Every single activity was better than I even expected. The communication with the guys was great since the moment I booked. Had the luck that the night before of the activities rained and that made the whole experience much better. The food was authentic and realized that I hadn't eaten real mexican food before. Totally worthy and I will be coming back with my family, for sure. Thanks to all the staff!

We had a really good experience from beginning to end. The agency kept us updated throughout the whole process and gave us the transportation details in advance, including the driver’s name, vehicle information, and pickup time. Everything was on time and there were no issues. Our guide treated us really well and was always attentive to us. The ATV adventure was great, the ziplines were awesome, and the cenote… wow, it was absolutely beautiful. Overall, it was a fun and well-organized experience. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a great adventure along Cancún
The experience itself was cool but when I got home my card was scammed. Everything I paid for while on the property where we did the excursions at was then charged double. Like the 35.00 a person fee was 70.01 for 2 people is now showing at 140. And same thing for pictures and even another charge I didn't do. The food charges too. That explains why they try to make you do a review before for you leave. I found that suspicious and didn't do it at the time and I'm so glad. PLEASE BRING CASH FOR THIS EXCURSIONS AND DONT DO THE REVIEW ON GROUNDS. WAIT A few days and see if charges are reversed and then updated. Please be aware!!!!
Great experience with Friends and one of the best places to vacations at Riviera maya
The ATV, zipline, and cenote excursion was just okay. During the zipline, the guide accused me of recording, yelled at me to remove my harness, and also made my husband remove his, causing us to miss the entire ziplining experience. Expect constant upselling—from overpriced alcohol to additional food after a very small taco lunch. Tipping also felt heavily pressured despite us not receiving the full experience. The “owner” repeatedly made a point of announcing that he was the owner, which was unnecessary. This was my only remaining option, but I wish I had booked another company earlier.
Had fun... but there were some issues. First the pickup and coordination were less than perfect.... we read that someone would be in contact within 24 hours before the tour. We did not get any contact until a couple hours before the tour..... and they changed the pickup site from the one we had previously selected. The bus ride to the tour area was extremely rough... almost violent and uncomfortable. The extra "park fees" paid felt questionnable.
I was really looking forward to this excursion because it included ATV riding, swimming in a cenote, and zip lining, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. First, the safety instructions for the ATVs were not clear or thorough. Because of the lack of proper guidance, I ended up with a second-degree burn during the ride. Safety should be the top priority, and I don’t feel that it was. Another issue was that no one informed us the excursion involved nearly a two-hour drive each way from the resort. Knowing we would spend around four hours traveling would have helped us decide if this tour was worth booking. The ATV ride itself was also disappointing because there were people with all different experience levels in the same group. Since beginners and experienced riders were together, we had to ride very slowly the entire time and couldn’t really enjoy the experience. Finally, when the excursion ended, the staff repeatedly pressured everyone for tips. We gave what we could afford, but we were told it wasn’t enough, which made us feel uncomfortable and took away from the experience. Overall, I would not recommend this excursion due to the lack of safety information, poor communication, excessive travel time, and the uncomfortable pressure for tips.
We had a really good time on this tour! The ATV ride was fun, the zipline was a nice bonus, and the cenote was the perfect way to cool off afterward. The staff was friendly and kept everything well organized. Nothing felt rushed, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for a fun day outdoors. If you’re in Cancun and want to do something a little different, I’d definitely recommend this tour. I’d do it again!
I was disappointed, it wasn't what I expected. I've been to several different cenotes, and this one didn't compare. It wasn't even deep, and it was very small. The ATV ride was the best part of the experience. We also paid for the horseback ride, but it lasted only less than 10 minutes. On top of that, we were charged $35 per person option arrival. They didn't allow us to use our phones to take pictures, which made it feel like they were forcing us to buy the photos they took. Overall, we felt it was a waste of money and time, and I wouldn't recommend it.
