Flamingo Cancun - All Inclusive

We had a great time at Flamingo All Inclusive. From the moment we checked in after a long delay in our flight, the rooms were really clean, and spacious. We were able to secure a day bed outside in the morning after breakfast. Our bartenders outside Jelday and Enrique deserve a raise. Not only was the service great, but they took the time to ask questions, and ensuring we were happy with our drinks. They also suggested new drinks for us to try. Overall 100/10 service at the bar outside. We were able to take our drinks to our day beds and come back for more drinks. For lunch time we had pizza outside, and Fernanda was prompt in attending us. The pizza was really good. I definitely recommend this place for service, quality and price

We got great rooms, clean comfortable and nice view of the beach. Beautiful access right to the beach with hammocks and lounging areas. The only good food at the buffet was their breakfast. The dinner buffet has no flavor. I’m Mexican and we expect Mexican food to have a lot of flavor. The Italian restaurant is not so great and I was served cold soup. The restaurant by the pool makes good hot dogs, tacos and hamburgers everyday.They make fresh pizza everyday that my kids really enjoyed. The staff is kind, welcoming and very helpful with everything we needed and asked for. We really enjoyed our stay here. I was skeptical at first from bad reviews. But those reviews were so wrong. It was a great stay overall.

I read a lot of horrible reviews so we were very scared to go but it was honestly not too bad based on the price we paid for. I organized a special intimate dinner for my partner and the staff went above (especially Cristina) and beyond to decorate it and make it feel special for the both of us. They had the singers come and perform for us, had our own waiter, beautiful dinner by the sunset and the beach. It is very family orientated so do no expect music by the pool or any entertainment at all. If you want the most basic all inclusive with unlimited drinks, food and beach only - this is the spot. Rooms were clean, and staff were really nice. We did book a kings size bed but got a room with double bed instead but the process to change it was too long so we just kept it. The wifi could be better because they do not work properly outside of our hotel rooms or the lobby area.

We had such an amazing experience at this resort! A huge shoutout to Ernesto Gonzalez, Enrique, Salvador Jelday, Heribierto, and everyone at Don Roberto’s Bar for making our stay unforgettable. Even though we weren’t drinking alcohol, they always made us delicious non-alcoholic drinks so we could still enjoy the atmosphere and feel included. Their energy was incredible, and after a little while they really got to know us, always greeting us with a smile, joking around, and making us feel right at home. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and had a great sense of humor, and it honestly felt like we were hanging out with friends instead of just being guests. The hospitality and positive energy were some of the best we’ve experienced, and the staff are a huge reason why we loved this resort so much. We will definitely be staying here again!
