Steve is amazing! We loved the jungles and cenotes. Never would have thought I’d repel in the jungle. Highly recommended

Adrian is very good, very nice !!
Pauline and Raul were amazing! They were kind, knowledgeable, patient, and excellent at what they do! We went to 4 different cenotes! Each one was very unique! We were in a small group so we got to do the ziplines and cliff jumps more than once! The water we snorkeled in was very murky, and the kayaking was a bit short, but it was a beautiful area! Breakfast was some sweet bread and coffee, but was very good. Lunch was a variety of lunch meats and you could make your own sandwich. Overall it was a wonderful day!
Overall fabulous experience. Guides were great. Food was great. Cenotes insanely beautiful and the activities super fun
Amazing experiences. This was probably one of my all time favorite excursions. The cenotes were breathtaking. The ziplining, kayaking, cliff jumping and caves swimming was so much fun. We had great food and our guide was super friendly. Maza made our trip so much more fun cheering us on each adventure. I highly recommend this excursion. We will most definitely do it again.
We had so much fun!! Albuerto and Carlos were wonderful!! Best guide and photographer ever!
Tour guides and photographers were great! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and had great senses of humor. The Cenotes were beautiful and the activities were varied and cool. No complaints.
The Xenotes tour itself was beautiful, but our guide, Pepe, completely ruined the experience. He had a very bad attitude from the beginning. He spoke about 90% of the bus ride in Spanish, so I couldn’t understand most of the instructions. Then, after we got off the bus, he pointed me out in front of everyone and yelled at me for putting on sunscreen. I tried to explained that I had applied it before boarding the bus, but he continued to scold me publicly. He also yelled at my husband and several of our friends during the tour. No guest should be treated this way. A tour guide should be respectful, patient, and professional—not embarrass people in front of the entire group. The cenotes were amazing, but because of Pepe’s rude and disrespectful behavior, what should have been a wonderful experience was ruined. I normally tip tour guides generously, but I chose not to tip him because of how we were treated. I hope Xcaret addresses this issue so future guests receive the respectful service they deserve.
This is perhaps the best excursion we have taken over two separate weeklong stays in Riviera Maya. Our guides were Paula and Paulina; they were experienced, great sense of humor, and encouraging. This is not a trip for the faint of heart. You will jump from 20 feet or higher into cenotes, both above and below ground. You will swim in deep underground, rather dark caves. You will zip line and kayak. It is exhilarating and I would do it all gain tomorrow. The trip includes a mid-morning coffee and snack break and a delicious lunch in the afternoon. The drive from our resort was a bit long and there is a lot of back and forth into the van to travel from one cenote to another. Bring water shoes and a change of clothes.
Wow. Our day was incredible! Our kiddos had a blast and are begging to do it again. The activities at each cenote were so well explained and guided! We spent the day with Noe and he’s amazing! The kiddos absolutely love him! The lunch was so so good! Every option was delicious! We will absolutely be returning!
Amazing everything Xcreat does they do 100%. The guide was helpful and kept us moving. They were also great with kids. We had a blast. Food during lunch was the basics sandwich, salads, chips and deserts but it was also great. Nothing was dry or stale. It was fresh, and tasty. Highly recommend this! Beautiful sites, in the jungle.
My family and I had best experience visiting 4 cenotes . Our guide Gabo was great. It’s not as Crowded great for families with smaller children.
Our Xenotes tour was absolutely incredible and the highlight of our week at Xcaret! A special thank you to our guide, Rene. He was amazing—funny, energetic, and always encouraging us to step outside our comfort zone and try every activity. Thanks to him, we had the confidence to enjoy every single experience. He was also incredibly attentive to everyone in the group, learned all of our names, and made us feel comfortable and welcome from the very beginning. We would also like to recognize Joel for his outstanding photography. Every picture was captured at the perfect moment, and you could really tell he cared about creating beautiful family memories that we will treasure forever. Thank you both for making this the best experience of our week. We couldn’t have asked for a better team, and this tour is something our family will never forget!
Our experience was phenomenal for our entire family. From start to finish we were well taken care of by our tour guide, Angel and photographer Randu. The different xenotes were thrilling for all of us, including our youngest who is 7 years old. They didn’t want to leave. It felt like just the right size group to make it intimate. The price was well worth it for a full day of fun, food/drinks, and amenities.
The experince itself was phenomal but Seve made sure everyone was included, knew everyone’s first names and made the experience extremely personal and exciting. Would do it again as long as Seve is my guide. 10/10. Fluent in both english and Spanish so everyone could understand.
This was a really great experience. I was very impressed with the organization of everything from the pick up all the way to lunch and howneat everything was. It was also great. I don’t know if it was intentional, but we were with another family and there was only 10 us in the group which was good because it was six kids and four adults. We did not book together and we did not know them so I believe that they made it that way. But it was really good. I was thoroughly impressed.
