Iberostar Selection Cancun - All Inclusive

Everyone here is fantastic! The entertainment staff were top notch. Adrien and Itzel were fantastic and kept us having fun the whole time! The pool, food, and drink service was great. The room was a bit dated and needed some attention (paint needed addressing, and the patio also needed some attention) the staff here 10/10… everyone makes an effort to learn your name. I played golf and the course was also fantastic. Would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to vacation in Cancun.

The service here is phenomenal! The activities team, especially Maria (Lupita) and her partner made things a lot of fun! Our room was cleaned exceptionally well each time. The waiters in the restaurants were attentive for the most part compared to other resorts we have visited. This is our second visit here and we were thoroughly pleased. Our last visit was in 2021 right after COVID. It seems there is much more variety in everything here now. The shows that we attended were good and well practiced.

​5/5 Stars – Hands Down the Best Resort We’ve Stayed At in Mexico! ​We’ve visited Mexico multiple times, and Iberostar Selection Coral Cancún completely blew us away—it is, without a doubt, the best resort we’ve stayed at so far. ​The Rooms: Fantastic from top to bottom. Everything was spotless, and you can tell the resort takes maintenance seriously. Pro-tip: Upgrade to the panoramic ocean view—it is 100% worth the extra money. The views are incredible to wake up to. ​Food & Service: For an all-inclusive resort, the food here is unmatched. Every meal was fantastic, and the restaurant staff went out of their way to ensure we were enjoying every single dish. ​Entertainment & Vibe: The nightly shows were super entertaining and well put together. But the real stars of the show were the pool entertainment team! They worked tirelessly to keep the energy high and make sure everyone was having a blast. The fact that they remembered our names from day one made the experience feel so personal. (The only tiny detail: adding a proper PA system for pool activities would be a great upgrade to help project across the pool area, but honestly, their energy alone carried the party every day!) A quick shout out to Adrian you Rock!!! ​We had an unforgettable trip and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Room service isn't great. Welcome desk isn't good. However, the food is good, variety isn't there its just a repeat every day, burger shack has left over oil used, ice cream truck is more than half the time shut or unavailable flavors. Our best experiences was with guest services Norma, Nelson, Edgar, Rigel made our stay very worth it. MARIA from the excursions and additions team you're wonderful Drinks are all very diluted and more ice less flavour but fhe guest services support with booking of restaurants and cake for our babys birthday and also, the way they treated our special needs son. Wonderful ! Thank you guys for making it worth it. Iberostar location is great Leo is one of their best to speak with for the the club, Fernanda is great with advise. The breakfast guys you really work hard at moving tables and service. We were treated like family here will come back another time for a better experience. Hoping the shows will move into air-conditioned space and there are no mosquitoes biting kids and babies. For the water and pool area - guys please take off towels from cabanas that are not used, you dont get a seating at all until 6 30 pm. Then theres barely two hours of water time.