It is a tourist trap..First off, the driver went to the wrong place to pick us up. We almost lost the day trip as we had to walk extra miles to get to the actual pick up point. When you get to the place they start charging you for a forest nonsense Mayan Jungles conservation fee of $35 per person (it is almost as much as the day trip), which is an extra they put in their pocket, as there is no such tax. I would be happy to contribute to the conservation as a voluntary donation, but not happy to having to pay it disguised as such. Then they immediately take you in their shop to try to sell you everything you do not need at tourist overpriced prices. They barely give you a tasting of 2 small tacos which they dare to call lunch and not to mention the tequila tasting, which is a joke. I do not drink but frankly it is offensive. The cenote is nice. At the end of this harassment ring of trying to push extra charges on you, they even expect a tip? The experience is very demeaning, I would not recommend it.
An incredible experience from beginning to end. The ATV was super fun; the ride was exciting but also safe at the same time. The cenote is beautiful, perfect for cooling off and enjoying nature. The zipline was one of the best parts, full of adrenaline and with a lot of spectacular views. The staff was very kind and attentive at all times. Without a doubt, a very complete tour and highly recommended for anyone looking for adventure and doing something different. but i do recommend bringing mosquito repellent
Overall 9.5/10 and its .5 less for very small reason but first lets start with pick up.They are very much on time and communicate well the day before to let you know your pick up time.If they are delayed be mindful it might not be them but the other guest who hold others up.Thankfully on mines last group was the only we waited on a bit everyone else was on time. The car ride is kinda long there but you can have a nap or read a book. Once you arrive remember you still have taxes to pay and they will upsell you on a few more options. I didn't do the horseback riding since I'm PR and can ride them bak home but I did chose to upgrade to ride the ATV to the cenote. This was extra fun. ATV was thrilling. Please have clothes shoes and sunglasses. If you have a face guard even better. Bring sunblock and sunscreen. If you don't they do sell these items but best to bring them. I had 360 cam and they don't allow you to bring it unless you have body or head hardware.I was kind of upset but safety first. They do take pic of you doing all ziplines and atv. Zipline was cool. I enjoyed it very much. It was safe and not too high also. Cenote was literally amazing and they had to the availability to jump. That was amazing. 7ft jump. INSANE but I did it with my 360 cam. No issues there. Tequila tasking was so good but I'm not big drinking so I didn't buy but the taste was tempting. Must try. Mar was tour lady. She spoke very well and took care of us. She is a sweetheart. Food was good too. Limited option that is included but you can buy more and different options. Overall as a picky eater. I still ate the pork ones. Yummy. I would def. come back here. I would say as a solo travel I wish I had my friends but I meet some cool people there so no complaints. I need up buying the pictures but I was just a little disappointed I couldn't take my own but it's ok. Pic and video looked great. Memories to last a life time.
The jungle was beautiful I especially loved the wine tasting and ATVs our guide Flacco/SkinnyBoi was amazing really down to earth made the experience a 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be a returning customer
This was a great day of fun! I would book again in a heartbeat! All staff was attentive and welcoming! A definite must experience!
It was incredible. What I got for what I paid was definitely worth it. This is the second time I’ve taken the tour and it was just as good as, or even better than, the first time. The food was good, but the cenote is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend it.
As advertised. Several interesting activities - atv, Zipline, cenotes, tequila tasting, horses, very light lunch.