Jesús was the most PHENOMENAL tour guide. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and funny and truly made this experience unforgettable for us. Our only wish is that we could have spent another week doing the cenotes with him. Also huge bonus that his playlist was incredible. The cenotes were incredible. We have never seen anything more beautiful in our lives. Make sure you bring secure water shoes and there is no need to bring anything else, they really took care of it all. We never really expect much from provided lunches, however this was incredible. Even our pickiest eater was happy. This is an experience that we would do over and over and never get sick of. Our photographer was incredible and we are going to treasure these photos forever. For our family of 6, it was $165 and we got almost 300 photos. Every part of this experience was well worth it and a must do for anyone traveling here!!
Great all-day adventure! We were picked up at our hotel at 8:30 AM and returned around 5:00 PM. The tour included pastries and cookies for a light breakfast snack. Our first stop was a cenote featuring a waterslide, zip line, and 4-meter cliff jump. After that, we traveled to a second cenote where we rappelled down into a cave and had the opportunity to jump into the cave cenote, which was both refreshing and unique. Next, we visited a third cenote where we kayaked and snorkeled. After drying off, we enjoyed lunch, which included deli subs, soup, and chips. The final cenote was my favorite. It featured long zip lines that dropped directly into the water. Since our group was the only one there, we were able to go multiple times without waiting. Overall, it was an excellent day with a great mix of activities and adventure. Severiano was an outstanding guide who made the experience even better. Highly recommended
Aldo was a charismatic comedian that made the tour worthwhile. For US$143 we got the full Mayan experience and got to zipline, swim, cliff dive, rappel, kayak and snorkle in cenotes the whole day, followed by sharing a hearty meal. The drive was upwards of an hour, often on bumpy roads but the vibes were great. We got a really good group of 12 that got along which really added to the excursion. The surroundings and natural beauty were absolutely stunning and there are considerable conservation efforts. Most sunscreens and deodorants have to be washed off before getting in the water, water shirts and shoes are sold on site. Beware of animals since this is the jungle, we saw a cute tarantula. Best for adventure seekers.
This was such a worth while experience. You get to kayak, snorkel, zipline, rappell, cliff jump, and explore so many cenotes. It is an all morning and afternoon activity, but they do include a snack and a lunch in between different cenotes. I really enjoyed my experience and especially my tour guide Emmanuel and photographer Erick made the experience that much more special.
Aldo was the best tour guide. He was very funny and friendly and he got us to and from the cenotes safely and quickly while avoiding the crowds. The activities were very fun and beautiful, and everything was timed very well. No activity was too long or too short, and the food was good. Our whole family left more than satified, definitely a highlight of the trip. Overall, this excursion was well worth the money, even more so if you get Aldo as your guide.
Aldo Serrano fue un guía ESPECTACULAR! Nos divertimos mucho con el, súper persona para compartir y muy amable y atento. Cuando regresemos a México lo vamos a pedir como guía otra vez! Aldo Serrano was an AMAZING tour guide! He’s funny, super helpful, and made our trip so fun! The food and service is great as well and the entire day was amazing because of him! When we come back we will request him! Gracias/Thank You Aldo!!! 🙌🏻🎉
We had an amazing time on our Xenotes tour! It was such a fun experience for our whole family, and the xenotes were absolutely beautiful. Esli our guide made the day even better. Esli was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable and excited throughout the tour. You could tell he truly cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. Everything was well organized, relaxing, and full of fun memories. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting and would love to do it again!
Eslie was the best guide! Loved this adventurous day!
We had an amazing experience. The cenotes were so cool. Mazaley was our guide and he went above and beyond to make it such a fun day. Food was also great. The bus had wifi and AC and towels were provided. We didn’t have water shoes but took flip flops and it was fine. Would definitely recommend.
The experience was out of this world, definitely a must do if you visit Cancun, the guides priority is also your safety, if they don’t feel comfortable with something they will go the extra step so that they know you are safe. It was a whole day excursion however it felt like only a couple of hours since our guide Noe “Gordo” made you feel like you were truly his fam as well. Our tour group was composed of 24+ people yet it felt like he made time for each and everyone of us. Constantly asked if we were ok and if we were ready with a big smile, also very knowledgeable of the Mayan culture and agriculture. If you are trying to make the most out of the Xenote’s Tour and have a great time, ask for Noe “Gordo” to be your guide! You’ll thank me later :)
Aldo was friendly and made our experience fun!
