This was an excellent excursion- so much for the price. We LOVED the snorkeling. We have snorkeled a lot of places and this was one of the best. Rodo and Maui were very aware of those who were not experienced…in fact, they put some on a water ring and pulled them through. It was an amazing snorkeling experience. The cenote was a quick, fun time to cool off. We wish it would have been last. ATV were not our favorite. It was dry and hot and a really rough road- but some of our group loved it. We road double. The zip lining was so fun!! They were all very cautious and made sure everyone was safe. We had people who didn’t like heights and were very worried about this. They loved it!! The arranged transportation was nice too except the ride back. The driver had extremely loud, vulgar rap music playing. The drive was convenient but not relaxing or enjoyable Expect to pay LOTS of extra tips. Everyone will ask for tips.

The activities were excellent!! We loved snorkeling in the reef, zipline, ATV, & jumping in cenotes.
The bus was 20 minutes late. When we arrived, they instantly started trying to upsell our package and try to make us buy extra things on top of our already expensive excursion. Then, they would not let us take any sort of cell phone, camera, or anything to the excursions. This was so only they could take pictures and then try to sell them for a lot of money. This continued the whole day. The tour guides were somewhat nice, at best. After every single thing they asked for tips. After we snorkeled, one of the guides asked for tips and when someone offered a $5 bill, he told them that it wasn’t enough and glared at them and gave the bill back. Extremely rude and disrespectful. He said he only wanted $20 or $100. This is how every tour guide acted. The experiences were fun, but the in between made the excursion unbearable. Overall, we did about 2.5 hours of activities and 8 hours of being lectured and trying to get us to pay for more stuff. They also told us we would be back by 4 p.m. and we didn’t get back til 8:30 p.m. I would never recommend this company and tour.
This was an all day experience that was well worth the money!! Instructors are amazing and such a good time!!
The tour was informative, well paced and worth every moment! Extremely informative about the maya culture that we even got our Mayan names with the birth calendar done which was special for us!
This was a good tour; it had a little of everything. However, because it had a little of everything, it was a bit rushed. You were shuffled around constantly.
I five the company itself 5 stars!! Viator made me deduct a point due to prices for all my bookings. Cheaper to go to through the company directly. Our tour guide was Flash (David), he was awesome! Great vibe, made sure we had a good time. Snorkeling was great!! We only saw fish but Mike, Mario and Pepe were GREAT!! ATVs are muddy but I loved it! It was only about 15 mins of actual driving and we had to share an ATV. Ziplinging...not very high at all...its like Ziplining from tree houses but I liked it! Cenote was cool, we upgraded to a private Cenote; 27 ppl max, unlimited tacos, margaritas and tequila shots. Meh....not sure if would upgrade again. Tequila tasting was ok...great of you like tequila shots. Overall, we had a great time!!
Lunch was amazing ! Raafael was our tour guide and he was so kind & caring ! He made sure I got the full on snorkeling experience.
Great time! Best time to go is when it's pouring rain, trust me! A little pricey for 3.5hrs could of been a bit longer. They will not let you use your phone. They'll want to sell you a $75 photo package towards the end. Other then that the food/tacos were good, If Atvs stalls on you they will quickly swap it out for you.First time on Atv , so wife and I enjoyed it. Johnny was great! Loudest/most fun out of all guides, great vibes. 5stars is what I give this excursion.
really great trip. Snorkeling was great. Saw a lot of fish. At the Cenote, Lalo was a great guide and took care of us from being to end. All the guides were great and very friendly, Do be warned though, you are hit up for money the whole tour. Between tips to all your drivers, and then selling you photos at every location( they don't let you bring your camera to anything except the Cenote), Trying to sell you tequila and rash guards, and scarves for the ATV it gets a bit much.
