This tour operator, Cancun Pic, operate fraudulently. They take your money and then dont pick you up. I booked this two day tour with them and got picked up the first day, but a no show the second day. The first day I also paid extra for park fees for day 1, as per the advert, and also paid the Chichen Itza entrance fees for day 2. When they didnt pick me up on day 2, I demanded my money back. They told me their bus was full that day so couldnt pick me up, even though I booked and paid for this 2 day tour months beforehand. They told me to pick another day, I said I didnt have another day as I was leaving Cancun. They said too bad, they had offered other days and didnt give a hoot that I was leaving, flights booked etc. They tried to blame me for not picking another day as a reason for not refunding me. This operator is a disgrace to the industry. Viator were not much help either, whilst they agreed I should get a refund, they said the tour operator has to agree to it. This of course leaves the consumer open to fraud and scammers. To this day I have not received a refund form Cancun Pic or Viator for day 2 of this tour and the Chichen Itza fees I paid on day 1 of the tour. Shame on both of these Operators.

THE GOOD: The price is quite affordable for 25-30 hours of tours and travel combined. Got to cover a lot of ground in a few days. THE BAD: You only get to spend 45 minutes to an hour and a half in total at each site but that includes your walk in and out so you only really get about 20-30 minutes at some of the sites that you will visit. THE UGLY!: You will visit approximately 8-10 places and things between two days which is great right? HOWEVER each and every site is LOADED with tourist traps, pushy sales people and some places will even demand tips from you and shake tip jars in your face. One lunch place in particular requested tips at the table, tips at the checkout counter and then had people standing outside the door of the restaurant belittling you if you didn't tip them as well saying that they are separate from the people just inside the door. There are also multiple places that sell you bottles of water, and then make you dump them at the door and then try to sell you more water and juice just inside the door! So in summary, it's a great price initially for a lot of travel and tours but be warned you will be requested / demanded tips from approximately 20 different people or groups per day and sold things you don't need like $10 1oz bug spray and bottles of water that you can't take inside places with you and have to dump out :(