We had a fantastic time at Xenotes! The entire experience was well-organized and thrilling, but what truly made the day special was our guide, Aldo. Aldo was absolutely exceptional. He struck the perfect balance between being an entertainer and a professional guide. He kept the energy high throughout the day and was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing the rich history of each area and cenote we visited, which added a lot of depth to the experience. What we appreciated most was his attention to detail regarding our comfort and safety. He made sure everyone felt confident before each activity—whether it was zip-lining, kayaking, or swimming—and checked in constantly to ensure we were having a good time. If you get the chance to go, definitely hope for Aldo as your guide! We left feeling very happy with the service and the memories.
Aldo was remarkable. He was a great tour guide and made sure to include everyone in our party. He made us feel safe at all times. Such an incredible experience. Would highly recommend. I have 2 boys. Ages 9 & 7 and it was such an unforgettable experience. Thank you Aldo and team!!! Everyone was so helpful and great! The facilities were clean! Great service.
Excellent experience. Would definitely recommend doing this excursion. Aldo our tour guide went above and beyond, making our group comfortable with participating in all the activities and was very informative. Raul, our guide that took photos was great as well and captioned all the fun.
This was epic. Please do this for a fun adventure. We loved all the different ways to experience the cenotes.
Our tour guide Aldo was amazing. Super friendly, funny and outgoing. He reassure me through each obstacles as I am afraid of heights and I can’t swim. He took the time to make sure I was save before attending others. He is truly the best tour guide. To anyone who loves heights and a bit of thrill, this is a must!
Aldo was a great guide Glad to see the emphasis on safety. Lots of variety on this excursion
The tour is fun and well organized. Aldo our tour guide made the day great - he was funny, kind and passionate about his work.
A ton of fun! 4 unique experiences at each cenote. Our guide, Aldo, made it even more fun. 100% would recommend
Angel aka Papa Monkey was amazing! Reynoso was great photographer
Ando was fabulous! Couldn’t have asked for a more friendly, energetic & kind guide!
Gabriel with team eagles was awesome!
We had an incredible cenote tour today—visited four different cenotes and each one was absolutely stunning in its own way. The whole experience felt well-paced and thoughtfully organized. A huge shoutout to our guide, Maza! He kept us informed every step of the way, stayed organized, and brought such a fun, positive energy that made the day even more enjoyable. Super friendly, professional, and genuinely entertaining. Also, shoutout to our photographer, Tony, who made a great team with Maza—bringing plenty of humor, fun, and entertainment while capturing some amazing moments for us. Highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for a memorable and smooth cenote experience!
Loved everything about this tour!
Great tour of 4 cenotes! Our driver/guide Aldo was terrific. Unique experience with a professional well organized company.
5 star experience from beginning to end! Aldo was exceptional and gave our group an unforgettable experience! Mike was amazing too! Love our photos!
We had an excellent experience. The cenotes were really lovely and there were no mosquitoes. Our tour guide Aldo was the best!!! He was funny, warm, kind, friendly, and very entertaining. He made the trip fantastic. We had a terrific time, five out of five stars.
The tour was great and our tour guide Aldo was very fun and knowledgeable.
Great experience overall with Elias and Edgar - I have never had tour guide who were so hardworking and helpful. Our expectations were blown out of the water by the ziplines and controlled descent. The photos were well taken. The snack was decent - just enough to get you thru the day.
The 4‑in‑1 Xenotes Tour was a fun and well‑organized way to experience four very different cenotes in one day, each with its own scenery and activities. The guides kept the group moving at a comfortable pace, explaining the features of each stop while still giving plenty of time to enjoy swimming, zip‑lining, kayaking, and relaxing in the water. Transportation was smooth, the schedule felt balanced, and the small‑group format made the experience feel personal without being rushed. The included snacks and lunch were a nice touch, and the staff made sure everyone felt safe and supported during the adventure portions. Each cenote had a unique atmosphere, from calm and peaceful to more adrenaline‑focused, which kept the day interesting. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers who want a mix of nature, light adventure, and a well‑structured experience.
Xenotes Oasis Maya is one of the most memorable outdoor experiences in Riviera Maya, offering a perfect mix of adventure, nature, and relaxation. Each cenote has its own personality, from peaceful swimming spots to thrilling zip‑lines and cliff jumps that keep the day exciting. The water is crystal clear, and the surrounding jungle makes every stop feel like a hidden paradise. The guides are friendly, knowledgeable, and keep the group moving at a comfortable pace without feeling rushed. Breakfast and lunch are surprisingly good for a tour experience, and the added wine is a nice touch that elevates the day. Transportation is smooth and well‑organized, making the entire experience feel effortless from start to finish. Whether you’re looking for adrenaline or calm, the tour balances both beautifully. It’s a full day of fun, scenery, and unique moments that feel worth every minute. For first‑time visitors to the area, this is easily one of the top activities to book.
