Great Dive Shop! Juan was an amazing guide and the sites were top notch! The Fish Market and the Aquarium certainly live up to their names!

What a great experience. The staff was professional. They didn't pickle and dime you because equipment and tags are all inclusive. The dive leaders were knowledgeable, patient and fun. Nicest people. Highly recommend great group specials.

Our Family of 5, Twin 10 years olds (Emma & Luke), our 15 year old boy Jacob & my wife & I researched best Scuba Diving Operation to go to in The Riviera Maya & landed on Wet Set Scuba Diving in Puerto Morales. Boy were we right to choose Wet Set! Felicity & her team of Scuba Instructors, Juan & Chris were tremendous. Very professional & patient with our kids. Just really great guys to work with! We were there to finish our Family Open Water Training for our PADI Scuba Certification. That’s a tall order working with 10 Year Olds, & this Team pulled it off with flying colors. The process was Smooth, Well Organized & Extremely Professional. We are all Certified Scuba Divers now & we had so much fun with Juan & Chris at Wet Set! Felicity runs a tight operation. Don’t hesitate for a moment that you are using one of the Best Scuba Operators in Mexico. Next time we’re Diving with Wet Set at the Cenotes! Can’t Wait!

Cannot recommend this dive shop more. My wife and I and three kids (16, 14 and 12 all certified) did a two tank dive, they provided all the equipment. The second dive was at the fish market and boy is it properly named. Tons of fish and lobsters. The reef is really thriving there and it is only a 10 minute boat ride from shore. Dive Master was big on safety which i really appreciated. Great communication and everyone could not be nicer. Great spot. We got to the dive shop at 8:30 and were done by Noon. Highly recommend this dive shop.

Massive thanks to the team at Wet Set Diving Adventures. I completed a PADI Reactivate dive followed by two, 2 Tank Dives which was also attended by my two teenage sons to complete their PADI Open Water Diver course. The team were welcoming, professional, engaging and made us feel at ease and explained everything clearly. The dive conditions were difficult on the second day due to the weather but our Dive Master / guide reassured us and ensured that my sons completed the course safely by relocating to a different dive site. We had an amazing couple of days at Wet Set and can thoroughly recommend this dive school.

We had such a great experience diving with Wet Set. We did a quick refresher because it had been a while since our last dive, and the owner Dave was extremely helpful and patient with us as we got comfortable diving again. Then we went out for two more dives which were absolutely beautiful and got to see a ton of different marine life including one group of 3 nurse sharks and another group of 4 nurse sharks, which was incredible. The entire staff was very helpful and made the experience very relaxing and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back to dive with this shop again.

I have been diving with Wet Set many times. The staff are kind, professional, and fun. The instructor Juan is extraordinarily safety conscious while also being relaxed, so it makes being underwater with him feel very comfortable. He's also got great eyes for finding marine life and is extremely knowledgeable about the many creatures you encounter and more than happy to talk with you about it. The reefs are healthy and vibrant and the diving is calm. The staff are very helpful with your gear, setting it up, and making sure you have everything you need. They also carry it from the shop to the boats, which are on the beach. Felicity in the office is cheerful and helpful as well and provides dry towels for everyone when you get back to the shop. I will definitely continue diving with Wet Set and recommend them to anyone looking to dive in Puerto Morelos!

I am am a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer since 2012 and I have been diving with Wet Set Divers in Puerto Morelos for over 15 years. I continue to be highly impressed with their Safety, Service and the Quality of the dive sites. The shop is owned and managed by PADI Instructors, so they truly understand their client’s needs and desires. They run an exemplary Dive business with focus on Safety, Environmental Stewardship and FUN!! In addition to the well managed Dive Business, I can’t emphasize enough that the Dive sites are World Class. I can always depend on swimming through schools of fish, seeing Lobsters, Eels, Rays, Turtles ,Nurse Sharks and a lot more!! The Reefs are healthy and shallow enough to afford an excellent photography experience. Thanks again Wet Set! See you next year!!

Wet Set is a great organization to dive with. A very professional dive shop. They offer many different diving sites. The boat crew and instructors are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when needed. I had a small issue and Chris (instructor) was right there to assist me. Juan (instructor) was very patient and helpful at doing a refresher with me. Felicity (manager) is very organized and also very knowledgeable of diving and the sites in Puerto Morelos. I highly recommend diving or snorkeling with Wet Set

The dive shop was very professional and provided everything you needed. I can’t say enough about Chris our dive master who took us out daily showed us amazing things under the beautiful sea. He was patient and was as excited as I was every time we saw something special. He even grabbed the fish book, and we went through it together to find some of the unusual creatures we saw. I would highly recommend this dive shop and can’t wait to come back.

