The hotel is in HORRIBLE condition! I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. There is mold in the bathroom. In one of my rooms the bathroom ceiling tile collapsed and the lady at the reception said she will send someone over and no one came till my husband went to the reception desk to show them pictures of the bathroom. There are roaches in the room and restaurant area!! The food is horrible and so many pork options. They should consider that not everyone eats pork and have more options. They don’t have enough plates, cups or bowls. They barely restock food when they were running low. The snack bar food was even worse and the menu is ridiculous. The TV in the rooms didn’t work along with the wifi. Had to connect the tv to my hotspot from my phone to watch it ! Ridiculous! I would just pay more and stay somewhere else!!

Terrible.... feo... mal ... insects and dirty. I stayed in 2014, it was a health risk then ... and has NOT changed! Gente, sin vergüenza.... they have NO SHAME. Ten cuidado!!!

Ok it's not the poshest of all hotels I've been to....but I didn't want posh and it's perfect! Amazing location, enough bars and pools to cater to my needs and I am loving the food. And the beach is to die for. Beach bar does great fresh snacks, swimming is heavenly....no complaints from me apart from quite dated building but they are working on it so I will be back....if I paid top dollars I would be annoyed but I paid for what I got and I'm happy 😊

honestly i would not stay here again. i got sick right after i got home and barely ate the entire 6 days because the food was that bad. the rooms also smelled like mold, which made it even worse. the drinks are super limited unless you pay extra to upgrade, which is ridiculous for an all-inclusive. the resort is also far from everything, so you’re basically stuck there unless you want to spend more money leaving. we even got locked out of our room the first night just from going out on the balcony, which was frustrating. the older bartenders were super flirty with me (as a younger girl), but they were nice. the only good part of the experience was a couple of the younger bartenders and the guy making hot dogs. overall just not worth the money or the experience. i wouldn’t go back.
