The entire building was very dirty, especially the pool area. We also felt uncomfortable with the way we were treated, like we were being judged from the moment we arrived. The listing said the payment was refundable, yet we still haven’t received our money back, and now they are ignoring our messages on WhatsApp. We were honestly very disappointed with the whole experience. We ended up staying at a hotel with much better service and cleanliness — this place fell very short of expectations.
WORST HOTEL EVER!!!! NEVER EVER STAY HERE. The attention was horrible. Everything was so so disgusting. The bed had bugbeds. The attention horrible. The security was not good at all. It was terrifying. The worst experience ever. I had to leave earlier because I couldn’t stay there more than 1 hour. The checkin was very late and bad attention to the client. They didn’t give a shit about anyone

I stayed there 4 days the first week of April. The beach was insanely beautiful and calm with no seaweed. The music from Coco bongo beach party next door is a pro to me. You're honestly not gonna spend too much time inside because the best thing about this hotel is the location - it's right in the party center and it has one of the best beaches in Cancun right behind it
I went here with the wrong person BUT i absolutely loves the view! Our room was clean and updated and spacious!! Also we were right next to a 7 eleven and a bunch of restaurants so finding delicious food was extremely easy. Also had immediate access to the beach as well!
Get transport info before you book OR during booking. No one refunded our trip to or from the airport. When booking, it stated transportation was included. BS.
Otherwise the apartment was nice and we had a great view of the beach.😊
