The Westin Cancun Resort & Spa

We just arrived at the Westin Resort & Spa. We ordered lunch at the sports bar. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We enjoyed fish tacos, nachos, and a margarita. Great experience! We also did Karaoke with Guillermo and Claudia. We had a great time! Excellent entertainment staff! Karla also delivered water to our room . She provided excellent service.

Everything was amazing! We had such a great time, and the whole experience was fun and enjoyable. A special thank you to Guillermo, Ana Banana, Claudia, Genaro, and Oscar — you guys were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made our stay even better! And a big thank you to General Manager Walter Barbieri for creating such a wonderful atmosphere and having such a great team. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely remember this experience. Thank you all! ❤️

My sister, my 4.5-year-old niece, and I had the most wonderful week at The Westin Cancun Resort & Spa. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the Hotel Zone. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. But what truly made this vacation unforgettable was the amazing staff. Despite working long hours in the hot and humid weather, every single person greeted us with genuine smiles and kindness. They made us feel at home from the very first day. A very special thank you to the incredible team at Arena Sports Bar. Your warm hospitality, attentive service, and delicious food made our stay even more memorable. We genuinely looked forward to seeing you every day! Thank you all for making this trip so special. We truly hope we'll have the chance to come back one day. ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at the Westin Resort and Spa Cancun. Staff were all friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the private beach + pool area is absolutely beautiful. Even though we went in May (beginning of seaweed season), the staff rake up the seaweed to keep the beach beautiful. The view is stunning, especially when lying on their many beach chairs, drinking a piña colada (the best I’ve ever had!). There’s a poolside bar with a great menu. There is a “fun team” in charge of fun activities during the day, such as water aerobics where Guillermo had music playing and a microphone and led us in fun water exercises—he was so funny. The spa ladies also give great massages (albeit pricey). The sports bar food was okay—the Sea & Stones restaurant was great. Free parking for rental cars is also convenient, and it’s nice that the location is farther from the party scene of the hotel zone so it’s a quieter stay. I don’t understand the lower ratings—maybe the check in and check out times are not the most convenient, but it’s a really nice resort.
