appreciated it all after an extremely long day. He was also our driver returning to the airport from Riviera Maya and arrived perfectly on time at our resort. During the week, Juan Carlos provided an excellent ride from Cancun back to our hotel near Playa Del Carmen. Very personable drivers - highly recommend this company and their competitive rates!
Very good service, you are contacted before each transfer by message and when you arrive at the airport you already have your message, and when you leave I have had to say that they are there in less than 10 minutes! Use this service twice already
