- CONTACT INFORMATION ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT CANCUN AIRPORT When you arrive at Cancun International Airport, please follow these directions to find the driver who will transport you to your destination: Please show this confirmation voucher to the company representative and the driver on arrival on your phone. The confirmation slip will have all the necessary information. • Once you land at Cancun Airport, you will first need to go through immigration and customs. We will be monitoring your flight and arrival terminal until you leave... After going through immigration, picking up your luggage and clearing customs, you will see timeshare vendors and transportation along the aisle. They will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers. PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and continue walking). Look for our team after leaving through the sliding front door; we will be waiting for you in the area where all other transportation companies are located. • The company representative will receive you holding a tablet with your name written on it and you will be dressed in a long green shirt. Go directly to the exit doors. If a representative of other agencies or hotels tries to stop you—there are a lot of scammers—please don’t stop and help us by going directly to our representative (we’ll be there waiting for you, so don’t believe people who say our team left or will reimburse you). Our airport representatives wear uniforms with apple green shirts and black pants. All our representatives and drivers also have an authorized airport identification. If it takes more than an hour to leave the terminal after your landing due to your airline, lost luggage or other reason, and if you do not see our driver when you leave the airport, please contact us.

In case of flight changes, delays or any problems, please inform us by replying to the confirmation email (preferred option), as we need everything in writing.
IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT THE EQUIPMENT IN ANY WAY WITHIN 2 HOURS OF LANDING THE FLIGHT, WE WILL ASSUME THAT YOU DID NOT SHOW UP (NO SHOW) AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY.

If you have a connecting flight and will not be able to board the scheduled flight to Cancun, you must inform us to rearrange the arrival time of the new flight. (If you let us know in advance, it shouldn't be a problem.)
If someone from your group arrives on a different flight, it is very important to inform us to schedule the correct airport pickup time. If you do not notify us in advance, an additional fee may be charged for extra waiting time.
If you do not contact the team in any way within 2 hours of the flight landing, we will mark the service as NO SHOW, and additional charges may apply.

It was a very easy and great ride from the airport to the hotel. Our driver Darwin was very kind and provided us with WiFi, cold towels, and some cerveza to start our trip off. The vehicle was very spacious and could have ridden in it all day!

My wife and I booked the black luxury service from the airport to our hotel. We had a great experience. We had clear communication from the transportation company upon arrival and they were easy to locate once we exited the airport. Mr. Erick was very hospitable and friendly, making my wife and I feel welcome and comfortable. Would book again!

Here for our honeymoon and we picked STP caribe!! The whole pick up process from the airport was so easy, and Jesse and our driver Osbaldo were so nice and accommodating!!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a safe and comfortable ride from the Cancun airport to your hotel!

Mr. Moises Basilio was an excellent driver and had cold drinks ready upon my arrival. The cleaning towels with hand lotion was nice after a long flight. The how to find them video, was extremely helpful in navigating through the airport and other companies wanting to offer rides and knowing where to go.

Our driver Marco Dominguez was fantastic. He was on time, the vehicle was very clean and we were greeted with cold towels and cold beverages. Marco was very extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this service. We have done private transportation to and from the airport to our hotel and this was the best thus far.

We had a great experience with STP. Booking the transportation in advance was very easy and once we arrived they were easy to find at the Cancún airport with a sign with our name and brought us directly to our booked van. Mr Erick greeted us with hand towels and cold beer beverages. The vehicle was extremely clean and Erick was a very friendly and professional driver. This is our second time booking this service from Cancun Airport to Tulum and we couldn’t recommend it enough. Will definitely be using again !
