Everything was smooth. Our driver Oscar met with us when we landed greeted us with drinks and towels for our hands. Took us to our hotel with no problems. We used the same service and Wilbur took us to the airport from our hotel and everything was perfect.

I had a perfect airport transfer with Ronaldo V. and really enjoyed my ride! I’d recommend his service. The ride was slightly more expensive than other providers in the area, but they accommodated my last minute booking and everything went very smoothly.

We did a round trip with STP Caribe to and from Cancun airport for a group of 7 people and the service was FANTASTIC! I always get a private transport from the Cancun airport and the other providers I used have been late or don’t have great communication but STP Caribe was amazing! Incredibly prompt, excellent customer service and very responsible drivers. Both Oscar (our driver on April 12) and Jaime (our driver on April 17) were great! I will be booking with them any time I visit Cancun :)

Loved using this service and will be using every time I come to Cancun now! We booked less than 24 hours before our flight got to Mexico and they were SO prompt and communicative, came with fresh towels & sanitizer for our hands and ice cold water on the ride there. Customs and luggage retrieval can be ages in Cancun airport, we had to wait over an hour for cases, but using WhatsApp with transfer company meant we could keep them updated and they were very patient which stopped us stressing out about potentially missing our ride. Easy to find rep outside of terminal. Waited about 5 mins for minibus to arrive and then a swift journey to our hotel. Our driver Wilbert was very polite and a good driver and we appreciated the water and cold towels on arrival. Good customer service with emailing questions before booking as well.

We traveled as a large group and arrived march 2025 for round trip transportation. We asked for 2 vans as we were 12 people. The drivers were early, vehicles were spotless, comfortable and roomy. Gave us towels and hand sanitizer on arrival as well as cold water. Great service and will continue to use. Thank you!

Our driver was very nice, they provided us with cold towels and water and had plenty of AC. His driving was good also.

We used STP to transport us from the airport to out hotel. It took us a while to get through immigration and get our bags but our driver stayed in contact with us and waited patiently. We were offered water and cool towels at the car. It was our driver's first day so he had another driver with him (Miguel and Johnny). They were both very friendly and delivered us to the hotel safely. Definitely recommend!

The pickup at the Cancun airport was seamless. We knew to look for a gentleman in a long sleeved neon green shirt. He promptly took us to our luxurious Suburban and introduced us to Osvaldo, our driver. We were given cool moist hand towels and Oswaldo asked us what kind of music we preferred. We asked for relaxed local music and immediately got our vacation vibe on. Next, the center console was stocked with bottles of water, Coronitas, a fresh bottle of tequila, and limes. He couldn’t have been more pleasant or professional. This is not our first time hiring this car service, and it won’t be our last!

Great option for safe and comfortable transfer to and from the Cancún airport for our family of 5. Our driver, Oscar, took great care of us to include helping us make an impromptu stop at a restroom for our little one after we got stuck in traffic. Oscar was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived and arrived early for our pickup at the hotel.

Jose is a great driver. He messaged us on the morning of our scheduled private van (for a group of 6) and he openly communicated with us until he arrived at our hotel. He was punctual (arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled pickup time). He also had cold water ready for all of us. He drove fast but safely, and he carried all of our luggage to the front of our Airbnb. I’ll definitely book with STP Caribe (and hopefully get Jose as my driver) the next time I go to Cancun/Riviera Maya!

I booked because of TA reviews and was not disappointed. STP was at airport and in contact with me while i was still on the pane. Gave me good directions to find them in transport area. Arturo was my driver and was excellent. he chatted when i wanted to chat and was quiet when i rested my eyes. Asked about my comfort level and answered my questions. Quickly got to my destination Maya Riviera.

We took transport with “Arturo Saldivar” from STP Caribe (Cancun airport - Tulum). Very comfortable and quick drive. I forgot my cellphone in taxi, fortunately Arturo is very responsible driver and got it to me next day! Great job Arturo!👍👌

I highly recommend this service. I used them from Cancun airport to Akulam, and then again for the reverse transfer. They were ahead of my pick up time, polite, and the van was very nice. I traveled solo, but the van would have fit a small group of people. Jose was kind and got me to the airport ahead of schedule. I booked both trips the day before with no problem and they confirmed my trip within minutes. Excellent and affordable.
