We’ve been to Cancun so many times before in the past and I’ve always done shared transfers. Never again. This was amazing from beginning to end. Worth the additional money. Mario was unbelievable.
People are friendly however I asked prior to going to stop and pick up a few things from a convenience store ahead of time and they told me they would and then did not.

It was a wonderful experience. Erik was friendly and allowed us to listen to our music. It was great. I have used viator multiple times. I left my laptop in the car and was able to get it back with ease.
Had our name on an ipad as soon as we exited the terminal. Which made it easy for us since it is so crazy when you exit. We were down on PDC very quickly. Had water and corona for us in the van for the ride down. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing ground transportation.

This is the way to go if you want to avoid the confusion at the airport. We met the guide outside the entrance of our arrival terminal and he took us to the spot to meet the van. Van arrived quickly and delivered us to the hotel in the zone quickly.
STP Caribe was a wonderful alternative to our hotel's transfer service. The driver was very professional and punctual. Upon getting situated in our van, we were offered bottled water and lavender scented cold towels which were amazing in the Cancun heat. Our greeter was super easy to find among the chaos of the airport transfers.

Marco Dominguez was an excellent driver and host. After loading our luggage he offered a tray with scented hand sanitizer and rolled cool cloths for our hands and face. Cool beverages were stocked and he gave access to WiFi before pulling off without us having to request it. The truck was clean and smelled fresh. The seats were so comfortable I slept most of my 1 hour ride and constantly made sure we were okay during the ride. 10/10 will recommend and use again.

We waited apprx 30+ minutes for our vehicle to arrive. With an 80 yr old mother, this was an extreme inconvenience.

This was the best car service we’ve had in a long time. They coordinated extremely well given our our delay, and the service guide and driver Jacinto were excellent. The black SUV we rode in had a custom interior with champagne, glasses, and mini coronas, that kick started our anniversary trip with a smile. It was definitely worth the money, and I would highly recommend using them if you need to go to any resorts in the Cancun and Playa Del Carmen area.
With a preference for private transfers; the Supplier’s service and vehicle were more than I expected. From being greeted at the airport to being driven to Resort; felt safe and relaxed.
Our private transfer from Cancun Airport to Puerto Morelos was excellent. The driver met us at the door and was kind and welcoming, and the vehicle was spotless. Having cold beers waiting for us was a thoughtful touch. Felt like we were riding in style. Actually, we were! We were able to connect to the Wi-Fi, and our ride was smooth, comfortable, and relaxing. I highly recommend booking!

We used STP for our transport to and from the Viceroy Rivera Maya. The experience was top tier and was a great way to kick off a luxury vacation. The STP provided clear directions and were easy to final upon arrival. We were greeted with cold towels and beverages which was such a nice touch. The service was great! The coordinator was waiting for us exactly as described and our van quickly came around. Mr. Jacinto was our driver and he was incredibly kind. It really is a luxury experience where all of the details are attended to. From hand sanitizer, lotion, and refreshing cool towels to beers and waters waiting, everything was perfect! Mr. Jacinto pointed out the areas we were driving through and gave us updates on how close we were to the hotel. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again in the future!

We had a very positive experience with this company, and used them twice (both for airport pickup when we arrived, and drop off at the end of our vacation). The drivers were punctual and friendly. The vans were clean and well maintained.
We had multiple flight changes, all beyond our control, which were for the most part communicated. With a group of four we gave them the latest scheduled arriving flight (all in the same terminal). While traveling one passenger was delayed about 10-15 minutes later. They charged me $63 for wait time, mind you the initial transfer only cost $75. Then we had to wait for the arrival of the car, that was “waiting”. When we got in the car there was a half eaten donut in the trash. I will say my driver was very nice, and the van itself was not bad. We made it to our destination safely. However I would not use this service again.
Darwin and Samuel were great! Samuel met us at check-in and escorted us to the van. He was in constant contact from the time we left until he met us at the terminal. Great service! Darwin was a great driver and made sure we were all comfortable and relaxed. 10/10!
Perfect experience! I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for transport while in Cancun. We had people on 2 different flights, the second one was delayed - they waited for the second flight with no issue. Cold towels and cold drinks waiting for us. I was also able to book them later during our trip to take us to a different excursion. Great communication and great service