The day was an odd itinerary. We got picked up 25 minutes late with people who didn’t join our snorkeling experience (but saw later throughout the day). I will say the snorkeling was the best part of our day. Mike and his boat crew were so knowledgeable and fun. We saw a lot of unique fish and they worked hard at making sure we were safe. It started going downhill at lunch. We had to give $10 deposit for a locker they wouldn’t give back till we were at lunch. The restaurant was a cute beach spot and the tacos fantastic but we had to wait 30+ minutes for them. So once we had to leave for the next activity we had to eat our tacos in 7 minutes plus being a little pushy for tips at the restaurant (for excursion, musician, and server). And we’re tipping people but just constantly felt pressured throughout the day. We went to the adventure park which they charged us $5 for a locker (but had no choice other than to get a locker). The zipline wasn’t very scenic, the atv stopped every 5 minutes to catch up to the rest of the crew and was just going in circles. The cenote was pretty but we were there for less than an hour. Plus there was tacos at the end that weren’t nearly as good as the lunch ones. Overall I recommend the snorkel experience and the rest you can skip.
Amazing services, and willy was the absolute best!!!! He made sure we were all ok and content, I would definitely go if you are considering it and we will definitely be back!:)
Our tour guide Mona Lisa was so wonderful! He was caring and shepherded us like his flock. Mario, the photographer got some excellent pictures and knew just how to get the best pictures
Although we had some issues to start because Viator made some mistakes when communicating with the company about the package we purchased . The company was able to contact Viator to ensure the situation was rectified and we truly had the best time . We were picked up from tulum , we did have to go to a meeting spot but it was only a few mins from our hotel so that wasn’t a problem. Alexis was our guide to start off and he was super fun , kind and made our experience worth it ! The ATVS were fun , you do have to drive in a single line but you are able to give space to one another so you can go at ur own pace . The cenote was beautiful although I wish we were able to spend more time there it was still enjoyable . They try to time everything so you can spend a good amount of time at each activity however it also depends on how fast ur group is moving , etc . The zip lining was exhilarating , and the guides ensure everything is on properly and you feel safe and secure . They also provided food and drinks as advertised however they also have other things for purchase. We were also honored to meet a true Mayan native who spoke the native tongue, she gave us a History lesson as well as made homemade corn tortillas filled with meat for use to try . Finally we went on our snorkeling excursion and our Guide Raphael was truly amazing . He was so knowledgeable about the coral reef as well as so passionate about the mission going into preserving the reefs . This experience overall was a 9.5/10 like I said we had issues to start however everything flowed seamlessly at the end ❤️ Overall 10/10 recommend
The ATV, zip line & cenote was super fun. Transport was prompt. Lunch was great. The snorkeling is apparently through a separate company that never showed up. The company called while we were at the ATV, zip line & cenote park and said they will pick us up tomorrow b/c the port was closed. Unfortunately, we had flights out the the next day. Just keep in mind, this “combo” excursion is actually through 2 separate companies.
Lalo was a great guide! He made sure everyone was safe and having fun. Loved everything about this experience
This booking exceeded expectations by far. Our guide, Monalisa, at the park was so awesome and took care of us. The entire experience is so well-run and everything was very punctual for a large group which is so hard to achieve. These folks work very hard so please RESPECT THEM and don’t bring your entitled tourist attitude with you. The ATV’s were so much, ziplines and the park is beautiful. TIP the workers. The snorkeling, guided by Alberto, was excellent! They really focus on preserving the reefs. Excellent!
This was a great time. Family loved it. The ATV burned my skin off when it went through the puddles and I told the company we were with, but they didn't seem to concerned. Otherwise everything was really fun.
The snorkeling was an amazing experience! Albert and David were great guides. It was amazing to know that we did not have to worry about transport to the different activities. We got to eat tacos twice!
This was a phenomenal experience. I had so much fun. I can't wait to come back and book work then again in the future.
Wow. What a wonderful experience. Started off snorkeling in Puerto Morelos then lunch and off to the jungle. Such beautiful preserved jungle full of natural green beauty. Our guide "Mona Lisa" helped fulfill our dreams with this adventure; zip lining through the trees, jumping in cenotes and ATV riding, blazing through muddy trails
Snorkeling was super fun. Our guides were engaging and really helpful. Shoutout to Miguel Angel, our snorkeling guide, he was great! The zip-line and ATV’s were fun. The ATV course felt a little short, we wish it was longer. The zip-line course was fun. We were sold on a “VIP” experience with a private cenote which included unlimited food and drinks. The food was not what was pictured on their promotional ad and wasn’t the best. The private cenote felt rushed and we were not there very long to really enjoy swimming, eating and the “unlimited” drinks. Our guides were awesome though, shoutout to Andrew! If we were to do it again, we would skip out on the “VIP” package. It felt rushed and for us not worth it.
