Amazing Romantic Dinner On A Spanish Galeon With Saxophone Music

This activity is a must do for couples. Beautiful scenery, exceptional staff, delicious food and laid back vibe. We enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend.

It was a very nice romantic ride out. They kept the drinks flowing, music was nice, saxophone not the best but wasn't bad. My wife loved the slow dance at the end when the captain told everyone to get up and dance. Well worth a trip with your significant other. Food was good, steak well seasoned, garlic butter for the lobster.

The drinks and food were very good. The ship was nice and interesting to be honest. I was pleased that they had some interesting tables that we were able to use so we could eat. Everyone on the ship was very nice. Also, I did not think the ship was over-crowded. Unfortunately there were two things I wasn't fond of - first, if you were not one of the first people to get on the ship the only place to sit was on the edge of the roof of the top deck of the ship. There was no back rest to lean against. The length of the trip was pretty long (a couple hours) and I got tired of sitting on the edge without a backrest. However, it got a little better when the food was served because I could then lean forward against the table. The second thing I didn't like was that they took pictures of us on the ship when we were getting on and during the trip. Of course, they printed some off and sold those pictures to all the passengers. I just really dislike stuff like this with the sales pressure. I understand we don't have to buy the pictures, but there is always that pressure which stinks. Overall it was an enjoyable evening.

Great food and fun atmosphere. It was a rainy day so time up on deck was a little limited but was still fun with a beautiful sunset. The staff did comment quite a lot about the fact my husband and I brought our teenage kiddos but hey I paid for the tickets! Also, I did think the food was quite good.

The experience was really cool, however we are foodies and the food was terrible. We were not asked how we wanted our steak cooked, it came well done. I eat medium rare. It was bland and lacking any flavor. Very disappointed. But the music was awesome and the host was pleasant.

The crew was a lot of fun, the food was delicious, and the service was amazing we would do it again.

Friendly crew and a very pleasant, well-organized sail. Even though it was rainy when we boarded, which forced a slight delay in our sailing, the crew made sure we made the most of the experience. The food was good, music pleasant, and the drinks well made. There also seemed to be plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Had a great time!

It was an easy transfer from hotel to boat. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. The music was nice especially the saxophonist. He was great. Vety romantic atmosphere and the steak dinner was excellent tender and seasoned well.

Excellent supper cruise. Food was magnificent. The crew were kind, courteous and attentive. We had an excellent group of guests on board, enjoyed the company of all that we talked with.

They were a no-show picking us up. First they told me I had the wrong time. I was in the hotel lobby at 3:55pm for a 4 pm ride. Then I was told I wasn’t supposed to be picked up till 4:25pm. After I called the second time, I was told the driver was there but couldn’t find us in the lobby. We were the only people in the Libby and I wax wearing bright orange. This company is not legitimate. When asked to reschedule, after paying $250, they wanted more money before they would give me a pick up time. ITS A SCAM!!!!!

We had a fabulous time on board the Columbus! Pick up and drop off well organized. Definitely romantic, dinner was delicious, music compliments the whole experience, and beverages were flowing! Highly recommend!

All right, hola frontierThis is a must do experience! The staff was fantastic, the food was delicious, the drinks were unlimited and the ambience was incredible. So you got a full course meal, all you can drink and beautiful view and a staff that went over and beyond to serve and please you! We were celebrating 34 years of marriage! I will definitely do it again when we come!

Pay for the pit up at your hotel, it might be hard to find if you drive yourself. It was a nice experience the meal in drinks were good.

Wonderful experience! Sergio and his crew made sure we had a fantastic evening! They were very attentive to all of our needs! We took our elderly parents who needed help getting on the Columbus and down the dock by wheelchair. It was windy and drizzling rain, but they made sure everything was perfect! They brought us blankets and helped us get seated and kept the night full of fun and excitement!

Phenomenal! Well worth the money. Sergio and his team made the entire experience not only inclusive but fun. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

Very romantic cruise. Very relaxing and the music was great. The food was good also. Service was very friendly and we would recommend this cruise for anyone.

The vegetarian option was very disappointing and it cost more for some reason. The boat ride was far too long having more than an hour and a half sitting on the boat with just the guy playing the saxophone here and there. After eating fell asleep because took so long to get back. No Hennessy was available. Seats very very uncomfortable, no cushions, just your bum on the wood bench.