My family and I recently booked the wild adventure package, believing we had paid for a fun day of ziplining and ATVs. What we received was a masterclass in aggressive upselling, logistical lies, and hidden fees designed to trap you and drain your wallet. Avoid this at all costs. The Main Scam: Hidden Fees & Logistics Lies The issues started the day before with the logistics. We were initially promised a 12:30 PM pickup for a 1:00 PM start, but the group leader abruptly changed it to 11:30 AM, citing the need to pick up four other groups for a nearly two-hour shuttle ride to the site. We were rushed ("be a minute late and we leave you!") only for the shuttle to arrive late anyway. Once we finally reached the "somewhat jungle" site, the true scam began: * Jungle Tax: We were immediately forced to pay a "Jungle Tax"—a fee never mentioned on any booking website—just to start the activity. * Mandatory Insurance: Next, $7 USD per person for ATV insurance! Refuse, and you are liable for any scratch. * Locker Trap: They told us to bring gear (bug repellent, face coverings) but then banned all bags/phones for "liability." To safely store the items they told us to bring, we were forced to rent small, untrustworthy lockers at $6 USD each. Since they are tiny cubbies, a family needs multiple, quickly multiplying the cost. Every single one of these costs is PER PERSON, rapidly inflating the already high base price. Experience & Atmosphere: No Photos, No Fun, Just Selling The experience felt like a strategic funnel designed to force purchases. They ban your own phones/cameras citing "liability," but the real reason is to force you into their final photo and video scam. * The Store Funnel: They "pretend to call you friend" while pushing you through a store, strategically showing you how "wild" the ride is to intimidate you into buying overpriced safety gear: $13 bandanas, $27 USD glasses (all in USD, not pesos). * ATV & Zipline Disappointment: The ATV ride was less than 15 minutes of slow-moving, stop-and-go through a muddy, carved-out patch—not an exciting jungle adventure. The ziplining was equally anticlimactic: four very short distances over what looked like a military training ground, not a scenic view. * Fake Tequila Tasting & Trapped Dining: The forced tequila "tasting" was a thinly rehearsed sales pitch. We sat out at the restaurant, forced to wait for the group while declining the ridiculously overpriced food ($30 USD for three tiny tacos; $8 USD for coconut water). Crowd Size & Waiting: Awkward and Annoying The shuttle ride with strangers for two hours was awkward. The group size was around 12-13 people total. While not overwhelmingly crowded with tourists, the pacing was excruciating. Having to wait for each and every one of the 12-13 people to complete the short ATV, zipline, and helmet checks was incredibly annoying and ate up huge chunks of the day. It was awkward having to spend an entire day and try to create family memories with random strangers we had nothing in common with. Length of Visit: Trapped and Delayed We were initially told we would be finished by 4:00 PM and back at the hotel by 5:00 PM at the latest. That was completely untrue. After being piled onto an open-air truck and shimmied to a separate cenote location (which was only enjoyable for those comfortable with water activities), we didn't leave the site until 5:30 PM. As it was my birthday, this delay and the lack of cell reception (a clever way to trap you) ruined my private dinner reservation. The Final Rip-Off: Photo/Video Scam The final insult came when they tried to scalp us for photos. They quoted different prices, showed us hundreds of photos on a tablet, and charged us $150 USD. They relied on "Bluetooth transfer" since there was no reception. When we finally got reception later, we discovered we had been conned—they showed us 200 pictures but only transferred 15. After a day of being soaked by rain (which I don't blame them for, but added to the misery), trapped by logistics, and scammed out of money, the staff still had the audacity to ask for monetary tips. In summary: This entire operation is a dishonest, exhausting, and overpriced cash grab. Save your money and your sanity.
This excursion was exactly as explained: thrilling, fun, a blast and super memorable. They’ll pick you up from a location that you choose, then you get to do all 3 activities: ATV, zip line and swim in the cenote. You do have an option to do horseback riding for an additional $30 USD. If you’re a bigger person and have doubts that you won’t be able to do the zip line because the belt/harness won’t fit, think again. I’m a bigger Polynesian guy and that’s the thought I had for someone that’s not the average size American. The tour guides made sure I wasn’t going to miss this opportunity so they had a big harness that fit me and encouraged me to get in it. Not once did they make me feel insecure of being bigger. Instead they made me feel secured and that I did not have to worry about anything. FYI: to be better prepared for the excursion, I would suggest you take your own glasses, face cover and swim shoes. They have these things that you can purchase but if you’re on a budget friendly trip, take your own. ATVs will be muddy so wear shoes that you won’t care to get dirty. Additional costs that were not in the initial payment of the excursion (not much but still additional): $30 USD conservation fee for the park, $7 USD for the locker, different pricing for their photo packages that they offer and then the $30 USD (optional) for horseback riding. All worth it though. I will plan to go back and do this same excursion at least 3 more times. Be nice to the tour guides as they’re super friendly themselves. I would suggest this excursion to anyone and everyone. Thank you 🙏🏽
Absolutely amazing experience! From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The agency that contacted me was super friendly and professional — they picked us up right from our hotel. I waited just a few minutes outside the lobby and off we went for an unforgettable adventure! The cenote was breathtaking — crystal clear and magical. The ziplines were so much fun, and riding the ATVs was such a thrill! The guides were incredibly kind, helpful, and made the whole day even more enjoyable. I had the best time ever with my boyfriend — we laughed, explored, and made memories that will last forever. I would 100% do it all over again. Highly, highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for fun and adventure!