Had a great time. Miguel was great when I was nervous with snorkeling and Jorge made it so I wasn't nervous zipping. He was very down to earth and an excellent tour guide
Eddie, Mike aka Mr. Tequila we called him because he’s so fun and knowledgeable and the whole crew were super helpful and so friendly while instructing us and guiding us in and out of the water! The bus came to our hotel on time and the driver came to the front desk to confirm our package/ pick up. We arrived on time and had a good amount of time to snorkel and the coral read was gorgeous! We only paid about $35 for the photos of myself and the coral reef and it was worth it.
John and Flacko where excellent during our ATV and zipline. They made the experience so much fun! Mike took us on the snorkeling trip and it was very informative. The staff in general is very kind and helpful. We booked the super extreme trip (snorkeling, atv & zipline) included was a late lunch and you’re able to upgrade to boogies and VIP w a semi private tequila tasting and cenote. VERY MUCH WORTH IT !
Once we got to the locations the tour guides were great. The problem was your reservation person. He made us go back and forth with the pick up. He didn't explain you needed a room number to pick us up at the lobby of the hotel. He was not very good at this. Very confusing. He was late. But he accused us of not being there at the pick up point. It was very disappointing.
I came to Cancun for my Bday. I have to say this Team made it the best BDAY ever! I had never been snorkeling before and the guide was so patient with me to get my breathing right. He had me stay with him the whole time and showed me Beautiful schools of fish. I even got to see a baby sting ray! The Coral Reef was beautiful to see up close & personal! Because I purchased the VIP pkg with every activity it did not disappoint! The Cenote was beautiful the water refreshing! The ATV through the Jungle BAD ASS! Zip lining is an adrenaline rush! And to top it off we received an education on REAL Tequila with a taste test! This tour made my trip!!! Oh I can’t forget the Tacos from the restaurant after snorkeling simple but very good! 10/10
We had so much fun!! Snorkeling was beautiful, ATV was exciting, ziplining was fast, Cenote was beautiful. Or only complaint was so much wait time. Otherwise, wonderful!!
We had so much fun! Snorkeling was beautiful, lunch was ok, ATVs are always fun, ziplining was exciting, and the Cenote was refreshing. The only downside was a lot of waiting, but otherwise a great excursion.
The transport is horrible. The vans have a/c but the drivers aren’t great. It’s a hectic ride. Everyone we talked to that day said the same. The driver convinced us to buy a $10 bug spray when we got into the car because he said it’s $20 when you get there and YOULL NEED IT. But we didn’t need it. So that was a waste. We snorkeled first. Andrea and the boys there were absolutely wonderful! The snorkeling was fun and the pictures were great! They only allow a GoPro in the water if it’s attached to your head or chest. Not allowed to bring any other camera. Even if it has a floaty on it. We HIGHLY suggest buying the VIP package when you get there. Upgrade for the pictures right away if they offer it. It’s $100usd for all your photos from the whole day. Otherwise you’ll pay $185 for 14 photos at the end. We got probably 45-50 photos total. WELL WORTH THE UPRGADE. Upgrade to the VIP private Cenote experience. It was $35 per person. They feed you as many tacos as you want and give you really good drinks while there. Otherwise you’ll definitely be hungry towards the end. It’s a long day! The Cenote they take you to if you DONT upgrade is small and has like 25 people there. It would have been crappy. However the vip one is wonderful and only had a max of 14 but our group only had like 8. I’ll upload pics of our Cenote and one of the regular one that they take everyone else to. Flash was the best person we encountered the whole day. Flash made the WHOLE experience. Would have voted this a 4 star but I upgraded it to a 5 because of him! He’s wonderful, fun and funny! He deserves a raise! The atvs were fun, but absolutely pieces of crap. Lol and I mean they’re horribly maintained and overheat, and barely run but if you get a good one, it’s a fun time. You go back and forth on the same trail probably 4-5 times. Zip lines were fun. We hadn’t done that before and had fun but they weren’t super high and “exhilarating” by any means. The pictures were cool though. They do a good job getting pictures. There’s a lot of time to wait for rides back, but there’s also hundreds of people there at once. So it’s to be expected. I’d recommend it for a fun day, but probably not a “must do”. If we did this again I’d probably skip the atv and ziplines and just do separate snorkeling and cenotes.
