Easily a 5 star hotel. Its beautiful. The food is actually really good. I dont expect much from resort food but mondrian has some good food i was full 24/7. The drinks are really good too they dont taste watered down. A/c is low i like the room cold though. Eduardo and someone else at the bar were so great,i cant remember his name. Alejandro at the asian restaurant was great as well. The service is great in all at this resort, everyone is so nice and helpful. At night they had karaoke, and the main pool closes at 12. They also have things to do throughout the day like pool volleyball, bicycle in the pool alot of other things. We love that. I loved it so much and we were only there for 2 days. It was great highly recommend. This will be my go to resort in cancun.

Amazing place! had such a nice time with my husband for his birthday. The staff is super attentive and friendly. The rooftop pool is my favorite best view. the food and drinks are great, i don’t think i had anything i didn’t like everything super fresh. Angel the mexican Chocolate made everything super fun and entertaining!!! The beach club was also great, easy transportation like 5 min away. overall amazing experience and the staff made it 10 times better 😁
Amazing place. First time we tried an all inclusive in Cancun. Awesome food. Entertainment is fun and breezy. Rooftop pool is stunning. We had fun with the funy hotel rep (Angel Mexican Chocolate!)
Only stayed for one night and it was incredible. Wish we'd been able to stay longer. The hotel is exceptional, especially the rooftop pool. I had a really fun time at the dance class with Angel (Mexican chocolate! 😂). All of the entertainment was fab!
We went here celebrating my bachelorette trip and it was amazing! The views were incredible, I highly recommend booking the Mondrian+ package. It gives you access to the lounge, the rooftop infinity pool & your own butler!! Alexis was very attentive to us and was able to assist us throughout our whole stay. One day we missed the bracelet making class and he was able to schedule a private class for my friends and I. The first night all the reservations were full for the restaurants on property ( only two were open while we were there because of the recent management transition) and he accommodated our own private table in the lounge and we ordered off the room service menu. It was still delicious and made it so special! The food and drinks were pretty good for an all inclusive. With the Mondrian+ we had access to the rooftop Japanese restaurant which was delicious! My favorite meal. I think in a few months (after December) the hotel will have all the amenities and food options available. There was also fun entertainment every night!! I definitely want to go back!
