We checked in with Anuar and he was great. He was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. It was an excellent start to our stay here. Our first meal was at the Mexican restaurant and we all thought the food was very good. Our server, Tomas provided excellent service. He was friendly and helpful with the menu and was generous with allowing us to try different things. He was great! The room is also very nice with a great ocean view.
Gustavo and Raul at the Mar House were amazing! Both waiters took amazing care of us from start to finish. They were attentive without hovering, quick with refills, and genuinely friendly the entire time. You could tell they work well as a team because everything flowed smoothly — food came out fast, special requests were handled perfectly, and they checked in at the right moments. Their service made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Truly appreciate both of them for making our visit great.
We had a great time at the steak restaurant. Jose was so attentive, helpful and welcoming. Made our experience exceptional. He made sure our steaks were cooked to perfection. Our drinks always topped up. The restaurant was busy with a great atmosphere but he really made our experience unique, and always with a smile on his face. A real credit to the establishment, he enjoys what he does and does it incredibly well. Thank you Jose Apolo was also awesome at the beach bar 🍸
The Italian Restaurant - Breakfast My boyfriend and i were trying to find a nice breakfast/brunch restaurant for our anniversary in the morning. When i say the food, ambiance and the staff were top tier. 10/10 recommend. Louisa and Omar made sure our experience was great. Mimosas after mimosas and then i even ordered the strawberry mimosa. The restaurant was clean and beautiful. The best table in the house is the center circle table in the back. Right infront the collection of wine bottles and a beautiful view outside with palm trees. We are definitely coming back for lunch and dinner while we stay here.
Me and my group of 5 girls went to this resort to celebrate my bachelorette. We stayed for a total of 5 nights, 6 days. I wanted to come on here and let everyone who is interested in thinking about staying at this resort, BOOK THIS AMAZING PLACE! I book resorts all the time in Cancun and this is by far the best experience I had when it comes to cleanliness, customer experience, food, entertainment. We book the junior suit which was facing towards the forest (building 1) but we managed to still have a very clear view of the beaches and the sunrise. We were assigned our butler STEFANO! He was 11/10, everytime we needed something or request, his respond time was immediate. He always checked up on us everyday and went over and behind to even help with our friends room when he wasn’t even their assigned butler. If you are looking for a butler, please request for him, you won’t be disappointed. Food: this resort is by far the best food variety especially Mexican food. Most resorts would mainly cater towards Italian, American or Asian food with very limited Mexican dishes. Here at this resorts there were several Mexican dishes we heard online but never seen at other resorts expect for this one. They had dishes from tamales, Mexican chips, mole etc etc. very good options of food. The only downside I would say about this resort would be the main pool, the two pools are lovely pool and infinity pool (located in the adult side). As they are considered a main pool, the pool is very small and hard to do activities such as water zoomba and volleyball. Because those people that don’t want to do those activities will be pushed to the corner to accommodate the activities.