The experience was good, but could have been better. The activities were really fun, felt very safe, and the price was very reasonable. But it could have been better organized. We had an afternoon tour that started around 1pm and we didn’t get back to our resort until 7pm. Most of the time we were waiting in between activities which made it drag out very long.
Unpleasant experience. We thought we found a deal only to be hit with additional fees upon arrival..
Ibo Johnson was the MAN! Great guide with lots of laughs! The ATV was incredibly fun! The ziplines were high enough to make your legs shake. At least mine! 🤣 We ended the tour with a beautiful swim in a Cenote followed by chicken tacos! The grounds are very well taken care of with pretty landscaping. They attended all of our groups needs. And the photos..... buy the photos at the end! Such great quality!!! The "paparazzi" captured many great memories!
Went again on same tour as last year & we enjoyed ourselves. Better transportation and a few new structures, so business must be good. ATV ride is fun and long course, horses are healthy and easy to ride, and zip lining is secure and not difficult. Be ready for them to sell you stuff, but not aggressively - & barter for best price. Cenote is a big jump & it’s neat in underground water which is cool/refreshing. Says 4-5 hours, but expect at least 6hrs.
Overall had a good time. Lockers were available for 6 dollars which I thought was fair. They offer (really try to scare/sell) insurance for the 4 wheelers for 7 per driver. Be prepared for the 30 per person "tax" on top of the fee you pay viator/tripadvisor...i missed that. Once I wasn't worried about popping a tire, I really enjoyed the zip lines and cenote. The cenote made it worth it. It was a neat experience. Transportation included and was prompt and timely. Offered photo package at the end that really included alot of photos and videos and were willing to discuss price, especially if you bring cash.
We had a blast and enjoyed the zip line, ATV and the cenote. It was a highlight of our trip and lots of fun especially for our teenagers. We also had great communication with the driver who picked us up and with everyone at the park. A note: all the extras and the food / drinks are very expensive once you get there. Bring your own bandanas, bug spray, sunscreen, sun glasses, water shoes / sandals, etc.
Keep in mind that they are not upfront about weight issues that prevent a heavier person participate in some of the activities. It's nowhere on the website when you purchase the tickets but they sneak a waiver for you to sign and don't explain it. I was very disappointed and the "supervisor" only said oh well you signed the waiver not 1 care given no customer service!
We had such a great time on this tour! Everything was super smooth from the beginning — they picked us up right at our hotel and took care of everything. The activities were a blast: we started with ziplining through the jungle (so much fun!), then jumped on ATVs and rode through dirt trails — super thrilling! After that, we cooled off in a beautiful cenote. The water was crystal clear and just what we needed after the action. They also gave us a tequila tasting — we got to try different types and learn a bit about how it's made. And for lunch, they served us some really tasty chicken fajita tacos. We had water available throughout, lockers for our stuff, and even a photo session so we didn’t have to worry about taking our own pics. Huge shoutout to Odyssey Riviera Cancún — they were awesome with communication, gave us great tips, and made sure everything went perfectly. The whole team was super friendly and helpful. If you're in the Riviera Maya and want to do something exciting in nature, this is a must. We loved it!