Highly recommend this for everyone!. Food was good!, guides were professional, fun, and helpful. They go out of the way to accommodate and overcome your fears. Even though the day is long, you don´t feel it because you are going from one thing to another. Tequila tasting was fun as well. Shout out to to O (Osvaldo) who is the greatest guide of all!
It started out a bit rocky, our driver was 20 minutes late with no communication, which caused us to have a slight panic as it states they will not wait for us. So I didn’t want to take the chance and leave. We had a wonderful time snorkeling and Mike & guides were amazing! On the way to our next destination the ac was out and it was a very hot day, an inconvenience, yes but not unbearable. Pablo our guide for the cenote, zip lining and ATV’s, was amazing. Such a wonderful experience the food was perfect and the show they had was the topping! Over all we are very glad we did this! We loved it a must see!
The entire tour was great! Definitely recommend purchasing the photo package after snorkeling if purchased the entire activity package. Tacos were amazing, highly recommend the chicken tacos at the end of your. Few things to remember…don’t apply any sunscreen or lotion prior to your activity as you will have to rinse it off, when starting snorkeling trip don’t wear any clothes to boat as you will get very wet when boarding. Swimsuit only! Keep towels dry by storing in locker prior to activities otherwise pointless to have as they will be soaking wet.
Best tour ever. Totally worth every penny! And our guide Jorge and Mike were amazing. The tequila tasting at the end was a nice surprise.
Overall, the experience was AMAZING!!!!! Shoutout to DANNI for being the best tour guide EVER!!! Her energy is very contagious and made me more excited throughout ziplining, ATV riding, and the cenote. I will never forget this experience and it is definitely a 10/10 recommend.
This experience was so amazing ! The guides were helpful and funny. Dani was very energetic and informative. We did the combo reef snorkel, ATV, zip lining, cenote, and tequila tasting. Somehow we ended up doing 2 tequila tastings and the tequila selection was superb. My favorite was the coffee flavor tequila. We upgraded to the private cenote which was worth it for an extra $70 (came with a second tequila tasting and taco buffet) We also bought the pictures for extra $90. The pictures came out beautifully 100% worth it. Overall the whole experience turned out to be about $500 for two people with the extra add ons but in my opinion it was an unforgettable day. Some things you should bring are pesos cash for the tour guides and drivers, bug spray for the jungle, and a towel for the cenote.
So unprofessional. Driver never showed and refused to refund me. Operator lied and said I was asleep and missed the shuttle just gave me a whole run around . My family and I waited 1 hour after pickup time and Couldn’t be accommodated. Will be filing a dispute with my bank .
Overall we enjoyed our day! It started off rocky with a bit of a crazy driver and motion sickness and after 1.5 hours we finally reached the snorkeling location and got dropped off there. The snorkeling was good! Nice reef and wildlife that we snorkeled for maybe an hour or so and the crew was fun and friendly. The tacos for lunch were average and not a large portion so I would recommend bringing some snacks with you for the day. We then got picked up and taken to the ~jungle~ for the latter portion of our day. The ATV ride was fun! I recommend bringing some sort of glasses/face covering because there was a ton of dust and I was constantly wiping it out of my eyes. Tequila tasting was great and delicious and we left with 2 bottles. Ziplining was fine and what you would expect. The cenote was gorgeous and we enjoyed about 45 minutes there swimming and jumping in. We got tacos again around late evening and they're also a small portion. Overall I would say that we had a good day but it's not an absolute must do since it does take up your entire day. Crew was fun and friendly and helpful.
The Adventure was great BUT BUT the operators like Elizabeth are the worst. Had a hard rescheduling because I got really sick. It's so expensive for them not to do any accomodation. I paid 30 US to reschedule. When it turned 7 or 8pm they stopped talking immediately like it's a machine and said speak to us tomorrow. After the tour they won't answer you. It's disgusting really. I think we lost our glasses and they wouldn't answer.
