Cancun Airport Private Transfer To/from Cancun Hotel Zone

You know the price was very decent but I guess you get what you paid for, the only thing these people have to do is show up on time and if that can't be done everything else is secondary. The transportation was subcontracted out while we waited for over 40 minutes we could see the standard larger providers just flow the people in and out very quickly, very frustrating to watch. And the vehicle was very questionable if we were going to make it or not. Next time I'm just sticking with the large providers I really wanted to help out the smaller outfit but didn't work out this time.

Our driver was late and failed to meet us as with a sign. We had to find another driver to contact him. Otherwise, our experience was good. Our driver was very cordial and friendly. He drove safely and professionally.

I booked a round trip from CUN airport with BETO Go transfers to the hotel zone and they canceled it without notifying me. Good thing I checked and was able to book another company. Imagine arrivng to no pickup and no notification. Terrible.

I've used several transport services over the years and this one was the best. They were there waiting for me before I arrived at the airport and ready to go. Allowed me to choose my pick up time to return to the airport and both drivers were calling and texting me with updates. Very professional and never had to sit and wait on them. Will definitely use again!

Pick up was good but heading back to transfer back to the airport hasn’t been the best experience. I’ve attempted many times to coordinate my return to the airport and have been ghosted by the company. I paid for a round trip.

Purchased the roundtrip pick up from the airport was smooth but getting a pick up to go back after my trip terrible. We ended up having to take uber. When I spoke with the representative about the issue they were rude. Folks in the past these transportations were necessary but cancun has stepped forward and uber will be my only way to go moving forward when I visit.

I booked this transportation service for my family of 6 two days prior to landing in Cancun. I was very nervous that it wasn’t enough time for communication upon our arrival but BetaGo Travel replied very quickly through WhatsApp! They were super helpful from pickup to drop off! Would book with them again!

BUYER BEWARE!! We booked a round trip transfer from the airport in Cancun. The pickup from the airport went smoothly, the pickup from the hotel to the airport was a DISASTER! We booked a 3:45 am pickup which was confirmed. At 4:00 am the car had not arrived yet. I called several times, no answer, sent chat messages, finally at 4:05 they responded and said the driver had a flat tire, was waiting for a spare and would arrive within 10 minutes with the spare. I told them we did not have time to wait for the driver to change the tire. They asked if we still wanted service or should they cancel. Of course I said we needed service but to send a working car. They told me 10 minutes. Finally at 4:35 am the driver arrived. 50 minutes late! Once we got to the airport we were dropped off at the wrong terminal - domestic, not international had to wait for a shuttle to take us to the correct terminal. We ended up missing our flight. I’ve been communicating with the company, they want to argue whether or not It was one hour late or 60 minutes. Really!! They never reached out to us to let us know there was a problem. I was contacting them frantically. So now, instead of arriving home at 11:30 am, we will now arrive at home at 10 pm. With over 6 hours of layovers, change fees, an additional $50 for a taxi to get us back to a different terminal because the shuttle was on a shift change and a huge amount of frustration. There are a lot of options, go with a company that has better customer service. Quick problem solving, and who will take responsibility for the problems they caused and offer an agreeable resolution for the problems they caused. BOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!

Awesome experience getting from the Cancun Aiport to our hotel/resort in Playa del Carmen. Beto Go Travel sent very detailed instructions on what to do when you arrive at the airport and they were super accurate. Our driver messaged us once we got to the designated waiting area and he met us within 10 minutes of getting there. The drive to the resort was great! Our driver took his time and we conversed about the area. he drove safely and carefully. For the return trip, I think the communication could have been better....I just replied to the driver, but got a reply from the manager (I think). It wasn't a big deal, as it worked out in the end. Our driver (a different fellow) back to the airport arrived early, so we had lots of time to get to the airport. His driving left something to be desired. His driving was a little aggressive, he hit the brakes a lot, and he looked like he was falling asleep at the wheel. We made it safely to the airport. We would definitely use this company again!!!

Purchased a return ride back to the airport from our Mexican resort in Quintana Roo, and the purchase was SO well worth it! They got me, my husband and our two kids back to the airport in a safe and timely manner, and the vehicle was spotless! Would highly recommend to those looking for transportation needs.
