Adrenaline Adventure, Zip Line, Atv And Cenote Maya

Horrible experience! Upon arriving, they immediately extorted us for more money. The instructions on our itinerary clearly says there is an optional insurance for $15 for the ATV. They told us it was a mandatory $30 fee and we couldn't go if we didn't pay. I used a credit card and wrote "disputed" so we could do the tour we had already paid for online and traveled an hour to get to. They then told the couple next to us from the same hotel as us that it was an optional $15 fee. I asked why it was optional and cheaper for them and he said it was because we booked through Viator. They shouldn't even be allowed to market through Viator. This is a total scam, so beware!

Rafa, Karina,and Angel made our trip an absolute blast. Beautiful area and the zip line into the water was amazing. The food was the best we had so far. Thanks for an incredible experience.

Johny and everyone was awesome had a great time and the food was great too.

Alex and Abel were very nice and accommodating and made us feel very comfortable while we had a lot of fun on the zip line and atv

Could have got better care from the whole team of Kari, Carlos, Jvan, Juan, Alex, Migue, Abel and Rayer. From activities to food everything was brilliant

It was an adventure on the ATV and zip lining in the cenote. Juan and Alex were both friendly and helpful, making the experience a memorable event.

What a fun experience with our tour guides Juan and Alex! Alex led the charge for our ATV ad entire while Juan rode in the back making sure we were all safe. We had a small grouo making it more personable! Juan cheered us on from the zip line at the cenote while Alex offered motivation and took pics! Overall polite, professional and kind! Oh, and lunch was amazing!

We went on the ATV, cenote and Zipline excursion with JJ, Abel and Rafa. These guys were amazing; letting us have as much fun as possible while keeping us safe and secure the whole time.

This is a must do! The ride to get into the jungle is a little bumpy, but opens up to this beautiful camp with bathrooms and changing rooms. Our guide was incredible and every single staff person was so helpful. You get a helmet, shin guards and elbow guards for the ATVs which are very easy to operate. Ladies, as a 50+ woman, I recommend you get your own ATV — you won’t regret it! The cenote swim was refreshing after the ride with small waterfalls and platforms to jump off of or steps to walk in. Lunch was one of the best meals we had during our trip. Can’t recommend this enough. They take photos and videos to capture everything and are reasonably priced. You won’t want to miss out so go ahead and book this excursion!

JJ and Carlos were amazing. They took great care to ensure we had an amazing time. Being pretty proficient in all of the activities, they ramped up the pace some which was great!! Would highly recommend!

The adventure and the activities were fine. The staffing was amazing. The only drawback is that you can’t use cameras and must by the photos from them.

i'm not even that adventurous of a person and this park made me want to become a thrill seeker. the staff is just wonderful, making you feel safe and helping beginner zipliners and atv-ers every step of the way. the park also comes with clean bathrooms and wifi, making your journey here easy and convenient. highly recommend!!

Had so much fun on this trip, it was my first time zip lining but I felt safe and enjoyed going outside of my comfort zone. I’d highly recommend this tour!

The ATVs were the reason we booked this experience and we left raving about the Cenote! Truly breathtaking! The tacos/ burritos at The end in the middle of the jungle was an added bonus! Could not recommend this experience enough! 10 out of 10! Thank you from a couple on their honeymoon!

Water fall area was nice and pretty and all the workers are great and treat u with kindness and help u. My favorite part was jumping off the zip line into the water

I had a fantastic experience with this group led by Uriel. It was my first time doing zip-lining, ATV, and the Cenote is so beautiful. They had the most professional and fun atmosphere with a lot of attention to detail. I definitely recommend it and even with being delayed in traffic on our transfer from the Majestic resort, once we got here the experience melted my annoyance and I'm very happy I came here.

It was nicely planned! The place is beautiful. Lalo and his team pit lot of efforts four safety and that we have a gd time. The food offered was gd too!!

Rafael Johnny Uni were amazing guides!!! They helped us every step of the way. I’m afraid of heights and they took their time with me and made me feel so safe. Mike (paparazzi- photographer) was absolutely hilarious as incredible the pictures were they were very expense. We had a delicious lunch provided by a fabulous chef…so refreshing with lots of flavour.

Excellent tour, 100 percent recommend to anyone. Our guides were Johnny, J.J. And Mike. They made sure we were safe, comfortable and well acquainted with the activities of the day. Most importantly they made sure we had lots of fun whether we were flying through the air in the zipline, speeding in the jungle in our ATV or relaxing in the cool waters of the cenote. I recommend this tour to anyone looking to have an amazing time and enjoy a one of kind experience. I had the most amazing time!!!!! Carlos, Rafa, Oreal, Johnny, Abel, Jayj were FANTASTIC hosts. I had such an amazing time! The zip lining was such a thrill, flying over the trees with that rush of adrenaline made it unforgettable. The swimming was the perfect way to cool off after all the excitement, and the water was so refreshing. The ATV ride was another highlight, fast, bumpy, and so much fun to drive through the trails. Altogether, it was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had!
