Romario and Carla perfecto so great we were treated great and kindness and loved the show my favorite was the singer she was so amazing. This was for our awesome Whitney Huston four course meal. It was so nice. The hotel treated us kindly and accommodated everything we could think of :-) spa is also our favorite feature here!
This was a phenomenal stay for our 10 years anniversary. We chose this hotel because our favorite bartender Fonzy works here and it was amazing he was our bartender for our anniversary dinner as well. Our waiter Fredy was great and so friendly. Truly just great staff all around, Fermen always takes great care of us and Eduardo has been great. Our chef Jordan made delicious food on top of it all. Having come from Parnassus after they closed, this was a great stay all around.
Jesus at Frattinis was very hospitable. Natalia at the buffet is very sweet. Pedro at Seasons will listen to you talk about the extinction of the dinosaurs. Theresa at Spa Del Mer was amazing. Most importantly, Rodrigo the general manager gifted us with the best honeymoon dinner surprise. The view is spectacular. Room service is such a great perk. Californian Newlyweds approved.
Overall a great hotel and very fun experience! Came for 4 nights and every second of it was very fun! Service in and out of the restaurants is great!! Pedro took care of us at Seasons and did a great job, Miguel was awesome at Gaijin and all the restaurant staff was awesome! Romario, Josh, Karla and Mitzi and all the pool entertainment staff were awesome and had such fun entertainment planned out! Staff is very welcoming and attentive. Only complaint which isn’t a real complaint is the pools get a little warm in the afternoons. Property itself is beautiful and the hotel is well taken care of. Definitely worth visiting. Very good experience overall definitely recommend to all!
We had an amazing stay at Sandos Hotel Cancun, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, hardworking, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our vacation special. A special thank you to Karla, who runs the entertainment program. Her energy, enthusiasm, and dedication were outstanding. She made every activity fun, engaging, and welcoming, ensuring guests of all ages felt included and had a great time. Karla’s positive attitude and passion for her job truly stood out and added so much to our experience. Thank you to Karla and the entire Sandos team for making our vacation so memorable. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cancun!
