Beachside Tacos & Town Tour With Tequila Tasting From Cancun

This was a terrific activity. Karina was a fantastic guide. She was extremely knowledgeable, spoke very good English, and was a fun and happy person to spend the day with. Tequila tasting with Francis was like a mini course on tequila, very impressive. I would recommend this company and this activity. We had a great time.

Maui was an excellent tour guide person and Francis was so educational. They were both so fun and made the experience very unforgettable. You will have a time to buy souvenirs for a bit and take pictures.

We enjoyed this trip! Our guide Emilio was wonderful, we went to 3 different taco places and got ice cream. There was also a tequila tasting with Francis that we really enjoyed. The trip was about 4hrs long and we were a group of 5 which made things enjoyable🍻 🌮

The tour was awesome! Maui was great and funny!! Carried waters for us the whole time and had a great attitude. He was also very knowledgeable of the history of Mexico and the area. Francis was also great when we did the tequila tasting! Super knowledgeable and hella funny! The tequila was great too! Got a bottle to take home :)

This was a very fun, yet educational experience learning about the history of Tequila. Specifically, the Agave Plant and just much tequila consumed throughout the US isn’t actually Tequila - just clever marketing and branding from popular companies. Both Maui and Francis made this a memorable experience for me and my friends. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone that has a love of tequila and tacos.

Great guides, with a few things to fix: Karina was wonderful. She was friendly, and her English was perfecto. I enjoyed learning about the different sites and the local history. Francis was my favorite part of the tour. His humorous explanation of tequilas was both entertaining and informative. I think the tour could be improved in a few ways: • Hotel pickup was chaotic. We were handed snorkeling tags and didn't realize we weren't in the taco tour line. Clearer signage or separate pickup points would help. • The shopping stop felt pushy. I didn't enjoy being pressured by vendors. An alternative for guests who'd rather skip shopping, like extra time at a historic site or a seat with a drink, would make it more welcoming. Karina and Francis made the experience memorable, and with a smoother pickup and a no-pressure option at the shopping stop, this could be an excellent tour.

The tacos at 1st and 2nd stop were delicious we were so full we skipped 3rd taco stop! Enjoyed tasting different flavors of tequila. The downside was the 2nd stop Taco’s.com was not expecting us and we waited 45 minutes for our food. Maui was a great guide though. I think he is related to everyone in Puerto Morales.

Emiliano "Junior" was a fantastic guide! He was very friendly, funny, and gave honest information. We had a great time! The cost was very fair for going to 3 taco locations and a tequila tasting. Francis gave a wonderful lesson about tequila, was engaging, and funny! The length of time was perfect! We even got to get to know the other people in the tour, which was so much fun!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience on the Taco and Tequila Tasting Tour in Puerto Morelos, thanks to our wonderful tour guide, Carlos! We were lucky enough to enjoy what was supposed to be a shared tour as a private experience, which made it even more special. From the moment we arrived to the tequila tasting and visits to three different restaurants for our taco tastings, the entire experience was amazing! Carlos was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the tour. We especially enjoyed learning about the history of Puerto Morelos, including how the fishing village was originally known by a name that translates to “cork town” in English. It was fascinating to learn more about the local culture and history while enjoying delicious food and tequila. Carlos also went above and beyond by kindly holding my bag so he could take photos of us, helping us capture some wonderful memories of our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a more enjoyable way to explore Puerto Morelos. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area who wants to experience authentic local flavours, learn about the town’s history, and have a fantastic time along the way! 🌮🥃

My husband and I went on this Raco Tour Trip when we came down to Cancun for our vacation, and we had an absolutely amazing time. JR was a fantastic tour guide. He interacted with us the whole time and made us feel very welcome. Francis, our Tequila expert, was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend either of these guides to anyone. The experience was everything we could imagine.

Emiliano is a great guide and took us to 3 great taco spots and some shops. He was very friendly and knew a lot about the area. Francis was very entertaining and taught us more about tequila than I'd ever dream of.

Tour guide: Landy Tequila host: Francis My wife and I had a great experience. The van picked us up on time and got us to our location safely. Our tour guide Landy, was great. She was very friendly and informative. She made our tour a memorable experience. Her knowledge of Mayan culture/history and Puerto Morelos was impressive. We were well educated throughout the tour! If we do any tours in the future, we would certainly request to have Landy as our guide again. We enjoyed the authenticity of the food at our first taco tour location, Lola Y Moya. Francis was our tequila tasting host. Like Landy, he was also very informative and brought a lot of great energy. Being tequila drinkers, we learned so much about the origins, the process to make it, and how to spot authenticity. We highly recommend the taco and tequila tasting tour with this great company!

Carlos was our tour guide. He was excellent. Communication was clear. He had us well engaged. However, our booking stated we'd stop for ice-cream and a mall tour... we got neither. Which was differently disappointing. We saw a ad that said $20 per person, but at the end of the booking we paid $60 per person. So be aware. It was an experience but I won't jump at doing it again. Had 6 shots of tequila not included the drinks we paid for separately and still didn't even leave with a buzz. Made me wonder what exactly wore we given as alcohol. Again I highly recommend asking for Carlos for your guide, although he was kinda pushy about a tip, he did an overall good job. I think he deserved it, so I didn't mind.

We had a great time walking around puerto morelos with our guides rodo and landie who explained all the differences in the tacos we were having and were very interested in sharing stories and answering any questions we had, we also enjoyed tasting tequila with francis who explained the process of making tequila and all the different types you can have

We had a great time with our guide Carlos (a.k.a. Charlie Brown 😂)! He was very knowledgeable and upbeat. My husband and I loved every taco spot, especially the first one! The tequila presentation was informative and we loved learning about the cultural significance of tequila making. I would definitely recommend.

This was such a great experience absolutely worth the money and more. Food was delicious, tequila was smooth, and we learned a lot about Mayan culture and got to go to some cool shops!

We had a great time with Karina our guide, Francis was our tequila guy. Both of them are great at their jobs. We visited 3 tacos spots all different kinds personally the first spot was my favourite, hubby enjoyed the second spot. We had a little bit of rain but nothing crazy. 10/10 recommend