Amazing diving, friendly and competent staff, and so convenient! Just the right balance of checking in and making sure everyone was good to go, and letting us explore underwater. Juan is an amazing guide, clear, reassuring, and just a little goofy. Super reasonable prices - definitely the best shop in Puerto!

Wet Set came highly recommended by friends. At the end of March, I had the opportunity to dive with them for five days. I immediately felt at ease and was welcomed and treated like a friend. The diving is organized extremely professionally, and safety is the top priority. Nevertheless, everything is very relaxed. I’d especially like to highlight our dive guide Juan: He gives clear and helpful briefings, has an open ear for questions, is very helpful and always maintains a perfect overview of the group and their needs underwater. The dive center has its own boats, which are just a few steps away. The rental gear seemed to be in very good condition (I didn’t need it), and they handled the gear I brought with me very carefully. The reef and marine conservation zone is really more than worth coming. Already the diving near the beach has a great highlight with the Ojo del Agua, the reefs are full of life and during eagle ray season the wreck is really the place to go see them. I would can only tell good things about Wet Set and next time I‘m in Puerto Morelos I hope to dive again with them.

I really love diving with this place. I've been going here every year for the past 5 years. It's always a great experience. The staff are super welcoming and professional. They know all the great dive spots in the reef. I highly recommend this place. If you're in Puerto Morelos and are interested in SCUBA diving, or a snorkeling tour of the reef, then Wet Set is definitely worth your time.

We signed our two teenagers and my husband up for classes at The Wet Set based on the great reviews—and they absolutely lived up to the hype! Our instructor, Christopher, was incredibly thorough and made sure everyone felt confident and prepared every step of the way. My husband took the PADI refresher course and said he learned more than he did in his original certification, which really speaks to the quality of instruction. The dive sites were fantastic, and the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and focused on safety—something that was especially important to us while our teens were getting certified. They struck the perfect balance of being kind, fun, and respectful while maintaining a high level of expertise. The seas didn’t exactly cooperate during our trip, and one day our daughter got seasick and wasn’t able to complete her dives. The shop was incredibly accommodating and worked her into another day without any hassle. That level of flexibility and care meant a lot to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend The Wet Set to anyone looking to dive in the area. We’ll definitely be back on a future vacation!

Been to this dive shop multiple times and want to keep coming back. May not be the biggest but they are the best I’ve used in my 21 years of coming to the Caribbean. Scuba or snorkeling their staff is exemplary. They will keep you safe have fun & see amazing wildlife & corals. They are all super experienced and great teachers even the students are anxious or apprehensive. Their equipment is all good & well maintained. I only wish I could stay here all winter. Dave & Flix are rock solid and the only thing they can’t control or fix is the weather. Have done both scuba & snorkel with other family & friends that feel the same way

Four glorious and exciting days scuba diving in the Caribbean Sea with a great team at Wet Set Scuba. Boat dives to the coral with many varieties of fish to see. A night dive to see the different varieties of fish that come out at night. Amazing Cenotes dives in fresh water caverns. And lastly, a deep dive to a wreck on the sea floor. About 90’ ( approx. 28m )

Went diving late October with Wet Set and was perfectly happy with the experience. A slow tourist season meant that my first dive was solo (no other tourists signed up) and the next day just one other diver along for the trip. Good equipment and good leadership from the dive masters (different one each day). The process was good, they took care of me as promised and I enjoyed the experience(s)

An Unforgettable Dive Experience with Wetset Adventures! I recently traveled to Puerto Morelos for a wedding and had a very limited window to fit in some diving. After contacting several dive shops in the area via calls and emails, I decided to book with Wetset Adventures, and I'm so glad I did! I had two main goals: to experience my very first night dive and to pack in as many other dives as possible. From the start, Felicity was incredibly helpful, working with me to meticulously plan and schedule my dives weeks in advance, ensuring I had a spot on the days I was free. My first day of diving was exceptional. I was the only diver booked on the Zebra boat that morning, and my dive master, Christopher, took the time to truly understand my skill level and craft a personalized dive plan that was absolutely perfect for me. Christopher and our captain, Pollo, were not only incredibly professional and safety-conscious but also genuinely knowledgeable and personable. I learned so much about the local area and its fascinating marine life from them. My second day was equally memorable, diving with Christopher, Juan, and Mariana. All three were outstanding, making each dive an absolute pleasure. The highlight, though, was the extraordinary effort made to accommodate my "bucket list" night dive. There were no night dives scheduled on the day I had available, but Dave, the owner, personally came in that evening to open up the shop just for me, even though he was traveling the very next day! This level of dedication and customer service is truly remarkable. Thank you, Dave, Christopher, Pollo, Felicity, Juan, and Mariana, for an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable diving experience! We did our 5th dives in life. We loved it even if the waves were very strong. The instructor Christopher made us feel very confortable, very safe dive. The captain Abraham was very safe, knowledgeable about the sea currents. We have not seen a lot of fishes, the water was not very clear due to bottom current but we experienced a good dive.