If you go on this adventure make sure you ask for George of the Jungle. He is the best guide in the whole park. We had a blast! Thanks again for the amazing time!
We had to wait a long time between activity ,also had two people get hurt riding on the ATVs .not with us ..
We did the full package including snorkeling. The activity states you start in the morning with snorkeling but this was not the case so we were very confused most of the day as no guidance was given otherwise that the tour would operate in a different order. After about 3 hours in a car we sat at the site for a while waiting on a guide to be assigned to our group. The tour guides themselves are super high energy and ease some of the anxiety from the tour groups extreme disorganization. We started with the cenote where we were given 25 minutes which basically equated to jumping into the cenote twice. Rushed onto zip lines then ATVs. The ATVs are super old and not maintained and a LOT of heat goes directly onto your legs from the engine. The ATV track is literally two loops on a rocky paved path. The zip line goes above their restaurant. Again about 25 minutes per activity. There is a photographer the entire time who offers the packages for $69 for those activities and when we didn’t buy them we got harrassed asking why we wouldn’t buy the photos. Snorkeling came after. There was little to no direction so we were pretty confused as to where to go and when. We drove back to Puerto Morelos got on the boat and we’re told we’d have 80 minutes to snorkel but we had to follow a guide the entire time in a single line and the group was way too big for it to be enjoyable. They also let people who didn’t know how to swim join the activity which made little sense when the activity says you need to be a strong swimmer. They also refused to let a go pro into the water when we had a strap to attach it even though they recommend to bring a waterproof camera. Again, a photographer was offering another $69 package of photos just from the snorkeling part. Felt very much as discouraging your own camera to get money for photos. The entire trip in total felt like the activities were super rushed. We were ushered back to the site where we sat in a van for an hour before being driven back to our hotel….at 8pm. You spend more time in a car than activities and the remaining time you are constantly haggled for tips and buying photos or add-ons that make it hard to enjoy.
Waited at the designated spot for an hour past the designated time. Called the customer service line and they claimed they had been there and left. Not one person approached and we asked every single driver that appeared if they were who we were looking for. Another excursion booked through Tripadvisor looked for us personally by name and it went swimmingly. Trying to the remedy the situation with customer service was so frustrating, couldn't make out what they were saying, claimed we were lying about being at the meeting spot, and refused a refund and offered a reschedule for a fee? AVOID.
Dissappointed. The pickup arrived 30 mins late without any info, we had to call the helpline to ensure we hadn’t missed the shurtle. The pickup van was packed and felt claustrophobic. When we arrived at the location, we were told snorkeling cannot be done due to bad weather and that that they only know if it can be done or not at 8 am every morning, which was not mentioned anywhere while booking the tour. They gave us the option to upgrade to the VIP experience or call Tripadvisor and see if they will give compensate the charges for snorkeling. With not much option left we had to opt for the VIP package that included unlimited Tacos and Margaritas at a private Cenote and Tequila tasting. The Cenote was the best part of the experience, we loved it. The food was good and the margarita and taquila tasting was also good but it all felt rushed, we were expecting that we’ll have at least 2-3 hrs to enjoy the food, drinks and the cenote but they wrapped up everything within 1-1.5 hrs. The transport to get to the cenote was dingy and probably need repairs, felt really packed and sweaty. The zipline experience was good, not up to the level we were expecting but the execution was impressive and the upside down experience compensated for the lack of adrenaline. The ATVs looked dingy and old and a few of them stopped working midway multiple times for some people in our group. The alignment for the one we had was completely out, my partner had to be very careful to manuever it but overall good experience for this activity, as we had fun riding it. Worst part of all, they don’t allow you to take your phones on the zipline or the ATV (looking at the level of these activities, it should be allowed) and have photographers to click your pictures for which you have to pay another $70 USD or so on top of the package fees which is already not worth the money spent. We payed for the photos as that was the only option we had, We got 70 photos only 2-3 were okay rest of it was really bad. The photographer was not trained. The only good part was our guide, Andres and his team did a really good job to make it a fun for us and kept the fun alive. Kudos to them!! The 1 star is only for them, otherwise it would have been 0, if I had the option.