The whole experience was very romantic. We were each handed drinks as soon as we boarded (Rum Punch or Pina Colada’s) and the drinks kept coming via our waiter after that with an open bar. The saxophonist was amazing with his beautiful love songs he played. The three course meal was good for the price. The host was charming and funny. He insisted we all get up on the dance floor while he had us all hold our partners tight and look into their eyes and slow dance to a romantic song. Then he told us to close our eyes and when we opened them on the top of the sail was a lite up white heart with the word LOVE in the middle.

It was absolutely romantic, and a we had a really nice conversation with the other couples, being on the water at night was just as wonderful as imagined!

We had a wonder time on this dinner cruise. The drinks and food was very tasteful. I believe the best part was the saxophonist creating a really romantic atmosphere.

Really enjoyed this moonlight dinner cruise. The staff made sure you did not run out of drinks, they were great. The lobster was cooked perfect. We were picked up on time. Great music!

I went on the dinner cruise on May 2. Prior to booking the site said that passage onto the boat was wheelchair accessible and the boat itself was wheelchair accessible. When we got to the boat, there were steps up, which I was unable to do so one of the crewmembers had to carry me onto the boat. I felt sorry for him, was not his fault, but it was very awkward, uncomfortable, and embarrassing. I was then sat on a wooden bench that was higher than table height, my friend sat in barstools 5 to 6 feet from me, so I was basically separated from others on the boat. Was unable to move around, unable to see the sunset, as I was on the wrong side of the boat, unable to access the bathroom . After sitting on the wooden bench for a few hours, my back was hurting so bad I could barely stand it by the time I was carried off the boat. It was a horrible experience. I had the lobster and did not even think it was very good, quite dry, but all of that was secondary to back pain, etc. I sent messages with my complaints, never did I get a reply back. I have noticed that it now list the boat has been “not wheelchair” accessible, so I am pleased that nobody will be taken advantage of the way I feel I was. As disappointing and frustrating as the cruise was, the lack of concern with my complaints was even more disappointing and frustrating. There are a lot of cruises out of Cancun. I would suggest that you choose one of The others! Cyndi Harris

The host was good. He was funny and engaging. Unfortunately that was it. Food was terrible! Steak was dry. Was never asked a temp for it, so I sent back and asked for medium. Still came back tough to chew. The lobster was small compared to others and over cooked. There was one table on deck and small tables below deck. Not sure why my group chose to eat down there, another disappointment, as it wreaked of oil/gas and was warm and not appeasing to the eye. Just wooden tables with uncomfortable seating. Same on deck. Seating was very uncomfortable. Very disappointing experience for the money spent. The two stars are for the host and the gentleman that played the saxophone, he sounded good.

Sergio was a great host, funny and engaging with the guests. The saxophone player was amazing. It was a great night on the ocean. Thank you to all the crew.

Lovely experience, Sergio and the crew was excellent. Only issue is at the end , a crew member was walking around with the tip box asking for tips. The box should be placed on the bar.

Great experience as you can see we got engaged on this boat with friends present. Not only an unforgettable experience but a memory that will last a lifetime.

It started off a lil shaky because of the transportation communication. But once we arrived to location, the staff and service was excellent! This was an amazing experience and so glad we did this. My fiance got this for my 45th birthday and neither one of us was disappointed.

This cruise was amazing all the way from the staff to the food the Saxaphone player - truly a romantics evening and lit of fun. The drinks were unlimited not set to just 2 drinks like most dinner cruises. The stark and lobster was delicious. Just wish instead of the basic vegetable had something more authentic like rice and beans or plaintains- something truly with Mexican flavors. I would def recommend booking this - you won't regret it.

This was such a vibe! My man & I definitely enjoyed ourselves during this romantic dinner cruise . The tour guide was funny & very attentive! The open bar was OPEN lol & the food was pretty good. All the songs sounded beautiful & definitely hits differently on the water at night .. I would definitely recommend :))

Everything was perfect. The crew served some tasty drinks while you got to enjoy the view with some music. When it came time to eat, you had the option to eat on deck or below deck. The dinner which was steak and lobster tail was cook to perfection. The meal was incredibly delicious. After desert we went back up on deck to more drinks and some fun dancing. The whole experience was so romantic. Great memories.

Everything was so perfect. The staff was serving great drinks and clearing away your old drinks so you could just enjoy yourself. The food was delicious. After dinner there was dancing on deck. We didn’t want the night to end.