The safest & funnest scuba I have done in the 20 years I have been traveling to he Cancun area ! I am going to visit them next week and can’t wait. Did my advanced open water with them 2 years ago and had the best instructors. Have had family do snorkeling and they loved he staff too. I have used other dive shops and nothing comes close to this crew. I only wish I had found them sooner and if only there was a wet set in Cancun ,Cozumel,playa del Carmen,puerto adventures, akumal, tulum,Montego bay,and punta Cana too!

We take snorkeling tours with Wet Set practically every year we are in Puerto Morelos. Our experience this year was amazing just like all the others. Musa was a terrific guide. The Wet Set team is lovely, professional, patient, and made our time in the sea -- with multiple generations (oldest 83, youngest 12) spectacular. Oh -- and the sea, the sea -- like swimming in an aquarium. Couldn't recommend this crew more highly.

I have been diving with Wer Set for three annual week long dive trips with a friend. Each trip was a pleasure to work with Felicity and the first rate dive masters. They are flexible to meet different training needs or dive interests and every dive is both fun and professional. I will be diving with them for years to come.

Did a refresher diving course followed by some boat dives. Hadn't realised it had been 23 years since my husband and I had last dived. Juan our instructor was brilliant. Informative, patient and thorough. By the time we did our dives I was feeling very comfortable. We had 4 amazing relaxing dives - a mixture of a wall and drift diving and the experience reminded me of why I loved diving. Felicity in the office was lovely and very helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

The folks at Wet Set Diving Adventures were absolutely fantastic! We had some specific needs for these dives, including using nitrox and staying shallow, and they accommodated us perfectly. The dive master was very knowledgeable about the sites and was wonderful to work with. We will definitely dive with them again next time we’re near Puerto Morelos!

With 51 years of working in the dive industry, I’ve led a lot of dive trips and have used a lot of dive operators. In May I chose Wet Set in Puerto Morelos for a family scuba trip, based on their reputation. I wasn’t disappointed. Our group varied greatly in its dive experience and physical abilities. The Wet Set staff accommodated the needs of everyone. They were extremely competent in leading the dives and in keeping the group together. They enjoyed finding and showing the myriad life on the exceptionally healthy reef. The Wet Set culture is to meet the needs of each diver making it, by far, one of the best dive operations I have used.

Absolutely amazing dive shop! I did a refresher dive on shore and then a two tank reef dive the next day. Both experiences were absolutely amazing. I got my Adv Open Water back in 2012, and have only dived a handful of times since then the last being almost five years ago. Felicity and her team explained to me what my best options were for getting back in the water and I am so glad I followed their recommendations. Juan the instructor made me and the others in my group feel safe, comfortable and totally taken care of both before and during the dive. For me this was the first time I really got some key concepts relating to buoyancy and breath and actually wish I had done all my training there because the quality of teaching and skill is just so much higher than other places I have been. Not only that but the quantity and variety of marine life in this location is unbelievable! So so beautiful. Absolutely loved my dives with these guys and wish it had been thirty. The whole team is super friendly and make you feel welcome from the beginning. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to come back.

Just finished 4 days of diving with this outfit. Highly professional and friendly service. The staff is wonderful and incredibly helpful. Towels are provided between dives. Water and snacks on the boat. My husband and I have been diving globally for over 30 years and we highly recommend this dive shop.

I completed my PADI Open Water Certification with Wet Set in Jan. 2024 and also did a classic snorkel tour. Last year, I did two classic snorkel trips and a discover dive. I've been impressed with Wet Set's high level of professionalism, organization, and responsiveness which I am sure in no small way is facilitated by the great office manager Felicity running the show. Thanks goes out to my scuba instructor Juan for for his patience and for giving me plenty of fun diving exploration time in addition to skills instruction and practice. I felt that having the confined dives just off the shore rather than a pool was advantageous because I got more experience practicing in real (but shallow) conditions. Puerto Morelos is also an amazing place to do the open water dives because the water is warm and calm, and the reefs are absolutely beautiful with tons of marine animals; I saw a bunch of turtles, stingrays, a scorpion fish, a puffer fish, a huge barracuda, and tons of other colorful tropical fish. The classic snorkel trip is also top notch. The marine life and coral is abundant and the water is some of the clearest and reefs nearest to the surface that I've experienced. The guides are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I would spend all day out there if I could!