Wasn’t sure what to expect going in but this experience exceeded all expectations. Firstly, they were so accommodating with the hotel pickup. We stayed at an Airbnb but they were able to pick us up from a hotel nearby. Our first location was snorkeling and we were at the reef and able to see so many incredible fish. Our tour guides were amazing and insightful. We did a tequila tasting which was unexpected and fun. The included lunch was also delicious and better than we expected. It was like something you could get at a restaurant or taqueria. The next location included the cenote, zip lining, and ATV driving. The cenote was beautiful and we got to jump in. Zip lining was also fun. The people were fast with changing us over to the next line. They have their system down. The ATV driving was a really cool experience and we wish we could’ve gone faster. We did another tequila tasting at this location. There was a restaurant not included in the package but the food and drinks were phenomenal. Our waiter topped off our margaritas. Based off the price, the activities, food, people, and transportation were well worth it. We highly recommend this experience. We were able to do so many things all in one day. Special thanks to Frida, Joel, and Mike from the first location and Matthias at the second location for being amazing tour guides. All of the people at Extreme Adventures were so friendly, funny, and welcoming.
We were picked up on time, but had other pick ups at other hotels. Arrived at location about 1.5 hrs after pickup. Snorkeling was canceled because of the weather., But we got tequila tasting and upgraded to Cenote VIP due to the cancelation!! Drove around the city to get to the jungle. Zip lining was first. We had a ball. 3 levels, difficulty-NONE. ATVs on Highly dangerous grounds-SO FUN!!! Be careful. You will pay for damages. Then a long drive thru the jungle- kinda scary and movie like.... quick walk thru the jungle to get to the Cenote area. VIP IS A MUST!! Unlimited tacos, tequila tasting- unlimited! And over 1.5 hrs at the center. We as a couple purchased 102 great pictures at the end for 69 dollars. SO worth it! You need bathing suit. And 2nd outfit is optional. Shout out to Andres, Andrea! Made us comfortable, and the experience funner that it already was. Will do again!!!! Recommended great 6-8 hour day!
Very fun!! Full of life Marlon was super fun and I had a great time. I was a little scared on ziplines but they were very patient !! Lunch was great Tequila tasting great!! 10/10. Yes I’d do it again with MARLON request him you won’t be disappointed ♥️
Let me start by saying the tour lasts the entire day (pickup at 8am, drop off around 630pm). That's neither good nor bad, just longer than the 7.5 hours listed. The weather didn't start out great for us but it still ended up an amazing day. By the time we got in the water for snorkeling with Mike and his crew, the conditions were decent and by the time we ended up on the beach for lunch the weather was perfect and the view was amazing. Next we moved into the zip lining. I have done it before in Puerto Rico and this course was as good , if not better. The Extreme crew moves everyone thru quickly so you don't get bored waiting for your turn. We then moved onto the ATV. Honestly, I would have been ok if this part wasn't included. Not.much good or bad to report about it. Now, the best part of the day. We upgraded our package to the VIP cenote trip. It was just 14 of us with Mary and her crew at a private cenote with a waterfall and was an absolute blast! It also included unlimited tacos and chips and guac and margaritas!! Now, the people we ended up with were a fun bunch so that helped (along with the tequila), but it was a party from start to finish as Mary and her crew did everything in their power to make sure we had an amazing time. If you are looking for a day of fun I cannot recommend this trip enough. And DEFINITELY upgrade to the private cenote. You won't regret it!
A 5 star for the thrill and fun! The photographers were Worth the cost Christopher and Mario!! The adventures were amazing and everyone in family enjoyed tremendously. Mike snorkel lead and Brian Atv and cenote, zip line were incredible. The only misstep is the lunch. Service was slow and not worth wait however the workers recognized it and tried to make it best for group. The tacos at dinner were great. All in all full day of fun with the super combo!!! Thank you group
Everything was super fun! we started out snorkeling with Freida and Kevin, did tequila tasting, ate some tacos. Then we went to the jungle for the rest of the activities and everything was a blast! George helped was our guide for the remaining 3 activities and was a great guide! I would recommend this to anyone trying to have fun.
