The service needs improvement, especially in the bar and pool areas. While some staff members were helpful, many were not welcoming and came across as rude. The pool staff often made guests feel unwelcome, and I believe the bar needs more staff to provide better service. I would like to recognize Bernabé at the pool bar for his friendly and attentive service. He truly made our experience better. I also want to thank the team at Las Velas Restaurant. Felipe, Geremias, and Justo were kind, professional, and welcoming. They provided excellent service and are a great asset to your team.

From the location to the facilities, this hotel offers full comfort for a perfect vacation. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the pool is large with several bars and the beach is right in front of the hotel, more precisely the hotel is on the beach. Everyone is very friendly, from the entrance and reception to the waiters and the team in charge of entertainment, they try to make sure you have a perfect vacation. There are several games available at the pool every day, and the team in charge of it tries to interact with the guests, especially Dzoara, who always has a smile on her face. There are a couple of good restaurants and clubs in the area, so no matter what you're looking for, this will be an ideal destination.

Honestly, a very good deal for the value. Even though I was out of season, the location of the hotel offers perfect facilities, if you are lucky enough that there is no sargassum, there is a beautiful beach a few steps away, bars and restaurants all around, and the hotel itself offers a variety of facilities every day at the large pool. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, but especially Dzoara, the animator at the pools. From the first moment he appears, he does not take the smile off his face, he tries to make as many guests as possible actively participate in the content in a fun way. There are several bars at the pool itself that offer drinks at affordable prices.

The staff at Great Staffe were awesome and honestly saved our experience in Mexico after the Hyatt in Playa del Carmen was such a disaster. We decided to take a chance on a cheaper place, and it ended up being super fun. It was close to activities, the food was good, and we upgraded our room to an ocean view, which was worth it. The elevator only worked once, so we mostly took the stairs, but the bellman was an awesome dude 😎. For activities, Aqua World was very good for the money. Thanks Sophie :) We had fun, and they even spoke a little French 👌🏼😆