We absolutely love WetSet in Puerto Morelos. I was scuba certified there in August 2023. We had such a great experience, so we went back for Christmas 2023 and did 5 dives with the company. They have amazing diving instructors, teachers, & guides. They are professional & caring. The office is run by the awesome Felicity. She is excellent at communicating and answering any/all questions. I want to give a special shout-out to Laura. She was our diving guide for 2 Cozumel dives and a bull shark dive. Laura made our entire day of diving incredible. She is patient, kind, skilled, incredibly helpful and just a genuinely wonderful person/diver/teacher. It was a day we will never forget. Thank you. We hope to see you guys again soon.

I obtained my scuba certificate last year with Wet Set. I returned this year with one of my children, who did the discover scuba class in the morning and then we did a dive together that afternoon. Saw 3 sting rays and 3 sea turtles and hundreds (thousands?) of beautiful fish. Booking with Felicity by email was very easy as we were able to come up with a plan for day the day that was great for both me and my son. Our guide Lara was perfect. A professional, friendly teacher who also instilled a great sense of trust. The diving in PM is great - a short 10 minute boat ride and you are in the water. Will definitely go back and will always book a dive with Wet Set.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience, diving with Wet Set! Dan was our scuba guide and he was great! He was very attentive and serious about the safety precautions and instructions, went over exactly what we would experience and made sure we were all on the same page before we started the dive. His laid back, relaxed attitude enabled us to have relaxing dives once we were in the water. Saw all sorts of marine life and it was definitely the highlight of our trip to the area! Highly recommend Dan and Wet Set! Hope he is available when we return for future dives!

Excellent Dive Center! PADI 5 star rating. We have been diving all over the world for almost 30 years and this is one of the better dive centers. Small groups makes the dives very personalized, literally only small groups of 4 or 5 so you never feel like you are in a cattle car. Very accommodating, very safe, superb dive guide. There is a great reef with a lot to see. Dave and his group take care of everything, they pay attention to the details to make sure you have a great dive. We loved this place and we will be back.

What a quaint little dive shop. Its location was easy-peasy to the dock located just 50 meters from the shop. The staff was very delightful, helpful and very knowledgeable of the reefs in the area. We did not rent gear as for brought our own, but they did offer dive gear items for a small rental fee and their gear looked quite serviceable. Felicity was very accommodating as our schedule shifted. We will definitely use Wet Set Divers again.

We had a great experience with Wet Set for 2 days of local reef diving. We were staying in Puerto Morelos at the El Cid Ventus Ha. When I booked that trip I knew we wanted to dive a couple days. We are very familiar with diving the Riviera Maya coastline and the dive sites of Cozumel. I researched several dive companies in Puerto Morelos. I have a pretty standard set of questions I ask when selecting who to dive with and Wet Set checked all of my boxes, and was very responsive to the original enquiry and follow-up emails and questions. We were greeted with smiles when we arrived and felt very comfortable with them both professionally and socially. We used some of their equipment and some of our own, and their gear was in good condition. Danny was our divemaster and Miguel was our captain. Very comfortable with Danny, and liked that we didn't feel pushed along like he had an agenda or time schedule to keep. All in all - very happy with the whole experience from beginning to end, and Wet Set will be my go-to in Puerto Morelos.

Another great diving experience with Wet Set. This time my oldest son and I achieved or AOW certification. Loved the wreck dive and the shore dive was great, love Ojo ‘Agua and the Sgt Major fish so close to shore.

I’ve been diving several times with Wet Set. They’re always so helpful, engaged, and knowledgeable- if you’re in the area I would highly recommend diving with them. I’ve been back multiple times over the years and taken family on discover dives, certifications and reef dives and they’ve always taken excellent care of us! Definitely a favorite dive shop in Mexico.

Fabulous crew. Very laid back but extremely professional and fun. We were newly certified and wanted an extra dive in our vacation. They were extremely helpful and was a terrific afternoon all in all!

I did multiple 2 tank dives with WetSet. They are conveniently located at he beach and provided me with excellent care. Every dive was well organized, and properly reviewed with the divers. They were always on time . The gear was always as expected. I felt confident with the competency of the dive master and the attention given by the boat captain with getting to our dive sites and the help with the end of the dives.

Everyone was so kind and the dives were AMAZING the staff was so supportive and we saw so many fish/reefs. I cannot wait to go back, truly a wonderful experience.

My girlfriend and I did our Open Water certification and couldn't have been more satisfied by Wet Set Diving Adventures. Felicity as well as all the team were great and even though we had to reschedule due to high wind and waves it was well worth it. If you plan to dive with them just know that they will take good care of you and will get you to great diving spots. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Shoutout to Maryelle our instructor, she was the best.

I took a group of divers from NYC down and we had a wonderful time exploring the reef (many spots) and wreck. The shop is well run with excellent staff - they will meet your every need!
