My original plane flight was delayed and I had to get on another flight I was called by the transportation company and they let me know that they would change the flight information. They would still be there to pick me up. They were very prompt, no hassles, I will certainly use them again?

Waited over 20 minutes for driver at the pre-contracted transportation area. Didn't see anyone with my name on a sign. I sent a Whatsapp message and got a reply 15 minutes later saying the car is enroute. The driver never shared the platform number where he was parked. So we waited at Margaritaville bar until my friend walked around and found him.

Paid for my transfer online through this website days before it was needed. But they never showed up or responded to messages or phone calls. Then, after I paid another service to take me to Playa del Carmen, they messaged me that they were waiting for me – 2 hours later! And my refund request was denied. TripAdvisor promotes this company, so beware, they are both ripoffs!

The booked transportation was not there at 3 PM as booked and we waited until 3:45 and then booked alternate transportation. Unfortunate and requested a refund.

The shuttle itself was a decent van. The point of reference to meet the driver was not clear. We had trouble finding him at the airport since their instructions were not clarified. The actual driver was awful. I have been to Cancun several times and I have never experiences such awful driving by a shuttle service. Would not recommend
Booked 2 services for 2 different arrivals. First arrival was fine. Upon arrival around 4pm, texted them as instructed. They replied back in English. Wait time was 15 mins before driver arrived with name on paper. Drive was pleasant to Tulum. Second service was not as good. Upon arrival at 8:30pm, texted them, got an auto reply in Spanish as if they were out of the office. No reply 15 mins. Inquired where they are, no reply another 15 mins and so forth. After 45 mins I almost booked a taxi from the airport as it was now late, and driver walks up with a sign that had my name on it. Poor communication for this service. Drive was fine though.

The phone number listed on Viator did not work. They did message me on WhatsApp and after waiting for over 45 minutes they did eventually pick me up, even though my flight information was provided and allegedly tracked.

No one was there when I arrived at the airport. I couldn’t get reply from the operator neither although I sent an email. I made a phone call to the operator and the airport staff helped me to translate in Spanish. Furthermore, the driver misunderstood the hotel we stay.

Please don't use this agency. Bad communicators, never came to pick us up, nobody knows them in Cancun. Requesting a refund from Viator.
