Celebrated our 4th anniversary and was overall satisfied with our 5 days. Check in and check out was very smooth. We were in a studio on the 4th floor- spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offered a variety of food, lunch was choices close to the pools. For dinner, we had choices of Villa resort and Garza Blanca. The fitness center was a good size with towels & water offered. Kayaking, paddle boarding, corn hole, daily noon water aerobics, beach VB, pool VB (on your own) was offered by the resort for no extra charge. Angel, at Davino’s, went out of his way to make our anniversary dinner extra special! Having to wait to close out our tab sometimes took awhile even though we didn’t mind tipping. They had vendors every night we were there and also ceramics/hats during the day that could be purchased and they would paint them for you. The shows were excellent with the magic show being our favorite! We will be back!

Amazing! This was our 6th stay, and once again everything was excellent. The service is outstanding always friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special mention to Mr. Amr, who is always solving any issue and consistently providing the best service with great care and attention. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the whole property is relaxing. Food and restaurants are excellent, with great variety and quality. Special shoutout to the bartenders 🍸🍹always friendly and great at what they do! We keep coming back for a reason. Highly recommended!
An amazing experience from start to finish! The resort exceeded all our expectations. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and designed to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff was professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The facilities, atmosphere, and overall experience were exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We will definitely be back!
Me and my family had an amazing time at Villa Del Palmar in Cancun, Mexico. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Emanuel from the breakfast buffet — hands down the best waiter we had from day one. He truly went above and beyond our expectations. He noticed our favorite fruits and asked us about them, and the next morning he and the chef prepared a special fruit display just for us. It felt like real VIP treatment! From that point on, Emanuel and the chef continued surprising us with beautiful fruit displays every morning. He was always attentive and made sure we were happy and enjoying our stay. We also loved talking with him about himself and learning more about Mexico — he was very knowledgeable, and we learned a lot during our trip. The resort itself was very clean, including the rooms and pools. We stayed all-inclusive, which we really enjoyed, but it’s not required to have a great experience. The moment you opened the room door, the view was absolutely beautiful. Walking out onto the balcony and seeing the pools, ocean view, and the hammock waiting there was incredible. I especially loved relaxing in the hammock morning, afternoon, and night. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, would definitely recommend this resort, and will absolutely come back again!
The room was spacious and clean, and the interior was luxurious. The beach view was beautiful, though the abundance of seaweed made swimming in the ocean somewhat inconvenient. Nevertheless, it was great to be able to swim and play with the children in the hotel's various pools. The food was fresh and delicious. Here are a few points of disappointment: 1. The faucet water had such a strong chemical odor that our clothes smelled after being washed. 2. Although the stay was "all-inclusive," after every meal, we were presented with a bill displaying the food prices and a suggested tip amount; this made us feel pressured to leave a tip. 3. The hotel offered a supposedly low-cost tour of Isla Mujeres, but it turned out to be a promotional pitch for a membership program. We had a two-hour presentation, and when we declined to sign up because we weren't interested, the staff members became visibly angry.
