Great hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent, especially because it is very close to the ADO bus station, which makes it extremely convenient for traveling between different destinations. A great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
I find the hotel great, prime central location. Everything at walking distance. The airport bus will directly drop you right across the hotel. (The main central bus station is there) the staff are very polite and professional. Breakfast was fresh and filling. The bedding was comfortable, however pillows definitely need to be changed. You can't complain for the price and location.
Really great experience with all the services (Nice and clean room, gym and swimming pool) ! We truly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful night at the hotel. Everything was comfortable, well organized, and made our experience very pleasant. A special thanks to Alejandro, who was absolutely great and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. He was very kind, attentive, and always available to assist us.
This stay was very disappointing and nothing like the pictures shown online. Everything in the hotel felt very old and poorly maintained. After seeing our original room, we even paid extra to upgrade, but unfortunately the upgraded room was not much better. The worst issue was the bathroom. Every time we flushed the toilet, we had to wait almost 5 minutes before it could be flushed again, which was extremely inconvenient. When I complained, the staff checked and simply said that this is how it is in every room, which was unacceptable for a hotel stay. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special. Even the balcony chairs were dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. The only positive thing about this hotel is that it is close to downtown. Other than the location, there was nothing we really enjoyed about this stay.
I am comparing this to reg 3–4-star hotel (more affordable side) Pros Great location walking distance (5-10mins) to restaurants, shopping, & etc. The place had great vibes inside and outside. Very indoor meets outdoor with a modern Hispanic feeling. The hotel was also very clean and nicely furnished. They have a nice resting area outdoors where you can charge your phone while you wait for rides or to check in. They have a small but nice and affordable breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean, spacious, the beds where ok, and ac worked fine. Great customer service they let us leave our suitcases with them while we explored and even let us check in an hour early. Spanish and English-speaking staff & they have a guard outside so strangers don’t come in. Cons Where they lacked in were basic amenities in the rooms, like hair dries, body lotion, robes, and etc. All you were given was 1 hand soap, 2 very raggy looking shower towels, and a body soap/hair shampoo thing that my hair did not like at all (I am pretty sure both where the same liquid because it had the same texture and everything.) Also, the phone had no option to call room service or the front desk to request a more towels and etc. The shower water too forever to heat up. The pool and upper deck were under construction. Online they made it seem like it was available for use. And they could give you only 1 room key because they were all pre assigned to a specific room Over all thoughts I only stayed here 1 day so the lack of amenities in the room didn’t bug me too much but if I where staying longer it would have. It was a great price for a nice hotel that was clean and felt safe. My partner and I are always together so the one key didn’t bug us but it might for people to spilt up to do their own thing. If you have the option to bring your own shampoos, lotions, hair dryer, and etc. I do recommend this place. Also, if you don’t need a pool, it was very small defiantly more for a nice dip than a swim, that is of course when they finish construction.