I had an amazing time on this tour! From start to finish, everything was well organized and full of excitement. Riding the ATVs through the jungle trails was thrilling — fast, fun, and muddy in the best way! The ziplining was equally exciting, with beautiful views and a real adrenaline rush. But the highlight for me was swimming in the cenotes. Crystal-clear water, peaceful surroundings, and the perfect way to cool off after the action-packed activities. Our guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt safe and had a great time. This tour has the perfect mix of adventure and natural beauty — I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and unforgettable experience in the area!
We did this tour last Saturday with some friends and really enjoyed it. Riding the ATVs through the jungle was a lot of fun just the right mix of bumpy and exciting. The ziplines were a cool experience, and the cenote was super refreshing, especially after all the action. Everything was well organized, and the staff was helpful and made us feel comfortable the whole time. It was a great way to spend the day outside, doing something different. Definitely recommend it if you’re in the area and looking for a fun, active day.
Everything was great! Good communication when the driver was late to pick us up. The activities were fun. The tour guides were helpful. Overall, I recommend!
Wonderful experience, the park is beautiful and the chance to ride an ATV in that park is very nice, the crew is very gentile and bring the assistance when you need it, to finalize the cenote is amazing, very cristal clear
The Experience was great from beginning to end I booked the last minute iMessage got a response they picked up at the time that they were going to pick us up we went to the location everything was as expected we had a great time.
It was a wonderful tour, the attention that the staff gave us was good, riding the ATVs was very fun, they provide you with protective equipment.
Love it so much! The tacos were great also!!! Wonderful experience. You don’t need the glasses or scarves sold in the gift shop it’s not a long ATV ride…. Be prepared to pay $30 once you arrived!!! The customer service was 10/10
It was an experience i’ll never forget! From start to finish, the tour was filled with excitement, stunning views and a perfect blend of adventure
Super funny experience. The personnel's treatment was amazing, they all were so kind and helpful. Doing those activities in the heart of the actual jungle is priceless. The only issue is the prices of glasses and scarfs and all those things that could help you to have a better experience in the ATVs. Overall 10/10!
I loved the tour! It is an unforgettable experience! It is totally worth it, there are so many activities, the jet skis, the cenote, the zip lines!! It is incredibleeeee
An incredible ATV adventure An experience full of adrenaline, fun, and incredible landscapes. Riding the dirt paths on an ATV was quite an adventure: excitement, a little bit of mud 😄 and a great desire to keep riding, the staff team was very friendly, responsible, and respectful. Without a doubt, a different experience that I enjoyed very much and would do again. Highly recommended for those looking to break the routine and experience something exciting. 🏍️
Excellent service, very friendly and amazing experience
What a terrible experience!!! I don't recommend this to anyone. The staff are very arrogant and laugh in your face. We have done atv and ziplining. First we had to wait 2 hours before we started quat driving, then wait 2 hours until we started ziplining. They also forgot to take us to the cenote. What a thug!! It's really a tourist scam. Don't book this!!!! Also on arrival have to pay 30 euros more and if you paid by card pay 16% extra. Scammers it is
amazing experience, something perfect if you want to come as a family! Children and young people had fun at all times!
The ATV tour with cenote and zip line is an experience full of adrenaline and natural beauty. Start with an ATV tour of trails surrounded by jungle, where you can enjoy nature and the thrill of driving through varied terrain. The route takes you to a cenote, an underground paradise with crystal clear waters, ideal for swimming and cooling off. Afterwards, the adventure continues with a zip line, allowing you to fly over the jungle, offering breathtaking views as you descend at high speed. The guides are attentive and always on the lookout for safety, making the experience even more enjoyable.
It was a great experience from start to finish, everything is very well organized and the park is in the middle of the jungle!!! It exceeded our expectations.
It was an incredibly fun experience. My favorite part was definitely the quad bikes. The trip is really worth it, as it lasts almost all day, and considering the price, it is an excellent choice. In addition, the treatment you receive is exceptional. Definitely a 10/10
Excellent vacation excellent attention an amazing trip I had a lot of fun rehiring the services with you
